The standard is very good, but business class seats are a bit narrow - this is made up by excellent food served onboard. The flights can be a bit full, as they do discount from the UK. Get an aisle seat in Row 2 - very good. Very small 5 inch PTV screen for movies but for price is worth it.

According to Heritage - Vietnam Airlines Inflight Magazine, the Business Class seat pitch is 59 inches for Long-haul and 52 inches for regional flights with in-seat video with Audio-Video on demand.
