Edmonton to Cancun - awful experience. The seats are uncomfortable and awkward. TV out of sight for most
passengers. The food is awful, staff are unfriendly. Flight delayed 1.5 hrs and spent an hour sitting inside the
plane with a toddler and a baby. Even after the plane took off refreshments were given 2.5 hrs later. Service
is very poor. Coming back we were only allowed 60 kg total with 4 of us traveling. We were told we were 3 kg
over weight and have to pay $15 per kg. I told them I would take stuff and put it in my carry on. It was a
disaster at the airport.

Winnipeg-Cancun return. Flight to Cancun was good, but returned in club class. We found the service not up
to standards compared with other airlines, and therefore not worth the extra expense. The attendants were
not very attentive to our needs, and choose to ignore our service light. An unfortunate way to end to our
vacation.

Saskatoon to Panama return. Seats are very uncomfortable and still crowded. Service onboard was poor at
best, if you could find anyone. One the way back, it was announced that they had "limited alcohol", which
turned out to be an understatement unless you were seated in "option plus" or above, the water in the
bathroom ran out, headsets did not work on many of the seats, (so do not waste your money buying them).
Temperature was beyond hot. It has been many years since flying Transat and will not do so again.

ATH to YYZ. The flight out was on a new plane with seatback TV and reasonable seats, however the return
was on an old cramped plane in poor condition. The crews both ways were efficient and helpful but the food
was the worst I've ever been served on a plane! Luckily I'd read reviews on this site and took my own. The
flights weren't even particularly cheap, the only advantage is it's a direct flight. Doubt I would use them
again.

MAN-YYZ return. Check-in no problems, the outbound aircraft an old Airbus A330 that had no seat back TV
and limited inflight entertainment. Cabin crew were professional providing a good level of customer care, food
was above average with snacks and drinks at regular intervals. Seating a little cramped, the cabin was clean
and well presented. On check-in at Pearson we were offered vouchers for discounted access to one of the
lounges, we had already booked the KLM lounge which was a big disappointment in terms of food availability.

I have flown Air Transat twice and have found the customer support is very good, the plane is clean and staff
are friendly. The entertainment was not that good both ways, the TV is not in your seat it is in the aisle and
not easy to see when your only 5 ft 3. The comfort is ok, the seats are a bit hard and don't recline very much,
but they are a cheap airline to travel with, I wasn't expecting luxury.

Calgary-Manchester, we paid for extra leg room seats, our seats on row 4 were against a bulkhead and as the
seats are so narrow the extra leg room is not noticed. Other members of our party were on row 30, the extra
leg room by window includes a door bulkhead which means your legs have to be at around 45 % so still really
uncomfortable. No bar service was offered, we had to call for service which was given grudgingly. The food
was appalling, I chose chicken and rice, the chicken was grey and slimy, totally inedible, breakfast I did not
even attempt. We take approximately 8 flights per year using scheduled charter and low cost airlines, can
honestly say that this Air Transat flight was the most miserable flying experience I have had in 40 years of
air travel.

YYZ-FCO, VCE-YYZ. Outbound flight: boarding was disorganized but we left on time. The A330 sadly did not
have PTV'S or AVOD. Blankets, pillows and headset were not free so I had to buy them. The food was
mediocre and dull. On-time arrival but no air-bridge. Inbound flight was much better. It was one of the newer
A330's with PTV'S and AVOD! Selection was alright. You could re-use the items you purchased on your
previous flight. The food seemed a bit better. The flight was on-time, the seats comfortable. Staff were
attentive and had a sense of humor.

The flight itself was good, and the staff onboard good, it was the 2.5 hrs check-in. , I was at the airport 3 hrs
before my flight, and boarded almost as soon as I cleared security which only took 20 mins. I didn't even
have time to buy any duty free! There is absolutely no reason why it should take 2.5 hrs to check-in a flight
and take our bags. Will never fly this airline again!

London Gatwick to Toronto because of the relatively cheap fare for business/first class. Service was
wonderful. The food was very good and the flight attendants were friendly. The only drawbacks I found were
- there wasn't a business class check-in desk. The seats weren't as wide as most business class seats. No
affiliation with any lounges. Shared inflight entertainment. Servisair lounge was only 16 pounds for the day,
and that's money well spent. Plenty of leg room - but make sure you reserve your seats 3 days before the
flight because you don't want to get stuck in a middle seat. Incredible value for business class for the price
of a coach ticket on most leading airlines.

Travelled to Toronto directly from Gatwick Airport. The outbound flight from Gatwick was 8 hours as there was
a slight delay due to weather conditions. The flight was good, staff were helpful and were always going
around with drinks and snacks. Entertainment was ok, we were given 3 movies to watch throughout the trip,
but most people had Ipods or books. The food was good and a lot higher quality than I was expecting. The
return journey was shorter at only 6 hours but staff were just as good as the first trip, as was everything
else. Entertainment was a bit better as every seat had a TV screen and there was a wide choice of things to
watch. I would certainly recommend Air Transat and will definitely fly them again.

Worse family travel experience ever for the return flight. The personnel onboard as well as a supervisor at the
airport had been very unpleasant and disrespectful. The company threatened to separate our family because
they told us they did not have my eldest's age. Even if we reserved beforehand our seats and there had not
been any problem for the first flight. We also gave them her DOB 3 times. The vegetarian meal for my two-
year-old, for the two flights, was a curry, too spicy for a little girl. The kid's club promised a lot but did not
deliver (priority check-in and baggage delivery).
