Booked to fly Bristol to Zante 19th September. Just been informed flight cancelled due to
operational reasons. Have had to cancel holiday as no alternative flight available.

Manchester - Chania return, no delays. Staff friendly and polite, aircraft clean. Poor leg
room. Huge sympathy for those who have had awful problems, but for every one of these people
who have experienced bad service, there will be many who had a good experience.

Bristol to Corfu. Left on time from Bristol, return journey we left 30 mins early. B737-300
was clean if a little old, cabin staff caring and professional. I guess that Viking are okay
if there are no problems. However, once a fault occurs they don't have the capacity to cope.

Just come back from a week in Crete and booked Viking Airlines through what was Goldtrail and
then eventually through Kiss. We boarded half an hour late but plane was clean, as cramped as
any economy flight. FA's were courteous. Onboard entertainment is non existant, so take a
book. The food and drink are expensive, so take your own. The flight back again was delayed a
little but not too much - Heraklion airport queues are long and slow to move, but this passes
on the time. Flight was good, uneventful.

Manchester-Skiathos. Disgusting service, 20 hour delay outbound, 20 hour delay return flight,
and diverted and dumped at Bristol (200 miles away from return airport). No apology. Spend 50
quid more and book with Thomas Cook or Thomson, because this airline ruined our only holiday
this year.

Flew with Viking Airways to Sharm, Egypt - would never fly with them again. Delayed going both
ways and massive confusion over whether the flight had been cancelled on the return journey.
On the outbound flight, the pilot seemed to believe we were landing in Cairo instead of Sharm.
Flight attendants were asked for drinks etc and returned to the customers just before landing
with these drinks/snacks. Overall didn't get the sense that this outfit cared very much for
the customer nor did we feel safe flying with them. Understand they are a French Canadian
company so maybe they just don’t like the British?

The worst airline we have ever encountered. Delays both to and from Corfu from Gatwick,
filthy plane with least leg room of all economy airlines, broken tables, left on runway for
over an hour in boiling heat and then towed back to terminal for refuelling! Eventually left
two hours late. On return we were told that some customers would have no bags. This included
us. No information except recorded message and spent over an hour trying to get through to
customer services. Was told the reason for bags left in Corfu was because of hot weather.
Was promised delivery of bags yesterday but we still waiting for all our three cases to be
delivered.

Try calling their customer services and see if your call is answered. This should tell you
everything you need to know about Viking's approach to customer service. Flight from Gatwick
to Paphos delayed by 3 hours. Return flight delayed by 5 hours 30 mins.

Viking Airlines is the worst airline I have used in over 20 years of flying. I booked my
flights with Viking because the flights were 8.20am out of Manchester - they then changed the
flight times twice ending up ay 1.20. After a very messy drawn out checking in a the gate we
where herded in to a bus and delivered in to a queue on the tarmac waiting in the rain to
board what turned out to be a very dirty aircraft. The in light entertainment was non
existent. The return flight was a whole new experience as when we took off from Lanzarote the
pilot promptly announced that we would have to land at Faro to re fuel (Amazing as Faro is
only 1 hour approx into a 4hr 30mins flight) The return flight now was going to take an extra
hour through some reason that did not make any logical sense. Customer Care is not on the
agenda for Viking Airlines - they are truly a 3rd class experience.

Over 9 hour delay from East Midlands to Corfu. Very poor communication and no refreshments
offered in airport. Had to stop in Gatwick to change plane, still no refreshments. Finally
got going at about midnight, should have flown at 1525hrs! Were offered a meal and drink on
board at 0130, 10 hours after scheduled departure. Would not use this airline again under any
circumstances.

Travelled to Lanzarote from Bristol. Check in slow and staff have a problem with smiling. The
journey out was on time. On the way back delayed - due to leave at 1345 but eventually took of
at 1800. Not till we were sat on plane were we told that had to go via Portugal and refuel.

Arrived Manchester airport 3.30am check in for Chania to be told the flight was cancelled due
to it not being 'commercially viable'. Bundled together with 6.15pm flight to Heraklion and
then bus for 3.5 hours to Chania. Dumped off of Chania airport, with around forty other
passengers, at gone 4.00am the following day with no assistance or advice - Chania is not
24hour. Will never use Kiss Travel again, rather pay the few pounds extra and fly with a
reasonably reputable company.

13 hour delay on a return from Kalamata that was due to depart at 21.30, we were told whilst
on board the plane that the airport closed at 21.00. All passengers about 200 and many young
families were taken off and had to then be dispersed into accomodation provided by the tour
operator - only to return again at 06.30 the following day for a 10.30 departure. Not even a
free drink was offered. Take any necessary steps to avoid!

Gatwick to Corfu. Eleven hour delay on way out and four hour delay on way back. Will never
travel with this airline again. Bad check in staff. No information and very mediocre cabin crew.
