Tel-Aviv-Cologne. Service on this flight was good. Although the airline is a LCC we were served a
free meal. The cabin was spacious and ample leg-room. Shame you have to pay extra for an emergency
exit seat.

Cologne-Hamburg return Boeing 737-800 and 737-700. This airline is a LCC so no free
drinks or food. For 45 minute leg, this is fine. Both flights late by around 15 minutes.
Seat reservation via online booking cost 9 Euro per leg. Booked seat 1C on both legs an no problem
with check in. Crew friendly, offered free newspaper and some magazines. The seats are narrow and
legroom is limited. Ticket cost EURO 145 so not that bad.

Recently travelled to LPA - booked and paid 46Euro for emergency exit seats for the leg room, got
the seats ok but they have no extra leg room - standard seats. On the way back they decided to land
in Tenerife and pick up more passengers so 4 hours became 6! Watch out when booking - you pay for
anything and everything - so much so that the only people who get coffee are those that have paid
for breakfast. When I asked if I could buy a coffee was told No!

I booked two Tuifly flights in late August for November: DUS-KLU and CGN-INN. The departure times
were changed for both flights in advance (3 hours earlier/ 6 hours later). Web check-in didn't work
properly for one of the flights so that had to contact the desk at the airport. The staff was very,
unfriendly and not willed to print a real boarding pass. When I entered the security area a delay
for an unknown reason was announced. In the end we were allowed to board the plane 3 hours later (no
vouchers or anything else were handed out to the passengers). The seat pitch was miserable and the
cabin was dirty - crew was unfriendly. All in all I can only say that I had a horrible feeling when
I was on board a Tuifly plane.

HAJ-ORY. Short and pleasant flight Hanover to Paris-Orly. Fast and efficient check-in and boarding.
Crew friendly and helpful. Food and drinks was for sale (prices ok). Onboard video/safety
instruction in German with French subtitles, however not in English.

Had a flight from Germany to Lanzarote, which was okay. Only the seat pitch was too narrow. For a
short trip it would have been okay, but not for a flight which takes 5 hours. Awful and unfriendly
staff at the airline counter at Lanzarote.

STR-OPO-STR. The service is simple and better than some called normal airlines.Crew friendly, nice
Recaro seats and very punctual in Stuttgart and also in Porto. I just paid 152 Euros for 3 People
round-trip. It is amazing. From Porto to Stuttgart they have served a nice meal (Sandwich,
Chocolate, Dessert, Soft Drinks+cafe). There is no space for complain !

NCL-HAJ-NCL on 737-700. Slick and efficient service with a smile, and extremely good value for money.
Will definitely use TUIfly again if this is the level of service and comfort they can provide.

Paris/ORY - STR. Very pleasant experience on this short evening flight. Aircraft was refurbished
(Hapagfly) with comfy seats and good seat pitch! FAs friendly and attentive. Food/drinks were for sale
at adequate prices (sandwich for €3.50, drinks ranging from €1.30 to 2.60, small snacks for €1 to
1.50). I booked 4 weeks in advance and paid €48, which is ok on that route.

CGN-RMI return. Flights on time and very smooth. FA's friendly and pro-
active. The plane was a reasonable B737-700. Inflight drinks and food
prices are a bit expensive. Seat allocation makes boarding quite relaxed
(compared to the Germanwings system).

HAJ-ARN one-way for 19,99€. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.
The aircraft was a modern B737-700 equipped with new Recaro seats:
comfortable and sufficient legroom. Check-in in Hanover was painless as
five counters were opened; you get a numbered seat at check-in, thus
avoiding the scramble at boarding. Flight was on-time with a friendly
crew. TUIfly aircrafts are unmistakable, painted in a bright yellow
colour with big red letters! However all the extras are quite expensive:
I refuse to pay 2,60€ for a coffee and 20€ for an emergency exit row!

CGN-HAM-CGN, normal flight. CGN bussed to plane and in HAM we got a
jetfinger. Since this is a LCC it was ok, of course no food and drinks,
unless you want to pay (coffee 2,50 EUR or 5,50 EUR for Coffee and
Roll/Cake). Tkt was 130,00 EUR so it was a good deal. Legroom ok, since
I had seat 1C (Charge 7,99 EUR if booked by internet). Duration only 50
Min. so this was just ok, would not try to fly long haul with this. I
payed for the flight and that is what I got. Way back the jetfinger in
CGN did not work, so we left the plane through the rear exit and were
bussed 20 meters to the building, this cost about 30 Min. extra time.

STR-TXL - domestic return trip (approx €65 incl taxes). Aircraft was
still old Hapagfly style on both legs (no leather seats like on former
HLX). Fast, professional & efficient flights. Check-in a breeze, staff
friendly. Nothing to complain about, except that they charge €25 for
exit row seats now (just as a reminder: this is a low cost airline,
which means: small/cramped seats, food & drinks for sale etc.

STR-VCE return. Outbound delayed by 3 hours, we got 2 vouchers of 4.5€
and explanation about it onboard. B737-700 was new. FAs friendly.
Inbound on old T-Mobile decorated B735 but still in good shape and with
nice seat pitch. Once again 2 hours delay, this time without any voucher
or free service into the plane. Complained about it for 2 weeks and
became an answer today that they can't do anything anymore but that next
time we should call them directly from the airport to report the
problem. Well, not exactly the answer that I was expecting but what can
I expect more for the price I paid.
