MAD-CDG-MAD. A320. Impeccable plane, friendly crew, on-time departure and arrival, comfortable
leather seats with more space available for a premium at time of booking, tasty and not so expensive
selection of snacks, beverages and sandwiches on-board. Very good deal on short-haul flight.

BCN/LIS. Since Vueling started operating LIS-BCN I have used them quite often not only to BCN but
also to MAD. Nice plane, nice crew and on time. The check at Terminal C is even better - only
negative part is that it takes you more time from the train stop. Vueling is no doubt one of the
better airlines I have ever flown and I hope they keep different attitude after the fuure merger
with Clickair.

Barcelona - Madrid return. Outbound flight operated by older Airbus 320, cabin showing
its age, cabin crew polite when asked, but otherwise not interested in passengers and spoke
almost useless English. Return on new A320 with courteous and professional cabin staff. On both
planes legroom terribly tight. Both departures on time. Regarding price and quality / price ratio I
will use them again.

BCN-MAD with 2 small children and 2 adults - flight was on time, and almost fully booked. However
the air-condition was not working properly and the temperature on board was above 30 degrees.
Everyone used the safety card as a fan - and even though a lot of people complained they said there
was nothing they could do. In addition the seating was cramped.

I have used Vueling twice and been equally satisfied on both trips. The website is easy to navigate.
I particularly appreciate the possibility to select the seat of my choice on booking. Of all the low
cost companies I have used this one stands out from the crowd for the quality of their offering. I
hope they thrive and develop.

PMI to BCN (only 45 min). Everything was okay, the plane was clean and new. Cabin crew was attentive
although I have to say there was not enough space in the overhead lockers, added to the fact that
the plane was full. Announces were clear (for once the air hostess was not shouting on the
microphone). Vueling is a low cost airlines but still you are not treated as an animal like some do
(as Ryanair). Music on the plane was pleasant, take off and landing were perfect!
I cannot put 5/5 because their only flight from PMI to BCN is at 00.45 and then it is not that easy
to get home. Also they charge you 10e for a checked luggage which is quite a lot. Finally, they try
to get every little euro they can (you would tell me it's a low cost) but you have to pay 2e if you
want to select your seat before check-in or sometimes more depending on which seat you choose.
On the overall, very good flight, smooth check-in and cool atmosphere on the plane.

Barcelona - Paris CDG. Apart from some confusion over which terminal we were to check it at, the
airplane, crew and service were excellent. Loved the option to pay a little bit more to secure good
seats and also the great music and in-flight magazine - quirky and very cool.

BCN-CDG: the flight was almost perfect and we also arrived 5 minutes ahead of scheduled. The plane
was new and quiet clean. Only the check-in operations weren't good: they were slow and there was an
important problem at music speaker in airport hall. We were obliged to listen to loud and very
disturbing music for a long time: that has been the worst aspect of the journey.

The flight was fine and check in was smooth. However, I cannot rate Vueling higher than 3 stars
because of the following. (1) On their website, they had 2 flights available from FCO to CDG:
early afternoon and late evening. To maximum our 3 nights in Paris, we booked the afternoon. A few
weeks later, we received notice we'd been switched to the late evening flight. (2) We arrived late
into CDG to find one of our bags missing (a car seat for our infant son). So after standing around
until the last of the luggage came around the carousel, we waited in line with 2 children under the
age of 3 1/2 for yet another hour to be further told by a lady that we'd have our carseat in 2 days.
She also stated they never had an afternoon flight. Why were we allowed to book in the first place?
Compared to overpriced airlines, Vueling's service is fine. However, I would prefer they not offer
flights they don't actually fly.

BCN-CDG attentive staff both in ground and in the air. Everything is for sale, but the choice of
items to purchase is acceptable and well priced. The flight was delayed, but not due to the
airline's choice, but due to a strike of Air Traffic Controllers in Paris. The Captain made several
apologies to the passengers. I would recommend this airline.

I haven't even flown on Vueling and I'm already very disappointed. Booked a flight from Seville to
Amsterdam, had everything planned out nice and well for a holiday with my girlfriend and Vueling
suddenly sent me an email telling me that the flight's been rescheduled to a day before. And we
wouldn't even be in Seville then. I'm based in China right now and even here in Asia, we don't have
this sort of nonsense. A few hours delay is acceptable, but a day is absurd. Am currently seeking
refund or whatever assistance they can provide from Vueling. I am extremely disappointed.

I booked a flight on Vueling and continued to book activities for my vacation. Then I received an
email from Vueing saying they have "rescheduled" my flight. I was supposed to arrive early morning,
and now I would not arrive until late night. It has ruined my trip since I have booked tours that
have already been paid for! I will end up having to not use the tickets I bought (2) and take
another airline carrier. And I am not able to get a refund. I am completely disgusted!

19 March 2008 Customer Trip Rating :
I was on a severely delayed flight last week from Amsterdam to Barcelona, due to some crew issue.
This was all badly communicated and left me and the other passengers frustrated and tired. Although
the crew eventually made some standard apology, I left Barcelona airport feeling Vueling is a risky
choice that doesn't care much about its passengers. I was really impressed to receive a very nice
email with a full explanation and apology from the airline and compensating me with a discount
voucher in the value of 40 euros. I think that was a great gesture that I don't think a lot of other
airlines would consider, especially not the low-cost carriers.

Out of all the budget airlines, we've had the most consistently decent experiences with Vueling so
far. The flight staff can be a little rude at times, but still miles ahead of RyanAir in every
aspect - except that they don't fly to/from Eindhoven, which is a major drawback for us.

15 March 2008 Customer Trip Rating :
Barcelona - Amsterdam. Online booking process great with advance seat selection. Staff at the
airport full of attitude. Since this is a young airline, you would imagine staff was hired fairly
recent and selected on good spirit, but proves to be as arrogant as senior staff at the legacy
carriers. Flight late with no announcement, resulting in people lining up at the gate and waiting on
line for over an hour. Boarding messy with plane being on remote stand and no clear direction to the
passengers if they should board from the front or the back. Flight uneventful, seating bit tight.
Arrival at Amsterdam takes forever. Schiphol may be a great airport but walking distances easily add
another 15 minutes to your trip since the arrival area appears to be at the other end of the
terminal building.

My flight with Vueling just got cancelled. Of course they did not bother to inform me of which part
of the route had been affected by the cancellation. They promised a reimbursement but it was only
when I had already booked flights with another airline that I found out that the only amount I was
getting back was for the part of the flight cancelled. I asked specifically about this particular
but the client service was vague and unclear. Now, I am getting back 188 Euros of the 465 Euros I
paid originally. I have spent 600 Euros for my new flights and on top of that, Vueling can still
sell the tickets I am not using. It's a win-win situation for Vueling. Maybe a way to solve their
financial problems?

NCE-BCN. The positive experience began with a clean and easy to use website and a user friendly
booking process in which you can choose your own seats at no extra charge. Check in was efficient
and once on board, the aircraft was clean and the cabin crew smiling and friendly. Seating
comfortable but choice of food, given that this was the homebound leg, was disappointing. The flight
was punctual and pleasant and I would recommend this carrier on any route, particularly compared to
the 'competition' Iberia, which is a disgrace to Spain. The flight was only about 60% full, so I
hope they are going to find it economically sustainable.

9 January 2008 Customer Trip Rating :
I flew Vueling Airlines from Brussels to Barcelona the end of December 2007. It was a mixed
experience. Booking through their website was very easy and convenient. They even sent a reminder
email the day before the flight. I remembered the new Airbus 320's which are shown and described on
their website. Big surprise at Brussels Airport when we boarded a very old and dodgy looking Boeing
737-300. This aircraft belonged to Hola Airlines. This seemed to be a Spanish airline but is even
not listed on this website. It was announced that they operated the flight due to technical reasons.
On top of the terrible condition of the aircraft, the staff shared the same quality. The return
flight was great. This time with a Vueling aircraft and staff. I can only confirm the comments of
the previous writer. For the return flight they deserve 5 stars. Unfortunately, I have to reduce
that good mark thanks to their unworthy partner.

AD-BCN return. What a great little airline! Reservation through web was very easy, and you can
even choose your own seat at the time of booking. FA's were young but very professional and they
all have a can-do attitude. Good choice of F&B sold on board. However the only thing that kept me
from giving this airline the 5 star it deserves is the fact that my flight were the only ones that
were delayed from several of the same route they have on those particular days - on both legs!.

7 December 2007 Customer Trip Rating :
I was very impressed with the standard of service on this airline. Online booking was through a
simple, clear website which gave the opportunity to choose an emergency exit seat for a supplement
of €12. This was very reassuring. I hate fighting in a scrum on other low cost airlines (i.e.
Easyjet, Ryanair) to ensure I don't have to fly Houdini style to my destination. Airport plans on
the confirmation are also a helpful touch (take note Flybe). Check-in at FCO couldn't have been
easier. Security queues at FCO are another matter though, but that's the airport's fault, not the
airline's. The aircraft was spotlessly clean and crew polite and efficient. The only thing I didn't
like was a fuel supplement being added to the fare. This should be part of the fare and not a
supplement - as I have said before, why not a supplement to pay for the captain's new uniform? I
hope this airline will thrive, as I feel this is the best low cost airline I have experienced to
date.

Amsterdam-Madrid return. Only 80 euro. OK it was a special fare, but the normal price is about 130
euro and is also very reasonable. I did not know the airline. I first had a look on this site of it
was not a fake airline because i never heared from Vueling and they do not advertise. Check in was
very smoothly. The plane was a new airbus 320 with leather seats. The crew was very friendly. Much
better than the Iberia experience. There were a lot of magazines in the cabin. Also some inflight
entertainment. Leg space was OK for a 2.30 hour flight and i am 1.85 m. I had nothing to complain
of. And this rock bottom price!

I've made two return flights with Vueling between Milan and Valencia. I was impressed by the fares,
online booking service (you can even choose your seat), new aircraft and efficiency. Free newspapers
are a nice touch. The first time I flew with them they boarded passengers on the wrong plane (to
Paris instead of Milan) on the return flight, but fortunately realized before takeoff! No other
hitches, and plane arrived slightly ahead of time on both legs. The other time, I booked four months
in advance and they changed my flight times - in both directions - twice during this period. As the
second change was a drastic one, about 12 hrs later on both the outward and homeward legs, I had to
rebook my car rental (at a higher rate), and despite originally refusing to refund me the
difference, when I spoke to their head office in Barcelona, they immediately paid it. I was
impressed by the courteous customer service once I managed to get through to the right person.
Again, my flights in both directions arrived slightly ahead of schedule. I'll certainly be flying
with them again.

FCO-MAD-FCO. Fast check in at FCO, but one hour delay because of bad weather which caused the takeoff
to be horrible. Very smooth flight on a brand new A320 though, with professional, polite and good
looking flight assistants (we'll meet two of them on the return flight too) and TV screens. They also
offered a candy before landing, and our baggage has been delivered in a few minutes. The check in at
MAD was very slow because there were only 4 desks open for 3 flights. Also this time an hour of delay
as the aircraft experienced a congestion in Mallorca, but the flight was excellent overal. Arrival at
dusk with a beautiful sunset and a very soft landing. A very good experience despite the delays on
both legs, which won't prevent me choosing Vueling again.

10 August 2007 Customer Trip Rating :
Amsterdam to Barcelona (about 73 euro one week before the flight). I checked in online which worked
perfect. I had only hand luggage and therefore at Amsterdam a direct walk to security. The incoming
plane from Valencia had a delay and therefore a delay of 10 minutes was announced. Boarding was
organized with separation in rows. Seat was fine (13A) with a good pitch, but I ordered the XL seat
for 12 euros. Flight departed about half an hour late. Safety announced difficult to understand
because the attendant spoke English in a Spanish way. Not any announced from the cockpit during the
flight, which was poor. Snacks and drinks reasonable priced, but they run out of sandwiches when they
arrived at my seat. A little sweet to avoid ear problems shortly before landing was nice. Attendants
look nice and are generally polite. Arrival at BCN only 20 minutes late. Conclusion: good flight,
delay and lack of information from cockpit negative. I like the fresh approach and branding of
Vueling.

Rome Fiumicino to Paris Charles deGaulle. New Airbus 320 aircraft, nice
leather seats with adequate legroom, fairly priced on board drinks and
snacks, friendly, competent flight attendants who can speak multiple
languages. The check-in procedure at Rome Fiumicino was chaotic! On
arrival at the airport 3 hours early, we checked the video monitors that
directed us to the designated counter. There were 3 Vueling counters
with long lines formed. The video signboards above each check-in counter
listed the appropriate flight. The flight taking off before ours was for
Seville. Others were there to go to Barcelona. We discovered that the
cues were not moving and upon closer examination, found that the cues
disintegrated about 5 meters from the check-in counters! Imagine the
cacophony of Spanish, French, Italian and English languages coming from
some very tense and worried travellers, trying to get themselves and
their luggage checked in. Check-in for Paris changed 3 times during the
2 hours it took me to get to the counter. Imagine a line-up of people
moving themselves and their luggage past two other cues in a very
congested area, and having to do it again and again. Vuelling should
charge an extra Euro on their very reasonable prices and ensure that in
addition to the check-in counter attendants, they employ a ground agent
who organizes the cues and ensures order at check-in.
