Flew with TACA from PEM to LIM via Cusco. Nice, new A319, very comfortable. Plane was a bit late in PEM
but no big deal. Service decent, seats were very comfortable and space between seats decent. Pleasant
flight.

Flew TACA twice while in Peru. Both very different experiences. the second was straight forward flight, on
time and everything according to plan. The first however involved 3 changes of gate to the flight that was 2
hours late and eventually boarded at a 4th gate a further half hour later. Inflight entertainment was a bit
odd, not entertainment as much as a 45 minute advert for other TACA flights around South America. Staff
throughout were very good and helpful onboard and staff in Cusco airport did what they could but the
confusion regarding the gate seemed to be more of the airports doing than the airline and so was probably
beyond TACA's control.

EZE-LIM. Nothing to complain about on this service, it was basic, efficient, on time and performed as to be
expected. It is impossible to fly out of EZE to anywhere in South America without paying exorbitant prices, but still
this flight was one of the more affordable ones.

LIM-CUZ-LIM. Avoid this airline on the Lima to Cusco tourist route. I arrived at the gate on
time for my 5-45am flight. 20 minutes before departure, I knew something was wrong when they
had not began boarding. I looked back up at the screen and the flight was erased - just like
that. The gate agent informed me that the flight would be five hours late. No option to take
another airline, no explanation, and no apology. This major delay would have caused me to
miss my tour. Fortunately, I managed to throw some money at the problem and flew standby on
another airline. I highly doubt that I will get my money back. The return flight was on-time
though.

LIM-CUZ-LIM. First leg on a A320 which was about 6 years old according to the manufacturers
tag on the aircraft door. Good leg room, breakfast served on this 55 minute flight.
Surprisingly smooth take off and landing. The flight back to Lima was delayed by 3 our due to
weather conditions in Cusco (no flight was taking off or landing). The aircraft was an A319
which looked like it was its maiden flight, new seats which allowed for greater leg room. Very
attractive, smiling and efficient FA's served breakfast once again on what ended up as a 50
minute flight. Overall an excellent experience!
