London City to Munich via Zurich. O/W in business class was a tale of two halves, City to Zurich on an avro
jet was the worst business flight with Swiss to date. A surly Maitre Cabin who didn't want to be there, a poor
breakfast, one T and C, and no top ups of champagne - a case of Saturday morning blues? The second leg
was much better with a substitute larger aircraft due to 10 rows of business class. With a junior crew, this
was dealt with very well, delicious lunch and drinks in a 35 min flight. Return in economy 2 days later was
good on both legs with a bar and snack. The trip was ruined at the final hurdle when the luggage failed to
appear on the belt at City. Given we had the same plane and crew on both legs and the bags needed to
travel 0 metres to swap planes - they still managed to get it wrong! After a 20 min wait at City in a queue to
deal with ground staff, the bags appeared the next morning with no explanation or apology. Very poor ruining
an otherwise good Swiss experience.

Zurich to Los Angeles. What a disappointment the staff onboard were. I was asked by the passenger beside
me to switch places with his wife, who was seated in the very back of the plane at a window seat. I
specifically booked my flight in February so I could ask for an assigned seat both ways. Swiss Air assigned
me my seat in the second row of coach on an aisle seat for both flights. I told him I didn't wish to switch
seats. Within the next 10 minutes I was confronted by 4 different flight attendants asking me to move to
the back of the plane so they could accommodate this person over me. I ended up in the very back of the
plane. I would have quoted a zero rating, however, my flight from LA to Zurich was actually very nice.

GVA-JFK and SFO-ZRH. Flights on time and good crew. Exit row to JFK is nice for the legroom on a day flight
even if restrooms are bothersome. Meal was ok with a snack and ice cream before landing. Return flight was
bad. Still haven't found the 32'' pitch. Feels like 30''. Evening meal was awful. I was expecting a breakfast
tray with some bacon, omelette, eggs and/or jam with a good bread. We got a cardboard box with chemical
items. Temperature during the night was freezing.

STR-ZRH-LIS return. First flight cancelled due to technical problems. Quick rebooking to a later connection on
via Zurich but on a TAP-Flight to LIS. Got a voucher for meals at the airport. Then I had to claim the baggage
and recheck it. Connection via Zurich smooth. Arrived 5 hrs late. TAP less professional than Swiss. Flight back
with flight times change due to strike. Good information via short message. Very good onboard experience in
Swiss Business A320. Comfortable seats, tasty hot meal on china, good wines. Staff perfect. Calm
atmosphere. Due to the late departure missed connection. Flight to STR then in a F100 of Contact air. Cabin
looked shabby with little seating comfort. Initially we were sitting 2 next to each other in Business in the 2-3
configuration. Staff made change of seats possible. Nice sandwich on a 20min flight. Priority baggage first on
belt. Swiss business very recommendable but make sure to really fly Swiss.

ZRH-FCO-ZRH. Check-in quick and lounge access due to Silver card was nice. Boarding on time and flight
uneventful with an early arrival. Return was delayed but was upgraded to Business class. Food was rather
minimal and not worth it if one would have paid for it. Just one croissant, tiny fruit plate and a yoghurt
served. Swiss is good and efficient but cost cutting measures can be seen.

ZRH-CPH, ARN-ZRH. Full aircraft both ways which seems to be the norm on Scandinavian routes. Smiling staff
and very good onboard service, including hot food on the return. Good drinks rounds in spite of full planes.
Much better than SAS on these route. Good to see SWISS doing well on these European routes.

ZRH-BKK-ZRH. Both flights on time and clean aircraft. However food below standard. As both flights almost
fully booked felt a bit cramped. Cabin crew ok, however nothing extraordinary. On the BKK-ZRH leg AVOD
broken and could not be rebooted by crew. Was missing the SWISS-chocolate as now given a standard bar.

ZRH-LHR Business Class 22. Remote gate again - unsure why Swiss still has this problem at Zurich
especially after all the publicity around improving airbridge availability. Once onboard, a nice clean plane
with plenty of space. Nice cold beef and pasta salad served, with champagne to wash it down. Two
attendants working in business class for only 8 pax, but they weren't as attentive as usual. I had to request
drinks top-ups etc when usually these are proactively anticipated. Crew were friendly. Departure and arrival
on time.

São Paulo-Zurich-Berlin roundtrip in Business class. GRUZRH: A340 was immaculate. New business class
configuration, 1x2x1, roomy. Seat very private and comfortable to sit or sleep. Crew very professional and
friendly and superb meals and wines. ZRH-TXL: A320 with tight seating even in business. At least, they left
the seat in the middle empty. Food was okay for a short flight, champagne was not cold enough. TXL-ZRH:
A319, tight seating again and plane had left-overs from previous flight, not so clean. Good food and warm
champagne again. Swiss chocolates were a nice touch. ZRH-GRU: same immaculate A340 aircraft. Again,
excellent seat, private and spacious, superb meal and wines and accommodating and friendly crew. Enjoyed
the Swiss lounges, especially the new arrival one in Zurich, beautifully decorated, roomy shower with plush
towels, lots of great food and drinks to choose from. Next trip to Europe, will choose SWISS again.

Sao Paulo to Zurich. We were pleased the seating format was 2-4-2 so we could have a window and aisle but
the seat pitch was terrible and the design of the seats meant that when the seat in front was reclined you
couldn't physically see the TV screen without putting your own seat back and then slouching which I couldn't
do as my legs were already touching the seat in front. It was impossible to eat with the seat in front
reclined. This was a small plane for long haul - nowhere to stand if you wanted to take a break from sitting
on this 12.5 hour flight. No galley mid economy and only 4 toilets. The food wasn't good. Choice of beef or
pasta (salty and indelible). Starter was shredded lettuce and a quarter of a tomato and dessert a stodgy
small muffin. They promised Swiss chocolate but didn't arrive with the coffee as hoped but came near to
landing. Breakfast was marginally better. Sadly we have a 12 hour flight from Manchester to Hong Kong to
look forward to on the way home!

FRA-ZRH-MAD in C Class. 1st leg on AVRO 100: clean, nice service from cabin crew. 2nd leg on Airbus A320:
excellent service, food was good, wines excellent. A good service this time in European business class,
priority bag 1st in Madrid. Lounge in Zurich nice, but crowded even on Saturday.

Booked for myself and daughter CAI-ZRH-LCY return with the outbound CAI-ZRH and the LCY flights next day.
As I bought the tickets separately, online, I could not find seats on the same LCY flight so booked my
daughter on the 7.15 flight and mine on the 8.45 flight. My daughter's flight was cancelled and in the end she
was flown over 8 hours later to Heathrow and not London City. Both our suitcases were mislaid and hers
arrived 2.5 days later and mine 3.5 days later. Very little sympathy offered by the airline, especially at Zurich
Airport. A340s of Swiss are good aircraft's to fly in, though seating is rather cramped. Good selection of
entertainment but the video screen and sound quality are poor. Catering aboard is more than adequate and
service went smoothly - but both are not exceptional.

BSL-BUD-BSL. C class. Outbound service was good although meal portions are getting ridiculous - even less
on the plate than the same trip 3 weeks ago. Nothing has been done about the lack of drinks refrigeration
onboard the RJ100, the mention of dry ice turned out to be an empty promise. Priority tags didn't work at
BUD - I'm averaging about 9 normal deliveries to 1 priority delivery, despite always having priority tags on my
bags. Return leg service was at best average. Meal was again skimpy, brown slimy pudding. Mineral water
lukewarm, tea was weak but warm enough. Once again, the product did not - in the slightest - resemble
Swiss' product ads. I ended up buying a sandwich at airport upon arrival. Both flights were on-time but all in
all I am more than disillusioned with my latest flights and very disappointed with Swiss' penny-pinching.

SFO-ZRH-SFO. Superb service, on-time departure from Zurich and early arrival in San Francisco. The aircraft
was clean, seats in Business Class very comfortable. Flight Attendants exhibited high level of
professionalism, very attentive to passenger requests. I tend to fly with SWISS between the USA and CH,
great fares and easy connections in Zurich. Lavatory could have been slightly larger, especially considering
that I was flying in Business Class.
