An interesting journey awaits you with this airline as they do not stick to schedules or have any idea about keeping passengers updated with information. Do not expect to be on time - all our flights were delayed - so ensure a minimum of 4 hours for connecting flights. Reasons for the delays were varied but basically it seems that they presently have only 1 servicable plane for international routes. We did short hops and then waited for the larger plane to arrive, be refueled etc before we could leave. Cabin crew were not great at all but they spoke good English which was a bonus - overall not recommended for hassle free travel

Kilimanjaro - Zanzibar. The plane was a wet leased B737-200 with no markings except the airline's giraffe logo near the nose. In flight service was surprisingly pleasant. A light breakfast of pastry and coffee was served.

Mtwara to Dar economy class. I was pleasantly surprised by this flight. Crew are friendly and professional, and although it was a very short flight a light meal and drinks were provided. Aircraft was certainly not new, but did not really seem older or in worse condition than those of most airlines.
