Birmingham to Cape Town via Istanbul return. Birmingham to Istanbul on 737-800 with AVOD. Very
comfortable flight with good food. Attendants well dressed and attentive. Istanbul to Cape Town on
A330-300. Newish plane registered in 2011 with excellent AVOD, excellent seat comfort with good recline.
What I liked was that the entertainment system did not need a box under rows A or K. This made for
excellent legroom when seated in row A. The food was of high quality and attendants were very friendly.
Cape Town to Istanbul. Brand New A330-300 used. Was a similar experience as going out. The food was of
good quality and the service was top notch. Flight lasted over 9 hours and I slept for 7-8 hours. Istanbul to
Birmingham. A321 used which was old and tired. Seats however were comfortable and the service was
excellent. No AVOD but other than that, no complaints. Will certainly fly Turkish again.

Athens-Istanbul-Kinshasa return. The pros: lower fare, extra roomy seats even in Economy class, excellent
entertainment equipment and content variety. The Cons: Rude FA's, chewing gum! Istanbul transit caused a
lot of confusion - the hand luggage and some seats were double booked! Half of the customers had to
relocate themselves with a lot of confusion.

Istanbul - Paris CDG (22 December). Flight delayed 30 minutes. Boarding was chaotic. No priority boarding.
The business class cabing (A320) was 2-2 - fairly comfortable. Food was good for a 3 hour flight. Will
recommend.

TK 69, Bangkok - Istanbul (21 December). Flight had one hour delay due to weather for the outbound sector
coming from Istanbul. Check in at Bangkok was excellent and counters opened 3.5 hrs prior to departure. In
Bangkok, Business class passengers can enjoy TG (Thai Airways) business lounge. Boarding was chaotic. No
priority boarding. The business class cabin (A340) was 2-2-2, lie flat seat, fairly comfortable. Slippers and
Amenity case given. The Food was great. My first flight with them and I was pleasantly surprised. One draw
back, the toilets were not kept clean. Flight landed in Istanbul with 30 minutes delay. Will recommend.

Istanbul-Male-Istanbul, business class. First flight was reasonable, limited food quality made a bad
impression and when aboard THY does not offer champagne unless you ask for it. What can be more normal
than offering Maldives flying passengers some champagne or even a cocktail? Return flight started with a 3
hour delay (this does not affect my vote) yet the service was bad. THY spends money on advertisements but
not on staff training and customer satisfaction surveys. The food menu was very limited and offered 'chicken
or chicken' option with no seafood, pasta or even other type of meat. So I asked for some nuts twice as main
course and I was given cold (normally should be warm but room temperature is acceptable) nuts that were
just taken from the fridge. Upon landing we spent 45 minutes before parking. We were aboard a A330, a
huge plane but did not approach any empty terminal slot and very slowly proceeded to some strange and dark
place next to the technical hangar. When we got aboard the bus and left tens of people were waiting on the
tarmac for the next bus, many of them were not wearing thick clothes because everyone had left +30 degrees
Male and arrived at 0 degrees cold Istanbul.

Very poor customer service. I booked an international flight, the website clearly states that passengers in
economy are allowed 2 bags at 23 kilos each. The first leg of my journey was from a small airport in the US
to Chicago, where I was scheduled to fly to Istanbul. The entire ticket was booked together, even the initial
flight from my home town to Chicago. When I checked in at the initial departure point, I was charged $150
for excess baggage. The representative told me that because this first leg of my journey was an internal
flight, I had to pay. This charge was never told to me prior to my trip and I still haven't found any
information about this charge on the Turkish Airlines website. I would not recommend booking with this
airline!

4 flights on route PRG-IST-DXB. On route PRG-IST not new but clean planes, very nice and tasty catering -
full dinner on 2.5 hr flight. Between IST and DXB new Airbus A321 with AVOD and blankets. Great catering
again with alcohol and delicious roasted salmon. All flights on time. Cabin crew OK but not so nice and a
little bored. Very good comfort for very good price!

Outbound JFK-IST-ATH return ATH-IST-JFK, B777 and A320. FA's among the best and seem to enjoy their job.
Honoured my request for low sodium meals on each leg. Economy seats roomy for my small frame. Excellent
IFE. Free liquor, menu and amenity kit, extra bottle of water are pluses. Messy boarding process at JFK and
IST due to passengers rushing to board and do not seem to know how to fly. Overhead bin in economy tight
even for small carry on bag. FA offered to stow in Premium Economy. Toilets could be cleaner. Online ticket
purchase a bit tricky but workable. Seat selection for inter-Europe can only be made closer to flight date due
to possible equipment change. CS agents courteous and well trained. US airlines could learn from Turkish
Airlines.

FRA-IST-SJJ-IST-FRA - lovely airline, used A321-200 and Boeing 737-800. Airbus on FRA-IST-FRA leg. PTV in
economy, not that many TV choices, few movies, inflight maps, and radio station. Hot tasty meals. Flight
attendants were friendly, spoke English and German. IST-SJJ-IST on Boeing, 1.45hr flight, tasty food but not
hot, sandwich, salad, crackers, and beverages. For the flight distance more then enough. Ground staff
welcoming and professional. Boarding, gate and check in was always well organized and Istanbul Airport is
amazing. Flights were on time. Would use Turkish Airlines again.

ATH-IST-ATH, A319/A320. They keep improving. The cabin crew speak English fluently! It is a shame their
hub airport in Istanbul keeps on ruining things, but with those set to be replaced in the next few years, the
rise of Turkish Airlines seems unstoppable.

I agree with Rosemary Munns when she says that "customers are not made to feel like valued, fare paying
customers, more of a nuisance to be endured". Their male staff are lacking in service skills. Also in the 12
flights I flew over a 6 month period this year due to my company's selection I was served 6 meals that were
raw or uncooked, a bit ironic considering they have a 'chef' onboard. As for getting any response from their
service department - good luck.

Los Angeles to Istanbul November 2012, meals and service were excellent. The flight attendants were great. Beverages
free including wine and cocktails. This is my first trip on Turkish Airlines and it was enjoyable. Depending on where
I travel, I will probably not use US carriers if I can avoid doing so.

HEL-IST in Y with A320/B738 and IST-HKG in Comfort Class with B777-300ER. Fast check in. Intra-European
flights were uneventful, good hot meals and crew handled requests quickly. Late night transfer at IST was
breeze though in crowded terminal. After boarding the B777 the whole flight experience changed. Definitely
the best premium economy on the market. Comfortable and wide seats, adjustable leg rests, large meal
table, power receptacles for my iPad. Extra legroom resulted no seat back kicking. Leather amenity bag.
Whole cabin experience was like in the early 2000s business class with 2x3x2 layout. Dark brown fabric seats
seemed first as an odd choice, but after awhile they provided very calm and relaxing interior. Three course á
la carte meals, porcelain and metal cutlery, fresh ingredients, good drinks. Second serve was a filling
breakfast and again from two choices. Very professional and service minded crew. IFE had few new movies,
100 old ones and wifi with fee. I was really positively surprised of this product and service. First time in my
life I even managed to sleep six hours during the flight. B777 announcement were clear and with good
English, Intra-European PA's were not understandable. 77W had spacious toilet. All flights landed ahead of
schedule.

We had flights booked Gatwick-Istanbul-Dalaman return. One of the 2 outbound flights was delayed by over one hour. On
the way back our first flight was delayed by over 3 hours and the connecting flight was cancelled. We were put on a
flight about 6 hours later to Heathrow with no information or help from the airline at any airport. We were left to
get ourselves from Heathrow back to our car in Gatwick. We wrote a letter of complaint straight away but the complaint
has still not been dealt with 3 months later.

Economy trip from Cape Town to London via Istanbul and return Barcelona to Cape Town via Istanbul. All
flights on time or early. Good leg room on all flights. Excellent food - varied entertainment but great on the
long legs. Staff helpful and courteous. Provided bottle of water and snack prior to sleep on overnight flights.
Good amenity kit bag - or in one case a tin - for economy. Istanbul airport busy but easy to interchange -
lines at security control kept moving well. Inexpensive fare as booked many months ahead - so well
recommended.

ATH-IST-JED. ATH-IST on an excellent Boeing 737-900 ER. Very clean and comfortable aircraft with good in
flight entertainment. The staff service was good and the food fair. IST-JED on an old Airbus A319. No inflight
entertainment as well as no seat comfort. Food was fair and the staff service good. The landing was
excellent.

Flew from Gothenburg to Bangkok vv (17-21 Nov 2012). Planes were great, FA were attentive and
professional. Food excellent (surprised that the foods for short-term flights, IST-GOT are superior to the
longer trips). Check-in and boarding were smooth. Landed at Gothenburg 10 minutes ahead of schedule. I will

Flew from S Africa to Istanbul and then from Istanbul to Manchester. Crew were unhelpful, rude and a bit
intimidating. My husband asked for another sleep mask as his had been misplaced and a male member of
the staff reminded him that he had 260 customers to take care of (my husband being one of them!). He never
got it. We asked for some wine with our meal. It never arrived and by this time we were too wary of the
staff to remind them. We were not made to feel like valued, fare paying customers, more of a nuisance to be
endured. We will never fly with Turkish Airlines again.

Flew Manchester-Istanbul-Amman return. Excellent seat pitch from MAN-IST, in-flight entertainment
exceptionally good for such a short flight. Food and drinks served and the best have had on about 20
carrier's, flight from Amman to Istanbul was full, and our seats were double booked. Had to wait in the galley
while the cabin-crew and ground staff had a discussion what to do, eventually were given seats, but ground
staff extremely rude. Overall, I think the airline have some tweaking to do, as I believe we were lucky in
getting seats especially bad as we booked it more than 6 months in advance, a shame as their in-flight
product is excellent.

I've travelled on Turkish Airlines six times. On all these trips I found the prices good, the food fairly good and
the seats fine. On each flight though, several toilets needed servicing, being a health as well as aesthetics
issue. They hadn't been serviced before the flights and weren't serviced during the flights. The cabin crew
did their work, but didn't seem to add the extra bit of personal care to help the passengers are in their hands
and like to feel reassured by their presence.

IST-LHR. Last flight into Heathrow on a A321, Istanbul Ataturk airport reasonably busy with flights to and
from different parts of the world. Used TA world lounge. About 5 people there, food, drinks aplenty. Hot and
cold. Turkish coffee when requested. Massage chair and Internet access. All free. Lounge on one side of the
airport while departure gate for Heathrow at the opposite end so along walk/run. Aircraft 90% full economy ,
business 25%. Food good, crew good, aircraft clean. Arrived half hour early. Heathrow surprisingly deserted.
We were first and only passengers at immigration on arrival.

Istanbul-Antalya-Istanbul. Oct 24 return Oct 27. The two flights were average or above in all respects,
except on the return when Turkish experienced a system wide computer problem and all TA flights leaving
Antalya (and we heard other airports) were delayed by 1 hour. We missed our connection in Istanbul and had
to buy two tickets to Amsterdam - not a small expense.

LHR-IST-VIE return Economy. An interesting routing taken so I could do something in Istanbul 'on the way'.
Have travelled with Turkish a fair bit recently due to their competitive prices. Food is nice but gets a bit
repetitive, IFE could be more varied too. Crew were a mix of either very smiley and helpful or just a bit
grumpy. Overall a good set of flights that were on time, but nothing exemplary.

Flew MAD-IST, IST-BCN in Business and IST-TAS-IST in Economy. Check in disastrous, unfriendly, unhelpful,
when asked to add our miles couldn't find the other Star Alliance airline, when asked for seats in the front
part of the plane, got row 34. Flights were on time, service was slightly better in Business. Very different
quality in the Business cabins, some of them the worst I've ever seen and others normal. But what is really
unbelievable is the lack of organization to disembark in Tashkent, FA's absolutely absent. Food good, better
than in other airlines, served by some of the worst FA's in the business.

Bishkek (FRU) to London (LHR) via Istanbul. Quality of cabin interior and seating and of standard of service
from cabin crew was very different between each leg of the journey. FRU to IST was in an old plane with tired
upholstery. Flew business class but seat was worse than I've experienced in premium economy with Air NZ -
definitely not a business class offering in either seat space or pitch. Breakfast was pretty ordinary. Cabin
crew were helpful when asked, but invisible most of the time. In contrast the flight from IST to LHR was very
comfortable. A newly refurbished business class cabin, acres of space, much more comfortable seat with
plenty of space to recline. Food good and cabin service much better than I'd experienced on the first leg of
the journey. TA boast "best European Airline" status. On the evidence of my journey I'd say they were very
good from IST to LHR, but very disappointing and definitely from FRU to IST. The first leg of the flight is the
reason my ratings are depressed. If I'd been assessing the IST to LHR leg only, they'd have been around 4
out of 5 on most things.

Economy class IST-DOH. After a decent flight over the return leg was painful. It started at check-in where the
agent was not able to converse properly in English. My wife and I asked for emergency exit row seats, we
were rudely told there were none available. Requested an aisle and window with the hope that nobody would
choose the middle seat. She couldn't do this either or didn't understand what we wanted. On board, a
gentleman accompanied by several ladies insisted on re-seating everybody to ensure that none of his ladies
sat next to a man. This took upwards of 45 minutes and the cabin crew finally gave up. The A320 had no
personal videos and the entire plane was forced to watch the movie shown. The seats were uncomfortable for
me - I am 6'3" tall. The food was overcooked and was the usual TK fare served on every flight everywhere.
We were very glad to get off this flight! My impression of TK has fallen several notches.

Mumbai-Instanbul-Barcelona on 19th Oct, TK721 and TK 1855. Though the quality is good and seats were
comfortable, my complaint is about inflight staff. They were not at all courteous, no smiles. I asked for water
and it was given to me after 1 hour and several reminders. I was sleeping when Dinner was served, no one
bothered to wake me up nor was there a reminder later when I woke up. Airline staff looked unhappy serving
passengers. I had a completely different experience on my return flight from Venice-Istanbul-Mumbai on 30th
Oct, TK 1872 and TK 720. Staff were courteous and served well.

MUC-JNB and CPT-MUC each via Istanbul: The Airbus planes on all four flights were quite new and well
maintained. Food was plenty but really oily. IFE had a choice of music and films that left nothing to wish for.
However I felt the FAs were not very friendly, rarely smiling and a bit stingy with non-alcoholic beverages,
considering that flying time to/from South Africa is nearly ten hours!

Economy one-way Venice-Istanbul then Istanbul-Bangkok Oct 2012. Flight delayed 30 minutes, but not due to
airline. Online booking, payment and seat selection was very fast and easy, in-flight entertainment
satisfactory, seats satisfactory, flight attendants competent and professional, food and drinks ok. Offered
instant coffee for breakfast, rather than real coffee, which was a disappointment. Also no duty-free offered
this flight, for some strange reason. However overall I was very satisfied with the service and value for
money, and will easily fly TA again.

gate an hour prior to boarding, discovered that Turkish had assigned my seat to another passenger, and had
given me an inferior one. Aircraft was old, pocket in the seat in front of me torn, FAs seemed indifferent, the
food was only slightly better than Delta's on the flight from JFK to IST. FAs gave me a complimentary bottle
of wine which was open and undrinkable. The replacement was closed and acceptable. Turkish didn't impress
me.

My family and I travelled from Tehran to Los Angeles connecting in Istanbul. Once we landed in Istanbul we
rushed through the terminal and the over-crowded security to get to our far-placed gate. Once there, they
were still boarding people, however, they told us boarding was over. After much pleading to be allowed into
our flight at no avail, we asked to be put into the next flight. However, they charged us additional fees. Even
then, they said the next available seats would be 2 days later. We had to store our luggage that they took
out of our connecting flight in the airport, get our own transportation to the city, and find our own hotel. We
believe Turkish Airline is at fault for us missing our flights since they scheduled this connection. There was no
special accommodation for passengers with short connection times such as us. While waiting in security line,
we even approached the Turkish Airlines personnel multiple times and pointed out to them that we have a
short connection time and all they said was not to worry and that the gate staff will accommodate us.

SIN-IST 30 Oct. Nearly full cabin. Choice of champagne, OJ or water pre-take off. One passenger standing in
the aisle doing exercises whilst safety video was running. Passengers allowed to wear headphones and watch
movies during take-off and landing. Post take-off announcement totally inaudible. Choice of drinks pre dinner
from the a la carte menu. Food good and plentiful. Seats reclined to flat though the square shape of the felt
cover meant I could have either my feet or my shoulders covered; not both, even though I am average
height. Breakfast service a total mess. Some people pressing call buttons asking where their food was as it
was so slow. My whole tray taken away before I had finished. Connecting flight info on the screen before
landing showed all flights departing at 00.00. One of two Amsterdam flights was shown as departing from
gate 103 which is in the Domestic terminal. Arrived 30 minutes early to a remote stand, but a dedicated bus
for Business Class much welcomed. Overall a good flight.

IST-ESB Business class on near new A330 aircraft. Inflight service was acceptable and the food great. This
was a very short flight so only got to enjoy the comfortable seat for a short period. If only they used this
aircraft on the longer haul flight from LGW.

LGW-IST Business Class. Flight on an old A320 (or A321). J class seats seemed identical to the Y seats
apart from the middle seat became the armrest. There was little to no cushioning on the seat which made
the 3.5 hour flight uncomfortable towards the end. The inflight meal was great. IFE was not very good - a
shared and difficult to see screen. Crew quite friendly. Upon arrival into Istanbul I noted the Y class
passengers were being processed through customs a lot faster than the business class "express" queue. Will
know for next time to go the economy queue.

GVA-IST-PEK, PEK-IST-GVA. Economy from GVA to IST. Inflight meal very good. Flight on time. IST is a
bustling transit airport at night, so it was not long before we were on board from 2nd flight to PEK. No
priority boarding afforded to Comfort class, which was a little disappointing. Had window seats and the space
is amazing for the price paid. While seated, with my feet outstretched I could not touch the seat in front and
I am 5'6. IFE on demand and very good. Food is the best in the Skies. Really good and filling=. Amenity kit,
slippers etc all really nice touch. It was in all old style first class. The only 3 items I have an issue with. FA's
are sullen and look miserable, and this is a constant on all TK flights. The very edge of the seat in Comfort is
rock hard and its that bit that digs into your hip when trying to sleep. My request for mileage upgrade in PEK
was laughed at.

Istanbul-Dublin-Istanbul. Outbound flight an old A320 with dirty seats and faded common screens. My seat
only reclined a few inches and it felt cramped since we had the middle seat blocked. Flight back to Istanbul
was a slightly better B737-800, not the newest though. Again, there were no private screens but seat comfort
was much better. Disappointed with catering on both legs since I've had better quality in the past. No alcohol
served in the welcome drinks but was available upon request and later throughout the flight. Crew friendly
but they disappeared after the meals and had to be chased. Arrival in Istanbul was chaotic as we had to
queue for 30 minutes at the fast track lane. Economy passengers cleared customs before business lass
passengers! All in all a mediocre experience for a 4+ hour flight. They should use their newest planes for long
flights such as this one.

LHR-IST-JIB return, business class. On the flight to IST, my reclining seat was not functioning properly so
was difficult to get any sleep. Food and cabin service were good. Arrived in IST very late with just 15 mins to
transfer but were met at the gate and rushed through. On second flight the headphone socket was faulty, as
was the reclining seat. On arrival in Djibouti none of our 4 bags arrived. No member of airline staff available
at the airport to help. 2 of the 4 bags eventually arrived on the day of our departure but having phoned
customer services in IST they seemed indifferent to us having no baggage. Other 2 are still in IST a day after
I arrived back at LHR! Flights back from JIB-IST and IST-LHR both delayed and the final flight did not even
have business class seats. Overall onboard service was reasonable, but very poor customer service and
business seat quality, will go back to flying with Ethiopian or Air France on this route in future.

IAD-IST, Sep 21, economy class on an A340. IST-IAD, Sep 30, upgraded to business class. On both legs,
friendly and helpful cabin crew, nice A/C interior, excellent food, and nice entertainment system. Considering
the alternatives, Turkish Airlines is a good value for the money. The earlier safety video (which I had
commented about) with Manchester United players clowning around is now cleaned of funny stuff. The safety
video is now as a safety video should be: serious and to the point. One area of possible improvement: A
more careful cabin walk through by the cabin crew prior to landing, with particular attention to seats that are
not upright. In summary, flying with Turkish Airlines is reminiscent of earlier days of transatlantic flight when
one looked forward to flying, not dreading it.

BHX to IST on A320 on 8th October. Cabin crew surly and unfriendly, did not acknowledge presence of
passengers as we were boarding. Seating quite cramped. Overhead TV screens working. Food was very
good; however, when I asked for another cold soft drink when the trays were being collected, I was told ‘we
have tea, coffee or water’. IST to BHX on 737 on 13th October, cabin crew again surly and unfriendly. Plenty
of leg room, headphones handed out but no film shown and no explanation as to why. Only one toilet in
operation in economy class. Food very good. On-line booking was easy to use but did not allow you to
request specific seats. Seat request with call-centre was awful. Online check in was simple and avoided the
queues at the airport although the web-site was down when I initially tried to check in for the return flight.
Would only use for short haul and definitely not for our annual long haul flights.

Regularly fly SOF-IST-TBS and am very impressed with THY. Flights always punctual. Service on board
professional and polite. On the short (1hr) SOF-IST flight food is always served. Even with tight connections
bags have not been lost. Last returning flight IST-SOF was onboard a brand new A320 with the new business
class. Plane was impeccable with a very modern and comfortable cabin. Overall very impressed with THY
and will certainly continue to use them in the future.

KIV-IST-FRU return in Business Class on a variety of airplanes - A321, B739 and A319. 3 out of 4 segments
had the new Business Class - 2 abreast and plenty of legroom. Was able to get some sleep on the IST-FRU-IST segments thanks to those nice and comfortable seats. The food was delicious. Nice selection of wines
and liquors and good entertainment system. Staff attitude could be improved in terms of business class
service. After serving food the FAs didn't return to offer more drinks and were very much absent throughout
the flight, unless called. CIP lounge in Istanbul was excellent. Good food, a lot of space, luggage lockers,
pool table, tasty coffee and deserts and free Wi-Fi.

LHR-IST-AUH round trip. A330 London leg. A321 Abu Dhabi leg. The safety video was a new classy one, the seatbelt
lights got turned off when not needed, crew were much more smiley, Captain gave a nice update about our progress etc.
All these small things made a big overall improvement. Food excellent, entertainment still a bit lacking. A solid set
of flights, with signs they are making an effort to get even better.

ESB-IST-MAN, disappointed by Turkish Airlines. Both planes had shabby interiors. Boarding of Istanbul-Manchester
flight was a complete shambles (some seats apparently double-booked etc) and sour-faced cabin crew had no interest or
control. A321 uncomfortably hot, but service was poor especially lack of cold drinks. Special meals booked didn't
arrive. I used Easyjet and Pegasus on the way out both had new planes and far more pleasant / professional staff.
Would never consider them for a long haul trip based on this very poor 5.5 hours in the air.

Frankfurt - Istanbul - Baku on a mix of A320, 321 and Boeing 737-800. Positive: all flights on time, relatively new
planes, seat pitch varies a lot according top the plane, generous meals for these rather short flights, although the
breakfast stars to be repetitive after the third time, very competitive prices and they have often multiple daily
flights to exotic destinations. Negative: cabin crew can be a hit and miss. Also cabin temperature was on all flights
very hot, must be something cultural I guess. Biggest negative point but not the responsibility of Turkish Airlines:
the hell of Ataturk Airport. Apart from their hub, I enjoy flying them and would not hesitate to take them again.

HEL-ADD-HEL via IST. HEL to IST operated with an old 737 (no IFE and worn-out seats) but other legs were flown with
newer aircraft (737-800, the new Sky Interior model or A321). Food was excellent and tasty. Service was good both on
the ground and in air. Contrary to my expectations there were no delays. Transit in IST went without any problems. I
will definitely use THY again and recommend it as probably the best way to get from HEL to ADD.

LHR-IST-ERC return. Early morning Outbound and evening inbound flights left on time. Economy seating with plenty of
legroom. Aircraft clean but not the newest in the fleet. Service good. Food very good for airline catering. No
complaints apart from the 50min transfer in Istanbul to catch Ercan flight did mean our bags did not make it - we were
prepared for this! Bags came in on next flight and collected following morning. Overall very satisfied.

I've used Turkish Airlines a lot during the last 2-3 years and their service has got worse. Doha-Sofia there was a 4
hour delay of the flight from Doha. Therefore, I missed my connection in Istanbul and they offered bad care while
accommodating me until the next flight - long waiting, no information, etc. The worst part was when they failed to
pick us up from the hotel to take us back to the airport for the flight - the driver never came, another one picked us
finally after numerous complaints with 50 min delay. We finally got the flight only because it was also delayed.
Sofia to Doha via Istanbul they canceled my flight again (Sofia-Istanbul) and failed to inform me. I knew only
because I called the office. Next flight for the day was also canceled so finally they re-routed me. There was no one
in the office at Sofia airport to help or give information, I got re-booked for only the next day. This is supposed to
be the best airline in Europe for the last years, hard to believe that.

IST-LAX, JFK-IST. Flew comfort class, overall a good experience, the flights were smooth. The crew was good
but not excellent. My only complaint was that the seats were cloth and the fabric was coming off on my
clothing, need leather seats for comfort class and the plane could have been cleaner throughout, cleaning
crew need to do a better job between flights.

Flew Edinburgh to Istanbul on the newly instigated flight between these two cities and then had three further
domestic flights within Turkey. The EDI-IST flight was on a plane which appeared new and was comfortable
with plenty of leg room and food very acceptable. All the flights were on time, cabin crew friendly and
helpful, planes clean and comfortable. We enjoyed all the flights and find Turkish Airlines like our airlines
used to be before the days of the budget airlines. Their prices also seem very fair.

works.
