Efficient check-in. Very simple and small meal for a 5 hour flight with a stop over of another
1:30. (Brussels-Marsa Alam). Unbearably limited legroom. If you are over 1.90 m impossible to
sit. Had to sit with my legs in the isle or stand. Seats only recline 5 cm so it feels you sit
upright.

Brussels-Tivat. Quick check-in. Friendly staff. Snack and a soft drink for free.
Very poor legroom, the seat pitch is far too small for most of the passengers,
lucky this was only a two hour flight. A big minus is the late change of the
return flight times (5 days before departure, we were informed that the return
flight was no longer in the afternoon, but early in the morning - reroute of our
last days in Montenegro and extra cost for early return of rental car). Also
nasty : we paid 50% more for a so-called early booking than for a last minute
flight. If you have free dates, you better wait as long as possible with this
airline.

Overall a professional service with flights to some unusual destinations from
Brussels airport. Flew Brussels-Tivat in May. Check-in slow but pleasant.
Onboard service only in Dutch and French but staff pleasant. A small meal
served. Seats cramped but by no means unbearable.
