Bournemouth - Dalaman. Flight on time both ways. Cabin staff excellent - very attentive. Comfort level and
food fine for length of flight and price.

Flew from Gatwick to Tenerife, and it was not a pleasant experience. Absolutely no leg room, it seems the
emphasis is on packing as many people into the flight as possible, with no thought for passenger comfort.
The crew were pleasant and friendly enough, but as we had aisle seats we did tend to get bashed by the
trolley each time it went up and down the aisle. I also had poured all down my leg, simply because the poor
attendant did not have enough space to do anything! Not looking forward to our return trip!

Manchester to Corfu. Cabin crew were very friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to move my 85
year old grandfather to a seat with more legroom next to the lavatories. The 'Cabin Manager' didn't have
basic maths skills and kept giving me the wrong change. A little girl was sick in the aisle of the aircraft and
numerous calls were made, I had to leave my seat to go and get a member of staff from the front of the
aircraft, to find them all eating their meals. However, the food was enjoyable, some of the crew were helpful
and the seats fairly comfortable.

I have just returned from a weeks holiday in Portugal flying Luton to Faro with Thomson. After reading the
reviews here I wasn't looking forward to the flight, however I was pleasantly surprised. Staff were friendly
and helpful. The aircraft was very clean, I was shocked at the mess some people leave behind especially
when the crew frequently collect rubbish. I was fortunate to be able to book extra leg room seats which were
comfortable and very spacious. Minor criticism would be the food available, the toasted sandwich was just
about edible. We took off on time and landed ahead of schedule. I would definitely travel with them again.

Newcastle to Sharm El Sheikh return. Seat space non existent, no 'nets' to store your bits, staff constantly
trying to sell over priced goods. No entertainment - why have the movies and music gone? The food options
are terrible - you can no longer pre-order meals. I found the constant useless sales announcements by the
staff particularly irritating especially on the return flight when most were trying to sleep, they no longer seem
to think this is important and obviously have sales targets to meet! I used to really rate Thomson flights, but
the customer service seems to have gone completely. Whatever happened to the days when you had free tea
and coffee and hot towels before landing!

Doncaster-Sharm-Doncaster. Two brand new aircraft's on both legs of the journey, the new inflight menu is
excellent. Map is shown as entertainment which is perfectly fine as most people have iPads or iPods.

Recently flew from Glasgow to Naples. Whole experience was excellent down to staff on the flight. They were
pleasant, always smiling, helpful and respectful. Will definitely make a point of flying Thomson again, just a
pity all airlines weren't like this!

Manchester-Sanford-Manchester in premium class both ways in an ex First Choice Boeing 767-300ER. Both
ways very comfortable with plenty of legroom and decent AVOD which had numerous films, TV and a good
selection of music. Cabin crew on both flights were excellent and made numerous drinks rounds, food was
good with dinner, ice cream and a light snack on the outbound and a dinner and to my surprise a hot
breakfast on the return. Each way the cabin was clean and the dedicated toilet for the premium cabin was
kept clean and well stocked. If you can get the ex First Choice 767's they are far better than Thomsons own
Boeing 767-300 aircraft.

Flew from Manchester to Antalya on Boeing 737-800, returning the following week on exactly same aircraft
which was obviously very new. Spotlessly clean with very comfortable seating and ample leg room (I am 6' 1''
tall). Crew very attentive and pleasant. I would certainly recommend the airline.

Gatwick to Sharm El Sheikh return a week later. It is a mystery to me, when travelling on the same plane
(757) and in the same seat numbers on both journeys, why there was more seat room on the outbound
flight? Travellers need to be aware that they have no chance of relaxing during the flight (5.5 hours) as the
concept of taking your own food on to the plane (or buying an expensive snack onboard) clearly does not
work. Other travellers spend most of their time getting up and down to get food and drinks from their bags in
the overhead lockers. I would love to know why Thomson have reclining seats when it causes so much
anxiety for the passengers sitting behind them and hugely increases the chances friction between the
passengers.

Newcastle to Sharm El Sheikh. Flights and seat were good. Took sandwiches for outbound but on a 6 hour
return trip sampled the inflight meals. Big mistake, will never eat on a Thomson flight again.

Just flew Exeter-Gran Canaria on their new aircraft and I was really impressed with the legroom. Service was
good and glad the annoying safety movie with the sickly kids has been taken away. My only complaint and its
a small one was they sell things like pizza and chips, they stunk the plane out - apart from that very
impressed.

Glasgow to Barbados return. Old First Choice plane, solid seating units, very uncomfortable for long haul.
Tried sitting on pillows and blanket, tray table in fixed arm rest. Leg room cramped for getting out of seat to
toilet, had to move 3 passengers to do so. Being 5ft tall this is not the premium seating space and comfort
that I paid £350 for 2 seats. Food trays as in economy seating, no priority boarding, rows 1-25 called.

Flew Premium - Birmingham to Cancun return. Both flights very comfortable, cabin crews both ways provided
excellent, unobtrusive service. Seats were comfortable and entertainment system worked well. Food was as
good as it gets for a charter flight, so no complaints on that front. Crew made frequent drinks runs on both
flights. Although a Thomson flight, we had booked through First Choice and whole experience was painless.
