Several trips between KWI-DXB, free limousine service from home to Sheikh Saad Terminal,
smooth check in, no queue, passing immigration in less than one minute. The Wataniya lounge is
one of the best lounges I have seen. Cabin crew attentive and cooperative. The food was real
problem, prepare yourself that if you did not eat before flying you are in a big trouble even
if you are flying for 1.30 hr. It seems that after they change the First class to
Business/First Class they changed the food to a different menu where the main course changed
from a real lunch or dinner to just Arabic/Western Entrée or just small platter of fruit. The
lounge which they are using in Dubai airport is very small and is busy with passengers from
other carriers. My only concern is that the services of Wataniya will not be deteriorated on
the ground that they change it from First Class to Business/First Class.

Very good experience. Dubai-Kuwait, on time, new aircraft, confortable economy (the best
economy I have tried in the past years) lot of legroom, very nice FA. Very good product and
better prices.

KWI-CAI-KWI. The terminal at Kuwait serves only Wataniya, and check-in takes only a couple of
minutes, however there is not enough seating/waiting area for passengers. Having more than
one flight at a time make the gate a bit overcrowded. Interior of the aircraft is pleasant
with good leg-room. A hot meal served of high quality, flight attendants were well-groomed,
confident and spoke a range of languages. The flight was smooth, with sufficient information
from flight-deck without being too chatty. The downside is that I was travelling with babies
less than 2 years old and surprisingly there was no additional seat belt for the babies and I
was told by the cabin crew that I've to hold the baby face in and hold him tight during take
off and landing which seems to be dangerous.

DXB-KWI-DXB, an excellent product. Flights on time and service was excellenT. Good legroom,
comfortable seats, hot meals. The fare was a fraction of Emirates and a much better travel
experience.

KWI-DXB-KWI: A very civilised way to fly: the terminal at Kuwait serves only Wataniya, and
check-in takes only a couple of minutes whilst a driver parks your car for you. Because it is
a Business Class airline, there are no hordes of economy-class passengers. Interior of the
aircraft is pleasant with plenty of leg-room. A hot meal served on both flights, and flight
attendents were well-groomed, trained and confident, and spoke a range of languages. The
flight itself was smooth, with sufficient information from the flight-deck without being too
chatty. Flights were on time, and the timings from Kuwait allow a full day's work in Dubai,
with an arrival time in Dubai when the airport is empty. All-in-all, a very comfortable way
to fly, with fares which match those of competitors on the route. A great concept, delivered
well: I just hope that the airline maintains its standards as it expands to cover other
destinations.
