	Rating : 7/10 Cabin Flown Economy Value for Money Seat Comfort Staff Service Catering Entertainment Recommended	Flight from Batam to Padang. The check-in counter was so slow, they should provide online check-in which will make it easier for those who doesn't need to drop luggage. Check-in staff were not polite and don't speak English. But inside the cabin, the FA's were good, and smiled. They still gave out a snack and drink on such a low cost price.

	Rating : 5/10 Cabin Flown Economy Value for Money Seat Comfort Staff Service Catering Entertainment Recommended	Tanjung Pandan to Jakarta in early July. Stewardess service is quite good, food is just snacks but are tolerable. Flight was delayed almost an hour. During the flight, stewardesses were busy selling rather than serving passengers.

MDC-CGK. Wasn't pleased with the check-in staff. They were about 10 mins late to open the check-in desk, the flight was delayed for almost an hour! However, inflight service was good. Flight attendants were more friendly than other FA's from other Indonesian budget airlines. I suppose the good inflight service balances out the poor service on the ground.

CGK-SUB-MDC. Check in slow and methodical. On board the crew welcomed passengers and did assist with all the extra pieces of hand luggage, the one piece concept is not part of the culture in this part of the world. Very limited seat pitch so much so when the tray table put down it was pushing against my stomach causing me to be jammed against the seat. Snacks and a light meal offered and crew efficient but did not interact with passengers. The toilets were smelly and the facing on the sink was loose. Flight take off and landings were smooth.

CGK-JOG-CGK. Aircraft was 737 series, no IFE. Pitch is quite tight but similar to other budget airlines. Aircraft was clean. Served snack box with mineral water and 2 snacks. Not bad, considering the price. The only gripe I have is the stewardesses couldn't speak clearly when giving announcements. The Indonesian announcement was unclear, let alone the English one. If u are tall-ish, ask for emergency exit seats. Pitch is rather cramped, even for me (159 cm).

Flew SOQ to UPG. Bought ticket on the day of flight at the airport for what I think is a fair price. The seat (I was on an exit row in a Boeing 737-300) was definitely better than those on the new Lion Air planes that I took. Meal was provided free of charge during the flight. The only complaint I have is that the tray table on my seat was missing. The inflight magazine mentioned about receiving new planes (Boeing 737-800 and Embraer 190) in 2012. Would be interested to try one of those if I get the chance.
