Heathrow to Lisbon. 3 adults and 2 children, given seat allocations when booking, invited to board early by friendly
staff. Onboard crew friendly, even offered food and a drink for free. Return flight was on time and uneventful.

MAN-LIS-GIG return. Business Class. Excellent flight to Rio with good connection in Lisbon, though a long walk
between connections and chaos at the boarding gate. Return flight a disaster with 4 Business Class seats not
operational, TAP offered an alternative flight via TAM to Paris which was later withdrawn and an alternative via TAM
to NATAL and then catch the TAP flight to Lisbon. TAP didn’t volunteer the fact that the 4 hour internal flight was in
Economy and that it went via Fortaleza. Was given a refund but for the price of a business ticket would expect
better reliability, communication and advance warning of any changes. Very poor ground service.

Vienna to Lisbon. 18 mins delay, IFE limited to a couple of commercials and safety rules. Information from the
cockpit and FA, both in Portuguese and English. The A319 aircraft old, seats frayed and dirty. The best part of the
3 hrs 20 mins flight was the meal. Landing smooth and on time. I am looking forward to the return flight with great
meal again.

Business Class from/to Italy to Brazil. Seats are good enough but the video system is old and did not work, the
food was absolutely awful. Only one toilet. Staff were not kind and not happy. All the night long the stewardesses
were chatting in the galley close to my seat. The temperature was so cold that we had to wear our jackets and
sweaters, staff did not try to reduce the temperature.

London to Accra via Lisbon. The air conditioning didn't seem to be working on both inbound and outbound flights.
The food was very basic - seemed to be more akin to a budget airline. No inflight entertainment, instead there was
a tourist informercial. The flight to Accra was delayed 2 hrs. Little explanation given until a crowd of passengers
demanded an explanation. Cabin crew on the flight to Accra were rude and unhelpful. On the return to Lisbon, the
crew were helpful and cheerful.

WAW-LIS return. Seatbelt sign stayed on a long time, in their small airbus planes - instead of non smoking sign
they have turn off electronic equipment sign which was off much faster than seatbelt sign. They ran out of white
wine 60 mins into 4 hr flight, also the onboard magazine was worn out. Otherwise good flights.

ATH-LIS-OPO. All flights on time, all fully booked, planes a little aged but respectable. Breakfast from Athens was
ok, dinner from Lisbon was tasteless. Stewardesses were ok, not particularly friendly and standard service.
Overnight flight from Lisbon to Athens 4 hrs and did not have a single blanket. When asked the stewardess the
answer was that they had run out. Overall a standard airline no complains but nothing to impress me.

Zurich to Lisbon. After take-off the seat belt sign stayed on for 45 mins. Staff sat together, chatting and drinking,
without seat belts on. Toilets were all locked from the outside, but after 5 mins of arguing with rude flight
attendants they grudgingly opened the toilets, turned off the seat belt sign and started serving some drinks. Before
arrival, a flight attendant ordered passengers to straighten their seats. Unusually, she started at the back, not the
front. The seat in front of me was broken and reclined too far, it was impossible for me to straighten my seat. I
pointed this out to which I got a very rude and sharp response.

Lisbon-Heathrow with connecting flight to Johannesburg with 5 hr gap. Flight was 3 hrs delayed because the crew
were late from the original flight in Brazil. I missed the connecting flight and had to stay in London for 3 days (at
my cost) and pay the fare difference.

London LGW to Lisbon on an A319. Very quick and efficient check-in. The seat was a little frayed but quite
comfortable - I was sitting in an exit row. On board service was professional, and the snack was quite tasty; a
wide range of drinks were available. The flight operated on time and my luggage was waiting for me on the
carousel.

GRU-ORY with connection in LIS. Transatlantic flights on dated A340, no individual IFE, just the old CRT displays.
Ordinary coach catering service, however superior to American carriers. European legs on A320 and A319. Hot
chicken sandwich served on LIS-ORY and a cold, plastic-like cheese sandwich served in return flight. Staff
courteous and efficient. Would fly TAP again, but would definitely choose the A330 GRU-LIS flights.

LHR-LIS round trip. Everything went as well as could be hoped. We booked cheapest fares through a bucket shop,
which resulted in us being put on stand by for the return leg. Getting on our selected return flight was no problem
however and we were seated together. Service, flight, food and drink were all up to scratch and it was a good first
time with TAP. I would happily fly with this airline again.

Flew TAP from Lisbon-Funchal return. Aircraft (A320) were immaculately clean. Food was tasty and enough for the
short flight. The cabin attendants were friendly, attentive and served the meals quickly and efficiently. Flights were
very punctual. I don't have a single complaint about this trip. I will fly with them again. It is just a pity that they are
so much more expensive on the African routes. Like me, there are thousands of other passengers who use other
airlines between Johannesburg and Lisbon because they are much cheaper. My suggestion to TAP: consider
lowering your prices on your African routes so that we won't have to fly via the UK, Spain or Germany.

BCN-LIS Round trip. Economy. Outbound afternoon flight was Embraer RJ145 operated by Portugalia. The aircraft
departed and arrived on time. It was a pleasant surprise to be offered ice cream on board. The aircraft looked
clean and the leather seats were pretty comfortable. However for some reason the air conditioning stopped
working for a while and it got quite hot in the cabin. Flight back to Barcelona was A320 operated this time by TAP.
The flight was again on time as the aircraft looked modern, clean and comfortable. I found the Safety video pretty
curious with wooden crew and passengers starring. It seems every time more airlines within Star Alliance are using
this funny resources to make their safety videos. A pleasant experience and good value for money.

Munich-Lisbon, and Lisbon-Hamburg in Business class. The seats look wide and comfortable, but are not very
good. Service very attentive and good. MUC-LIS lunch time flight, two hot option to choose from, drink and meal
orders taken and carried to each passenger. The food was really good. LIS-HAM morning flight, again very good
service, and food. Though would have liked a hot course for breakfast. Check in at LIS a bit complex (caused by
LH's poor handling of rebooking the day before), staff very helpful, fast track efficient. The lounge very nice with a
good selection of food and drinks.

Be aware that as a loyalty card member, not all flights are available for you to book. I wanted to fly Lisbon-
Dresden, but on the loyalty web site this is simply not available, Dresden does not appear as a destination. As a
non-loyal person I can go to their main website and just book the flight. I have tried to draw the attention of both
TAP, and the loyalty programme people to this problem. The "talk to us" email address simply gives me an
automatic response asking me to go to a web page that doesn't exist. The Loyalty people simply sent me
a "standard" response addressing none of the issues I'd mentioned. Making it impossible for loyal customers to
book specific flights is certainly an innovative way to reward loyalty.

I make 60 flights a year through my job and fancied a route change from my usual Heathrow - Paris - Bamako
with Air France, I decided to do Heathrow-Lisbon-Bamako with TAP for a change of surroundings. I had a stop
over in Lisbon and checked my suitcases in 4 hrs before boarding. Long story short the flight was delayed by 2 hrs,
inflight meal was horrible, cabin crew rude and my luggage never turned up and still hasn't 1 week later-how does
that even happen on a direct flight? I will not be flying TAP again.

I booked a flight from Amsterdam-Lisbon return. In Amsterdam everything was okay. In Lisbon on 5th June
I arrived at the airport 2.5 hrs before my flight was leaving. I could not check in (neither could
I the day before online!), because I was told I was stand-by! I was really mad, because last year (also
Lisbon-Amsterdam) I was overbooked (so they told me) and I couldn't leave till the next morning. So this
year I was really annoyed when I was told that I couldn't check in! The lady at the office told me that
"cheap" tickets are always stand-by. I am a frequent flyer to Portugal, because my son is living there,
but I cannot book a flight with TAP when I'm not sure that I will return to Holland on the day that I
planned it.

London to Funchal, went smoothly, but return flight from Lisbon to New York about a 3 hour
delay. Missed my connecting flight, but they put me in a hotel for the night. The new flight
they gave me was not set correctly, so was waiting for a long time in New Jersey for another
connecting flight. TAP needs to have more people in New Jersey.

I booked a return flight with TAP airlines from Paris to Lisbon. When I arrived at the check-
in, I was told that the plane is full and there are no seats! Me and another twenty people
didn’t get on the flight, because TAP had overbooked it. TAP representatives refused to take
any responsibility for that and refused to provide a document certifying anything so that we
cannot claim compensation. I was finally put up in a hotel for the night and told that I will
be waitlisted for a flight the following day. I did make it on a flight the next day, but lost
a day and a half waiting at the airport. On the way back, I arrived at the airport two and a
half hours before my flight so that I can check in early (thinking that will ensure me a seat)
and instead, the person at the check-in counter told me that they cannot assure a seat for me
and gave me a boarding card with no seat number. I was told I am on standby. She explained the
reason for that is that I had booked an economy fare (although my ticket had cost me 250
euros). Apparently, an economy ticket at TAP means you are on standby and not guaranteed a seat
on the plane? I made a big scandal and was finally allowed on the plane, but I will never fly
this airline again.

LGW-OPO, service pleasant, staff were friendly. Plane was clean. Food was a sandwich and a cake
both ways. It appears TAP is making efforts to improve customer service.
