KTM to DAC with United Airways as seats on Biman weren't available. Check in was chaotic, the
ground staff seemed ill prepared to deal with the check in process. Boarding took place on
time, but we then sat on the stand for 90 minutes with no information as to what was going on.
Aircraft was an MD 80 in relatively good condition, however staff were rude and inattentive,
shouting at passengers to sit down, and virtually throwing out the food to passengers. Food
itself was not appetising, cold deep fried snacks. My request for vegetarian was met with "we
only have chicken I'm sure that will do". On arrival at DAC waited over one hour for baggage.
Not a pleasant experience, and they have a long way to go before they meet their claims of
treating you as an 'honoured guest'.

Flights to Cox's Bazar and Borisal from Dhaka. The aircraft are de Havilland Dash 8''s and
are in good condition. The flights flew roughly as scheduled and overall were very good.
Basic snacks (crisps etc) were provided on the flight, which was appropriate since the flights
are well under an hour.
