Recently flew A330 from Toronto to London (Gatwick). This will be the last time we use Air Transat. The new
inflight entertainment is a nice feature and had a great selection of movies and music. However, the attached
remote will no doubt break in no time. The remote functions as a phone that you use with your credit card.
But really, do we need this type of service. Seats were extremely uncomfortable, we sat in 40 A and B.
Underneath the window seat is an entertainment box that takes up half the foot space. If the person in front
reclines the seat, the entertainment screen is right in your face. The headphone jacks are located on the
sides of the arm rests. We kept hitting them when we moved The plugs were very loose and only mine
would work. Food and service was ok, however it was very hot onboard. Never so glad to get off a plane.

YUL-ATH-YUL. All flights left on time and the return flight landed in Montreal 40 minutes early. Check-in fine
at both airports. Inbound flight on A310, legroom was fine - not too narrow. Return flight on A330 which had
small TV screens in each seat. Service onboard all flights was fine. The only negative comment I have is that
not all the crew members knew French fluently, announcements were made in English, French and Greek. Air
Transat is improving with the new cabins on A330s. I would fly Air Transat again on this route because it
provides better entertainment than Air Canada.

Came back from Paris to Montreal on their latest Airbus 330. Each seat was equipped with personal TV's
(great choice of movies, TV programs). The whole cabin had been recently retrofitted with luxurious material,
even the toilets looked great. Seats in economy were spacious. We were offered 3 different choices for the
hot meal and pizza before landing, all with complimentary wine. Staff was energetic and pleasant. They
offered 4 bar services during our 7 hour flight.

We booked an all inclusive vacation from Edmonton to Los Cabos. Holiday itself was fine. However, because
we were arriving at 3 in the morning I booked club class for the return and it was a nightmare. We were in
row 30 for the flight to Mexico and Row 1 for return. Because it was club class I assumed the seats would
have more leg room. Not row 1, not only are you squashed into your seat, you are not allowed anything on
the floor in front of you so the attendants took my purse, our one carry-on and our purchase of liquor from
duty free. On landing my husband finally managed to find our bag stashed behind a seat where we would
never have found it. The real reason we booked club class was so that our luggage would be brought out
first, as it was such a late flight and we wanted to be out of the airport and on our way home as quickly as
possible. My husband's suitcase came out fairly quickly but my suitcase was the third last to come out, my
husband's had a red priority tag on his suitcase but mine did not.

YYZ to MAN return in economy. Outbound flight on 330-300 and return on 310. Conditions of both aircraft's
were fine. Seat pitch was acceptable. No PTVs onboard both flights. Flights on time, crews were friendly
and professional. There were 3 choices of main courses on both flights but unfortunately they did not taste
good. Pillows, blankets and headphones were not offered for free. You get what you pay for and it is
excellent value for money.

Extremely cramped, seat width would be good for a child, no air flow in the cabin, some of the food
completely inedible. No way to get up and stretch your legs, even trying to stand in line to go to the
washroom. Seats in the upright position laid back so far at the top that it gave you neck ache, as you
couldn't rest. It's not even that they were economical, just the fact they were the only Canadian air line that
flew into the Algarve, Portugal.

Return from Calgary to London for under $900. Your flight experience will depend somewhat on whether you
get the new refitted plane or the older ones. The new ones have back seat individual TV's with a USB
charging port and the old ones don't have any of that, they have the old style TV's that drop down out of the
bulkhead every 10 rows or so. This was good value for price paid. Staff were friendly, both flights left on time
and arrived a few minutes early, food and beverages were fine.

Coach class Montreal to Paris. There is no room in coach class and no air, that leg of the journey was just
awful. Do not fly with this airline if you are taller than 5'7 and weigh over 150 lbs, it is just not worth the
misery. We flew back in Club Class and it is clear they do have the capacity to make the air cooler. Seats are
wider, the food is gourmet in appearance but bland in taste. Overall an airline with unreliable times and
service.

YHZ to MCO. We left late due to snow, but made up time in flight. Staff were average, food was limited and
over-priced, and seats were cramped and hot. They had a kids movie playing, but it was in French. The only
reason I fly AT is because it's cheap. Return flight back was better, not as crowded and staff seemed more
friendly.

Toronto-Gatwick and Gatwick-Calgary. The flight from Toronto was on the new refitted plane with PTVs,
return flight was with an older plane without PTVs. The absence of them was made up by more leg room!
Staff were great, meal was good and all flights on time!

Punta Cana to Toronto. We waited in line for close to 2 hours with no announcement as to what was going
on. Later found out that they implemented a new booking system. We checked in only to get 1 ticket and
none for my wife. We went back to the counter and they gave us the other ticket with no apology or
comment. This in turn delayed the flight, changing the gate number and causing confusion for everyone
onboard. Food was horrible, inflight service was fair, they attended to our needs.

YHZ-MCO. Check-in should have been my first clue. 2 agents at counter for a plane with 235 people.
Departed 1.5 hrs late. Refreshment after 1 hr and again an 1.5 later. Bathroom door would not open/shut.
Was travelling with my 6 yr old daughter and could not get agent at check-in to seat us together, told to ask
inflight staff. They could care less, a nice couple volunteered their seats.

Before leaving for our vacation to Puerto Plata, my husband and I bought the Option Plus. On our flight we

Travelled London to Calgary return, on time both ways. Food not fantastic but you get what you pay for. Staff
very good and helpful. Baggage allowance good as you get free ski carriage which others charge for. Plane
was changed on return and reserved seats were not available but alternate seats were as good. I am 6' 2''
and had adequate legroom in an economy seat. For what you pay compared to BA or Air Canada it is excellent
value.

Calgary to Cancun. Outbound average compared to the return. Hard to see the movie screens. Food was
average plane food. Flight attendants were excellent however not very much legroom. On the return it was a
new plane with personal TV's. Food was really good. Option plus is worth it.
