SFO-LAX-SFO once a month. Service is fair. Half the times on my flights RED inflight entertainment
system not working, but compensated with a voucher for a drink, free movie or TV. Flew out one
afternoon, and was told by a very rude F/A that coffee was not available on this particular flight.
Out of the 6 or so flights I've taken, half have been delayed by an hour or so. Cabins have always
been clean, seats comfortable, and speedy baggage delivery. I continue to fly them because of the
inexpensive fares and convenient schedules, but they have some kinks to work out for sure. Their
FF program is a mystery.

SFO-LAX-SFO. Check-in quick and easy. Aircraft were clean and flight crews were much better on these
flights than on previous. We've actually had the crew not offer any drinks. Checked luggage was
delivered very quickly.

SFO-SEA round trip, Economy class. Airport and aircraft staff all friendly and helpful. Drink
orders made via the seatback ordering system worked flawlessly. Music, TV, and premium TV options
all great. The only drawback is that seats are so close together it's impossible to pull out my
laptop and work during the flight, even when the person ahead of me has not reclined his/her seat.
When the person ahead of me does recline (99% of every flight I've been on), it's pretty much
impossible to move (and I'm petite!). I would never fly them cross-country.

SFO-LAS-SFO on a promotional fare. Flew out of the International Terminal at SFO. The Airbus 320
was clean and felt spacious. Flight attendants very pleasant and helpful. The onboard entertainment
system was not installed yet on the trip to LAS but vouchers were given for free premium tv, movie
or drink on the next flight. The OES was available on the flight to SFO but many of the channels
appear not to be working well (? DISH network advertisements only). Snacks and soft drinks were
provided quickly. Overall, very satisfied for the fare.

SFO-IAD-SFO, Economy. Easy to book fights, select seats, make itinerary changes, and check-in
online. Fares very reasonable when booked 2 weeks in advance. Gate agents and ticket counter staff
very friendly, as were the flight attendants on both legs. Seat back AVOD is getting better, and
they seem to have worked out many bugs with TV reception. Food options (for $7-12) are fresh and
actually tasty. Try the antipasti salad. Limited routes, but hopefully they'll add cities soon -
refreshing service and nice equipment compared to old-line US carriers.

LAX-JFK return. New planes, chic cabin atmosphere, and friendly crew. A wonderful flying
experience. Food and beverages ordered on demand from your seat. Neat entertainment system with
large 9" screens at every seat. Will surely fly them again.

SFO-LAX-SFO, Checking and boarding were very easy. Aircraft was clean and seats were
comfortable. IFE excellent, though not exactly working as expected on the return flight. In-
flight service was a bit questionable. On the return flight the flight attendant repeatedly skipped
asking our row if we wanted anything. When we were finally able to get her attention she informed
us that service was done and that they were preparing for landing. Luggage collection in LA needs
help. After leaving the plane, we followed the baggage claim signs that directed us to the baggage
claim area in Terminal 7. However, Virgin's baggage claim area is in Terminal 6. Although this is
the responsibility of LAX, Virgin could provide better signage. All-in-all, a very good experience
and we will fly them again and would recommend them.

Virgin America operates out of Terminal 4 (same as Virgin Atlantic) at JFK, and maintains a couple
of gates in the B concourse at the moment. There are fewer shopping options in this area of the
terminal once you clear security, so you’d be better off picking up your goodies prior to getting
striped-searched and proceeding to the gate. A320 outfitted with leather seats, adjustable
headrest, seatback in-flight entertainment with mostly on-demand programs, a poor limited selection
of satellite TV channels, and power ports for your laptops or other favored gadgets. The flight was
comfortable and uneventful – for the most part. I’m not certain what exactly Virgin strategy is. If
it’s a discount carrier as it would apparently seem, then why a premium cabin? I had a comfortable
and pleasant flight. A nice alternative to JetBlue and to any of the other major players who fly the
same route. I’m just confused as to the overall strategy. But hey, if you get a competitive fair –
give it a whirl and who knows, you just may like it.

SFO-LAX-JFK First Class. Boarding was easy. Check in a breeze . One problem though, our luggage was
left at LAX instead of being transferred to the connecting flight to JFK. Had we not have checked-
we would have been without luggage when arriving at JFK. Once they realized VA staff worked quickly
to get luggage on to connecting flight. First class seats lovely, great IFE, seat massage not
working though. One complaint, front row of First class is probably not as private as second row as
there is a clear plastic bulkhead which flight attendant sits behind whilst in flight. no privacy
and hard to sleep with the light that comes from the crew area. I felt like I was in a fish bowl and
would have preferred a darker, more private space. Ours was a red eye flight and I really wanted to
try and get some sleep. The seats on the right hand side were more private as there was a curtain in
front of them. Food was nice- service great. One FA seemed to be looking after the 8 first class
seats so we had what we wanted whenever we wanted it.

SFO-LAS in First. Great, personal service, wonderful seating. Even on this short mid-afternoon
flight I was offered a well-presented box with 3 tasty canapes as well as a full drinks service.
The Captain introduced himself personally to all of us in 1st class. Probably the best domestic
airline service I have ever had anywhere for that length of flight - not just in the USA.

SFO-IAD in Economy. I was very impressed with boarding, the new/clean A-320, as well as the seats
(leather), IFE and flight attendants. What great service. I fly considerably domestically and
internationally, and I can not tell you the last time I had such excellent FA services within the
US.

JFK-LAX excellent, especially compared to the appalling legroom and service previously suffered on
this route with AA. For the extra $25 for this extra tall pax the legroom in exit row was excellent
and worth every penny. Crew congenial and worked hard. Overall a better experience than even Jetblue
let alone legacy carriers such as UA or AA.

Economy JFK-SFO and back - impressed with experience. Check in efficient as mostly automated, and
flight left on time. Onboard, as others have said, is very suave with mood lighting, electronic
boarding music and comfortable new seats. Best feature is entertainment, Red. Its touch screen is
extremely reactive and a large number of selections. Food ordered on demand from the screen from a
selection of free and pay items. To spend 6 hours in an economy seat and have water/snacks etc
served on demand is fantastic. Bags arrived quickly on the baggage carousel at SFO.
