Just got back from Mexico - it was the worst flight ever! Our plane was delayed, and on top of that we were
supposed to fly direct to Edmonton, however on take off were told we had to stop in Regina. Had us on the
plane for an 1.5 hrs on the ground Staff not too bad going to Regina, but look out when the new staff came
on. So unprofessional.

Toronto to Gatwick - these new flights to London are using old planes from Euroatlantic planes - seats are
horribly uncomfortable (some even missing headrests). Most of the audio systems did not work, even the
safety instructions were still in Portuguese. All new Sunwing staff on both outgoing and return flights were
miserable and unprofessional, would not allow passengers to switch seat to ones that had functioning audio
and gossiped about other staff in front of passengers.

Just came back from a Sunwing vacation in Cuba. Hassle free flight from London, ON. Friendly, efficient
check-in. Left and arrived on time. Cabin crew hard working and friendly. Yes, seats are close together but
for a flight just over 3 hours it was not a problem and worth the money saved.

Ottawa to Cancun return. No delays, friendly and helpful crew. Space is cramped. Did not book ahead but had
no issue being seated together. Pilot on the return was good at relaying information regarding weather, times
and locations. Movie was good, food was airplane quality, drink service fast and courteous.

Vancouver to Cabo return. The flight crew were friendly and helpful, on both trips the pilot addressed the
cabin to tell us points of interest etc. Food was acceptable and we had a choice of entrees both ways. We
booked our seats ahead. The leg room was pretty cramped in our section. We did not book "Elite" seats.
Overall it was a positive experience.

Montreal to St. Maarten return. Both flights on time, quick check-in and baggage reclaim. Adequate seat
space, leather seats. Flights 30% full. Free food, wine, soft drinks. Our 2nd positive experience with Sunwing.
Do not expect luxury service but rather modest and no frills one, good value for money. Our only complaint is
poor flight information, unscheduled stopovers. This time the return flight was supposed to stop at Nassau
but luckily it did not happen. Internet check-in is being advertised, but does not exist either.

Toronto to Holguin Cuba. Found out at airport plane was 1 hour late arriving. Then they had a problem with
the bathrooms onboard and delayed another 2 hours. It started snowing and we needed to be de-iced. The
bathrooms were never fixed so there was a long line up to the other 2 bathrooms for the whole flight causing
troubles with flight attendants being able to give us our meal. Our meal had an expiry date of 2003 on the
pasta meals and an expiry date of 2010 on the chicken rice meal! Again delayed an hour on the trip home
with no explanation. We received no compensation for delays even though they were not weather related.

Toronto to Cayo Coco. Flight departure was 3.45 pm. Arrive 1.15 at airport to learn departure time at 8.30
pm. Flight left after 9.30 pm. Some passengers were informed the night before of the delay, so why did they
not update their flight status. Return flight much the same. Flight was to leave at 8.30 pm. Delayed to 1.20
am. Arrived in Toronto at 4.30 am. We have flown many different airlines and find Sunwing is the worst. If
you upgrade to Elite Plus it is not worth the cost.

Sunwing understaffed our flight leaving Ottawa causing four hour line for check-in. This caused delay at
destination and problems with the bus trip to resort which in turn caused another delay. All this resulted in
getting to destination over two hours late. When returning Sunwing did not let the resort know of any delays
so we spent from 8.30 am till 2.00pm at the airport because they had problems with unloading luggage in
Ottawa before going to Jamaica. They told us it was because of weather but all other flights leaving Ottawa
and arriving in Jamaica were on time and also left Jamaica on time. When in Ottawa we landed ten minutes
before another airline. Their luggage was in the terminal before us and we waited yet another hour to retrieve
it and leave. The flight attendants were great and so was their service. I have been travelling for 20 yrs and
have to fly twice a month for work. Sunwing is by far the worst Airline and I don't believe that the price is
worth the aggravation.

Vancouver to Cancun. Booked our wedding group (40 people) with Sunwing - biggest mistake ever. We
booked a group rate for our wedding about 10 months before the occasion. After all our guests booked and it
was about 6 months before departure, the airline announced a 3 hr delay. On the day of departure, everyone
was en-route to the airport when we found out there was another 4 hr delay. Now departure is not until 4pm
and we would not arrive at our destination until 1.45am - a whole day wasted. The manager was very rude
and said the flight was coming from Cuba and needed to stop in Calgary to refuel. On the way home from
Cancun, the flight again was delayed by 2 hrs due to the flight attendants arriving late to the airport. We
found out later that Sunwing is notorious for delays and without providing decent explanations.

Windsor to Varadaro Cuba Jan 17th. It was an excellent flight and the return trip back to Windsor was just as
good. I do not understand though why the female crew on the return trip was much more productive than the
male crew going down. They seemed to have everything under control and much more pleasant. Other than
that I would definitely fly Sunwing again. Leaving Windsor they weighed every bag and carry on to the rules
and we had to move items from bag to bag to suit the requirements. In Cuba they were much more lenient.

I came back from the Dominican Republic 2 days ago and everything went wrong. We left an hour late, I
realized most of us were going to the same resort in Puerto Plata but the plane was making a stop in
Samana for a few passengers. We were told passengers going to Puerto Plata would stay onboard, once we
got to Samana, we were told some of us had been "selected" to get off in Samana. I was one of them and
had to take a 5 hours bus ride to Puerto Plata. Were is the logic in this? On the way back we were able to fly
from Puerto Plata, stay onboard while making a stop in Samana. Once again, we were delayed for no specific
reasons. When we boarded, many people had the same seats which created another delay. Once we finally
landed in Canada after many hours of delay, they announced that there would be a delay for the luggage. For
those who don't mind delays and no answers to any questions, Sunwing is perfect for you!

Ottawa to Santa Clara, Cuba Jan 2011. Flight from Ottawa to Santa Clara was delayed 90 minutes without
explanation. At 03.45 there were approximately 200 passengers standing in line waiting to be processed for
the 06.00 flight. Only 2 people processing passengers. The return flight was delayed 2.5hrs. The delay only
announced 15 mins before expected departure. At Ottawa airport we waited 70 minutes for our baggage to
be unloaded - apparently only 1 person available to unload the plane and so very slow. There were no
announcements to explain the delay, no apology was offered by any Sunwing representative. Expected arrival
in Ottawa was 00.45, didn't get out of the airport until 04.55. I have always used charter flights for flying
south and have never had a problem. But this was my first experience on Sunwing and it will definitely be
my last.

We were delayed in Santa Clara, Cuba due to fog. We thought would be on our way in 90 minutes, however
it was announced that our flight was cancelled because the crew would be over their hours. Sunwing did
nothing and we were in the airport for over 9 hours before they offered vouchers for food and drinks. We were
told buses were on the way to take us to a resort 90 minutes away. We arrived at 5 pm, had to leave at 10
pm, at this point most passengers had been up 30 hours. We left the hotel at 10 pm and got to the airport at
around midnight. At 3 am we were finally told to load the plane. The plane drove up and down 2 runways and
then we were taken back to the tarmac. We then sat on the plane for the next 3 hours. It was finally after
enough people wanted off that we were allowed off. Back into the airport for another 2.5 hour wait. During
this time passengers were not offered food or water or even the opportunity to call home. Our supposed
direct flight to Edmonton finally got off the ground around 9 am, only to be told we had to go through Toronto
because the pilot and crew would once again be over their hours. So our 5 hour trip home took almost 9 hours
and not once did Sunwing apologize or offer the passengers anything.

Flew Toronto to Los Cobos and back. Overall, a good experience. FAs were attentive and friendly. Not a great
selection of onboard movies played on overhead screens. Food was ok. Boarding was smooth in Toronto. Los
Cabos airport is small but staff are helpful. Be prepared for pre-boarding long line ups and manual screening
of luggage at Los Cabos. I would use this airline again for my vacation to Mexico and Cuba.

Ottawa to Santa Clara Cuba Jan 15 to Jan 22. Outbound flight was 90 minutes late and inbound flight 150
minutes late. Additionally, we waited 75 minutes for our luggage on the inbound flight at 4 am. Paid extra
for the "upgrade" to premium elite plus. This entitles customer to separate check-in line (5 mins versus 45
mins) and extra leg room (enough that your legs are not squished against the seat in front of you). The
width of the seat is very narrow, both hips were squeezed into the arm rests. Sunwing offers cheaper fares,
but the savings of 10-20 per cent is more than made up for by complete lack of comfort.

Toronto to Mazatlan. The check-in process was fast and smooth, the crew were smiling and provided excellent
service. The food and drinks were good, champagne, a snack, hot meal with wine, coffee or tea. They movie
selection was good, both times the plane was full but the crew were fast serving us - collecting garbage,
trays, etc.

Return charter flight Cancun to Vancouver was delayed 6 hrs. If one takes into consideration the 4 hour
leeway time Sunwing gave to pick you up from the hotel and to check-in before the supposed flight we spent
nearly 9 hours at Cancun airport boarding a flight home at 2.40 am. No sign of any Sunwing representatives,
no offer of a snack voucher and only a whisper of an apology from the captain who casually mentioned a prior
flight encountered weather problems. I paid extra for seat selection only to be told they had no record of the
$80 spent.
