GRU-SSA on A321, economy. Not the best TAM flight I've had though this was mainly due to
inconsiderate passengers. Tasteless hot sandwich served, two drinks rounds. Flight left and
arrived on time. For some reason we were bussed to arrivals at SSA which almost never happens.

LHR-GRU Economy. Excellent service by polite and helpful staff on both legs. The food was
top notch compared with normal economy standard, drinks were plentiful and aircraft was a new
777-300ER.

London to Rio and back again, via Sao Paulo. The flight back was delayed by 4 hours. TAM staff
were unhelpful, rude, inconsiderate. Departure that should have been around midnight ended up
around 4am. The waiting area seating had metal armrests so could not be used to lie flat, so
passengers ended up sleeping on the concrete floor. TAM staff refused all requests to obtain
some blankets or anything else to make passengers more comfortable, even though the airport
was quiet at this time and the staff were just standing around chatting and doing nothing.
Worst of all, TAM staff denied all knowledge of their obligations under European law (the
flight was to a European destination so is covered) and said that if the flight was cancelled
we'd be put on the flight one day later but they would not provide any hotel accommodation or
compensation. They also said if we wish to use the phone or internet to contact family
regarding the delay, we'd have to pay to use the business centre. The ground staff insisted
they were only bound by Brazilian law, which basically grants passengers virtually no rights
from what they seemed to be telling us. I will go to Brazil again but will definitely avoid
TAM at all costs.

SSA-GRU on A321, GRU-LHR on Boeing 777-300, both in economy. No complaints at all. Both
flights on time, efficient boarding procedure for very full intercontinental flight, good
standards of service. IFE fairly good; food a little on the unimaginative side this time (I've
seen much better on TAM.)

JFK-GRU-JFK Economy A330. Tam was a good option for my trip. Good meals, leg room, IFE could
be improved. Friendly and professional FA. Plane and toilets were clean.

Excellent, very helpful, friendly etc. They helped us out at the last minute after Delta
airlines had stranded us. I have to admit that I had never heard of TAM prior to searching JFK
for a means of alternative flights to Argentina but I am glad I found them and I feel they
deserve commendation.

GRU-MVD-GRU. Very good service, clean planes, well mannered staff ground and onboard and
seats are comfy on small Airbus in C class? Blanket and good cushions? Even toiletries were a smart detail!

FOR-BEL roundtrip domestic flight. New A320 on the way up, older model on the way back. We
managed to get emergency row seats both ways, which gave us lots and lots of leg room, though
with the disadvantage that the seats did not recline. Service was okay. Only food service on
this short flight was the standard hot cheese-ham sandwich, but that's pretty standard on most
of the airline's domestic flights now. Beer was complimentary, though the nly brand they had
was the very weak Sol made by Kaiser.

Heathrow to Brazil business class, also took 9 internal flights. Standard of food was good but
entertainment only reasonable. Seats are fixed into a cradle and you can nearly lay flat, I
managed to sleep 9 hours on both international flights. All our internal flights were booked
in Economy but we were upgraded to Business where there was a business class, and at least one
of the stewards spoke very good english.

Buenos to Sao Paulo/Guarulhos oin business class and service and food were very good. A 30-200
with same seats used for intercontinental routes, less than 50% full. They served us lunch
with separate trays for desserts. They do not serve champagne in this kind of flight (within
South America) but white / red wines were good and flight attendants keep refilling glasse.

LHR-GRU in Economy. Long queue at check-in dealt with efficiently. Check-in staff friendly and
helpful. Seat pitch and width all right. Onboard service very friendly. I had requested VGML,
reconfirmed by check-in staff at LHR but my name did not appear on 'the list'. Fortunately PAs
check special meal requests before serving, so they were able to deal with the problem and
managed to get me my VGML for both dinner and breakfast.

GRU-FRA. 2 hours delayed with no information why. For this is the downgrade. Food and IFE ok.
Seats in the Boeing 777, 3x4x3 not wide enough because of this layout.

GRU-LHR, comfortable flight which left on time. Crew friendly and personal - service was
exceptional. Good choice of food, and aircraft was brand new. Entertainment was fine and
variety of music incredible. The weak point was that they did not have some of the wines they
had on offer on the menu.

EZE-GRU and CGR-GRU. A good experience with this company. EZE-GRU was late (about 60 min) due
to late arrival of incoming flight but ground staff informed us accordingly. On all flights,
two drink and one snack service.! Knowledge of English among TAM staff has increased
significantly over the last two years.

After extremely poor international flights with Iberia (LHR-MAD-GRU), all our internal
Brazilian flights (8 in 2 weeks) with TAM were a dream. Aircraft looked brand new, staff were
courteous and professional, free snacks and drinks on every flight. And every single flight
left on time, or even early. On a couple of our longer connection-waits, watched them
routinely turn round arriving planes in less than 30'. Budget airlines would be envious of
such efficiency!

GRU-IGU-MAO-BSB-GIG on TAM. All flights punctual, mainly A320 except to MAO on A330 - very new
plane, IFE to rival some longhaul transatlantic carriers, free alcohol and 2 servings of
snacks. Turnaround/transfer experience in BSB exceptional at peak commuter evening slot. Most
cabin crew spoke sufficient English to speak politely to us and serve food and drinks well.
Check in kiosks at GRU are efficient and mean there are no queues - quite why they aren't
available at any other airport is strange, especially IGU where check-in is so chaotic that
our tour guide actually went behind the check in and started loading bags onto the belt
himself! Definitely carrier of choice within Brazil.
