Barcelona to Madrid, the flight was supposed to leave at 2045, and was delayed with no clear
reason, and nobody gave all passangers a clear answer of what was happening. Finally the
flight took off but at 0200 the next morning, and the only reason they gave was 'this is a low
cost airline, what else can you expect'. The price was lower than other airlines but wasn't
cheap.

BCN-MAD-BCN. The flight to Madrid was on time and nice. I also got a seat next to the window,
because I questioned at the Check In. But the return flight was delayed and then we didn't
know on which Gate the boarding starts FAs were rude to passengers!

IBZ-CDG plane was dirty - carpet, seats, pockets was full of garbage! My seat was broken and
the armrest was gone. The crew was young but not nice. I couldn't get a word during the
announcements in English.

BCN-AMS return on A320. Overall happy with experience, although as others have noted this is a
low-cost carrier so expectations should be kept low as per inflight service. Checked in
online, no problems. Purchased extra-legroom seats, they were honoured and had loads of space,
although it should be noted that these seats do not recline so you are also losing some
comfort. The return flight was not full and some passengers moved to these seats for free, but
then again its only 12 euros extra. Flight attendants were young, friendly and professional.
Flight to Amsterdam left the gate more or less on time but spent 20 minutes taxing to the
runway. Flight back left nearly an hour late due to incoming flight arriving late, in fairness
they did an incredibly fast turnaround and they apologized for the inconvenience. Would not
want to use them to connect to an intercontinental flight but for leisure travel will use
again.

Zürich to Santiago de Compostela and return. Nothing special, a usual flight as you would
expect from a low cost airline. Fair price, good value for money. 30 minutes late on the
return leg, due to air controller strike in France.

BCN-ORY. Flight delayed 30 min leaving for Paris and an hour on my return to Barcelona.
Seats offer little legroom for people over 6 ft, but I have this problem on most airlines.
Staff at check-in nice and assigned exit row seat on my return trip to Barcelona. Staff on
plane very nice, professional, and fluent in English. Do have to pay for drinks and snacks,
which is expected on budget airline.

Customer service is awful. Their website doesn't work for me to book online so I had to call
customer service. Apparently only 1 person speaks English there and even so not well, which
made the phone call I had to pay for even more expensive. I had to call to book because
"their" site wasn't working. On top of paying for the phone call I had to pay 10€ to book
over the phone! The rep gave me a 20€ voucher for the next booking, which I must make over
the phone, putting me in the same situation again. Not worth the hassle. Trip was fine
though plane had not been cleaned.

Rome to Paris flight delayed for over 2 hours. And for at least 15 minutes the flight was
removed (disappeared) from the departures board. No staff in airport to answer questions.
Staff showed up after 2 hours, at a different gate and they were the most incompetent, least
helpful of any I've ever encountered. They should be trained. Vueling makes EasyJet look like
Singapore Airlines.

BCN to OVD. My wife and I took the early morning flight to Asturias and returned the same day
to Barcelona. I booked the tickets directly through Vueling at a substantial savings over the
same offering on various other search engines and Iberia. Of interest, even up to the night
before the on-line seat plans indicated a very empty pair of flights only to see almost every
seat sold on the date of the flights. I suppose there is local resistance to paying the seat
fees up front and have the airline assign them for free on the day of the flight. A basic,
quick 50 minute flight - both segments on time, boarding reasonably quick with minimal on
board service or space. However, you couldn't beat the price and you got what you paid for.

No lines on the check in counter, the departure was perfectly on time. The seats are geat for
a low cost airline. I have flown in many different renamed airlines and I saw no benefit in
paying more . I would definitely fly again next time in Europe. Comparing to American Airlines
I prefer Vueling! If you think how much money you are saving when you fly low cost it really
surprised me it was that good.

The worst airline I have ever flown. Our flight Paris to Madrid was supposed to leave at 11AM
and arrive in Madrid two hours later. No plane in Paris at 11Am and no announcement was made.
There was no representative there to tell us what was happening at any time. An employee from
another company told us the Vueling plane could not fly due to mechanical problems and we
would have to wait. We were not allowed to transfer to another carrier. We were allowed a
dried-out sandwich for lunch and six hours later another one for dinner, but not even a drink.
Finally after 16 hours of sitting in the waiting room a different carrier arrived and we left
Paris at 3-00am the next day. We had to take an expensive taxi (40 euros) from the airport to
Madrid since public transportation was not running at that hour and lost our paid reservation
(110 euros) for our hotel as well. Whatever savings we had from using this airline were more
than cancelled out. Of course, we've never had any apology or the required compensation for
such a long delay. Stay away from them.

Flight to Seville delayed with no explanation. A320 seats very uncomfortable and no leg room
for tall people. Both men had to sit sideways for the whole journey and it was lucky that
they had no one sitting next to them. You can see by the seat plan of an A320 that they have
removed seats and put in extras to squeeze in more people. It certainly is not a budget
airline on price and the fact that they do not even supply free water is very bad. On the way
home we had to pay extra to have seats with more legroom. I booked the flights with Iberia and
expected better than we got. The flights spoilt an otherwise wonderful family holiday in the
beautiful city of Seville.

LHR to Bilbao. Flight late boarding and late leaving by almost an hour. I could understand the
announcements in Spanish, which was fortunate, as those in English were undecipherable. Seats
smart grey leather, but very close together. With such a tight seat pitch, they really
shouldn't let the seats recline - but they do, right into your face. Rules about number and
size of hand luggage totally ignored, I saw one girl with three items all of which looked
larger than the stated dimensions. Otherwise, an uneventful flight.

AMS-BCN return. Printed boarding pass at home, flight on time, check in quick and efficient.
Seat fine, was not very spacious. I had only hand luggage with me, they didn't measure it or
weigh it. Announcements in Spanish and English, the English one was really quick on the way to
Barcelona, on the way back is clear and perfectly understandable.

London to La Coruna. The flight was not full, the plane had not been cleaned and there was
litter everywhere - carpets and seats dirty. The crew have clearly been on a course of speed
talking. Any announcements in English were pointless as they were completely unintelligible.
It is to be hoped that Veuling technical competence exceed their customer care. I guess you
get what you pay for.

Heathrow to La Coruna return. Found the flight pleasant, legroom adequate and the flight staff
attentive. Spanish is the first language used which is to be expected on a Spanish airline.
