Belfast-Rhodes-Belfast. 11 hour delay going out, 7 hour delay on return, and we were flown back by another
airline because Viking could not supply a plane! Given little explanation at any time at either airport, and any
information which we were given turned out subsequently to be lies. On outward journey, many passenger's
cases were offloaded at Belfast because the plane was too heavy. This was not discovered until we arrived in
Rhodes. Our luggage eventually arrived 4 days later.

Birmingham-Heraklion. Arrived at 8 am for 10.25 am flight and were told there was a delay until 4 pm. At 2.30pm
we were told it was delayed until 8.45 and then 9.30pm, we eventually took off at 10.00pm. We were told by
airport staff we would get a letter for Insurance purpose at departure gate, then we were told we would get it
onboard, then from rep at hotel. Everyone seemed to be palming us off to the next person. We were at the
airport for 14 hrs and only given 2 x £7.00 vouchers which just about bought a couple of coffees and sandwich
and no food or drink was offered onboard unless paid for. The actual flight was delayed 11.5 hrs, just under the 12
that can be claimed on insurance and it seems this is a regular occurrence with this airline. The most upsetting
thing being that not one person apologised, we were not given proper information.

Flew to Larnaca Cyprus and outbound was fine but return was a different story. Was told at check-in that there
was a 5 hour delay, this turned into just over 7 hours. We were lied to all along and when we actually asked what
the problem was once onboard a stewardess told us it was it was because money for the fuel had not been
transferred. Turns out the airline knew this the day before. There was no point of contact or a rep. Plane coming
back was old and the bathroom was dirty. The seat in front of me was broken so when it reclined it was virtually
on my lap.

MAN-LCA. Flights both arrived early, crew helpful and seats good. Return trip nicer due to newer aircraft. Food
good, and prices competitive. The only thing that let it down was the flight outbound was old, looked tired, and
some of the seat belt lights didn't work, with next to no inflight entertainment. For the price the service was
acceptable.

Gatwick to Rhodes. Overall it was good value for money with no major issues. The plane was an old MD-80 but
the interior was in good condition with leather seats and good leg-room. Left 30 mins late on the outward flight
and 15 mins late on the return but time was made up during the flight. Limited snacks and no entertainment but
what do you expect for the money. The flight was smooth. If you want to spend a bit more money you will get a
newer plane and more choice on food and entertainment.

Flew home from Heraklion. Delayed for a short time but biggest problem is lack of room. A320, but they must
have put in extra seats, I am only 5'1" and my knees were right up against the seat in front. Passengers were
struggling to actually get the tray tables down as it was so cramped. Were fortunate on our outward flight as we
were allocated row 1 without asking so didn't realise what the rest of the plane was like. A terrible ending to a
great holiday.

Absolute rubbish airline, don't use what ever the cost. 27 Hour delay at Gatwick on the way out to Rhodes and
nobody gave a damn. Drip fed a pack of lies and was told by Olympic holidays to take it up with insurance company.
Planes are old. Have since been tracking their delay times and found ours was not a one off.

BHX-HER, aircraft was delayed for 5 hrs due to maintenance on the outbound flight. I had booked extra legroom at £10
each way, but on check-in I had to ask for it - it was apparent that had I not, I would not have been allocated it.
Aircraft (SX-SMU) was a very tired A320. The recliner on my seat was broken and the seat in front, had gaffer tape
holding the arm rest together. The cabin crew were nice and friendly. There was no in-flight entertainment. The inflight
meals were good and the price was the best I could find. Remember, you get what you pay for.

Flew to Rhodes with this abysmal airline last week. Delayed 12 hours on the way out. Delayed 8
hours on the way back. What scant information we were given was vague, inaccurate and
ultimately a lie from start to finish. If your carrier is Viking Hellas, don't go.

Traveled to Hugurada on 4th February. Plane left 1 hour late. Tea/coffee/water served 25
minutes into the flight, no snack, no food - no further sight of the crew until we were about
to land. Toilets no soap, no towels and a very wet floor - in spite of being told, crew did
nothing. We had paid for extra legroom - when we checked in we had been moved, next to me was
a man 6'8" tall and 20 stone. I came home on Monarch - perfect.
