We were happy with our flight from Manchester to Zante, no delays, no tatty plane and very friendly staff. Leg room was a a bit tight but have had worse. Will use again.

Arrived back from Rhodes 7th July 2012, and although we were initially apprehensive about using this airline I have to say we were pleasantly surprised. The outbound and inbound flights were both on schedule all but for a few minutes, the in-flight meals were the best I've ever tasted, and the cabin crew were very pleasant. I'd have no hesitation in using Strategic again.

Our flight out from Gatwick to Rhodes 27th June and back on July 4th was on time and a little early. Flight attendants polite, seats and aircraft fine. I agree that for us it was a better experience than British Airways (several flights we have had with them).

We (me, wife and 2 kids) used Strategic for our weeks break in Zakynthos, booked last autumn with Olympic. We received a letter 2 months ago from Olympic advising that our return flight was moving from 3pm to well after 9pm (not good with the following day a school day) so we arrived at Gatwick on 24th June full of dread and expecting the worst. In fact, the outbound flight was on schedule and the return a week later was only 20 mins late so we were pleasantly surprised. The Strategic staff onboard were first class. The pilot kept us updated with the score of the Euro2012 final as we flew home, and apart from the usual handful of undesirables you get on this sort of package holiday flight, it all went well enough for us.

Booked to fly 15.05 Gatwick to Zante Sun 17 June. Given 4 days notice, rescheduled to 00.45 following day Monday! Informed by Olympic holidays, less than 12 hour change, so no rights to cancel! On departure I found some people had not even been informed and had to wait for over 9 hours! At check in we were simply given a sheet of A4 which said due to unforeseen circumstances the flight was rescheduled. This is not unforeseen! This is a regular aircraft shortage. A common complaint with Strategic.

Just returned from Kalamata with Strategic Airlines. Had a bit of a blip at check-in at LGW but staff handled it in a professional and competent manner. Flights there and back were on time, aircraft clean, tidy, had comfortable seats and the staff were excellent. Having flown quite extensively I can honestly say the whole experience was a pleasure - the added bonus of hot meals on both legs was a far better service than BA are offering. Will use them again and recommend them. Only downside is the lack of in-flight entertainment but to be honest for a 3.5 hour trip it's not such a big deal.

After reading reviews about this airline I was hesitant in travelling with them but my fears went out of the window when I flew with them on 18/06/12 Gatwick to Corfu. Took off on time and arrived 35 mins early and on the 26/06/12 Corfu to Gatwick arrived back 55 mins early. Overall the plane looked as if it had been refurbished throughout, comfortable seats, plenty of leg room and the cabin crew excellent on both flights. Will recommend and fly again.

Travelled LGW to Corfu 18/06/12, return 25/06/12, read reviews and was concerned. 12.00hrs flight out left 10 mins late, plane clean, crew good. 18.15hrs return flight on time, all good again, no problems, hope they are now on track as would use again.

Gatwick to Rhodes 20th June, return 27th June. Took off on time, landed early. Nice clean interior, refurbished? We opted for the extra legroom and had a lovely un-eventful flight. Lovely flight staff, very nice and helpful. Would recommend.

Went to Rhodes from Gatwick, 20th June, and back on 27th. Read the reviews and thought here we go disaster in the making. However, plane went 3 mins late and landed 30 mins early, even though its an easyjet cast off. Crew good worked well and flights went quickly. this is both ways seats were comfy and just enough leg room I have had worse. Would definitely rate them for efficiency and travel and would have no problem flying with them in the future.

Had a really bad experience with Strategic Airlines last year and really apprehensive of travelling with them this year. However, flight from Manchester to Zakynthos Sunday 10 June 2012 and return Sunday 24 June was practically faultless. Short delay of 40 minutes on both outward and return flights. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Just returned from holiday in Kalamata Greece flying from Gatwick, and I have to say flights there and back with Strategic were brilliant! Comfortable seats, ok legroom, meals were an unexpected bonus and friendly crew. Will definitely use again. 24th June 2012.

Should have been a Jet2 flight Manchester to Dubrovnik, turned out to be a Strategic A320 with Jet2 cabin crew. Took off on time arrived 30 minutes ahead of schedule. Return flight the same only having to circle at Manchester for 10 mins meant we were only 5 minutes early. The only negative I found was the tight legroom but for a 2.5 hour flight I can cope. Much better than the First Choice / Thomson disaster to Lanzarote at New Year, the legroom on a 4.5 hour flight is ridiculous.
