Brussels Airlines review - by C Vopel

BRU-HKI: self-check-in using the airport computer was an absolute mess. Could check myself in, but not my 2 year old son because the name on my VISA card doesn't match his. The computer just froze - the software is a joke. There is a "luggage drop" desk but actually you can't check yourself in if you have luggage. This information is not available anywhere so it's trial and error on the spot: not even any of the hostesses is able to help, they just recommend that you join the regular check-in queue (with a tired toddler). This facility has been in place for quite some months now! Arriving to Helsinki the hostess announced the local time wrongly and played the wrong Finnish language message which announced the duration of the flight instead of the usual "welcome to Helsinki". Must have been a trainee, right?

Entebbe-Brussels-Prague return. Most importantly - the fare $800 USD return is unbeatable, especially from Africa and flying peak season. Prompt arrival and departure. Bags dropped within 5 min of getting to claim area in PRG. Friendly, multilingual crew. A340-400 were revamped and sparkling interiors. Food above average, of good variety on all legs, and in good quantity. Even got a transfer meal between the 1 hr leg of BRU-PRG since I had been booked on overnight flights to/from Africa. No other passengers received meals during this time. That's attentiveness! If the fares continue to be lower or near KLM then I'm converting from here on!

Once upon a time there were two nice airlines, now they merged they got the worst of the two. Now it is almost 30 min that I try to log in on their site to book a flight, but I'm really considering that Ryanair will serve me better.

BRU-BUD-BRU. Same multilingual crew like on SN & Virgin Express before. Their new uniform very nice. Onward by Avro (ex SN) back by B737(ex Virgin). Both clean but slightly delayed. Ticket fare is correct. Interesting to see businessflex & businesslight passengers.

Flew to Porto under "old" SN Brussels Airlines - fruit juice/wine, hot sandwich, tea/coffee provided free. Flew back four days later under new "Brussels Airlines" regime with stewardesses (new uniforms so-so) bringing round - no, not the trolley but the price list, à la Ryanair and other "pay" airlines. Less work for the stewardesses on short-haul flights of one hour duration.

Bru-Gva return in C class. Bru-Gva leg badly serviced by FA. Unprofessional and don't give a damn attitude plus aggressiveness. The return was better, and up to the usual SN standards. I am a Platinum level member with this company but I did not want to let the occasion go thru without mentioning this. This is one of most used routes with the company and therefore, I felt like mentioning that they are on the way of becoming low cost, earlier than expected!

MAN-BRU return. Friendly crew who worked hard dispensing a reasonable 'keep you going' standard snack and drinks - even managing a second trip with the coffee pot coming home. Good work offloading luggage, etc. On a short sector like this, you couldn't ask for more - well done SN Brussels. The only concern is whether this standard will be preserved through the March relaunch as Brussels Airlines.

19 January 2007

BRU-MAN Y Class. I wasn't expecting much from this flight, but was pleasantly surprised. I booked the flight through BA, flying out with BA and returning with SN Brussels. I selected a BA Connect Plus ticket and this meant I was allowed to use the BA lounge, but SN Brussels still serve food on their flights, so I had the best of both worlds. Flight left on time and check in staff were friendly and helpful. The aircraft was an RJ-100 and pretty much as you'd expect ie. slightly worn but quiet. Unfortunately I got a seat in row 9, which meant I had the useless luggage bin. I especially liked the slight change to the safety instructions where they actually said that in the event of loss of cabin pressure, apart from having oxygen masks, "the plane would rapidly descend to get to a breathable altitude and as such make sure your belt is tight". I've never heard this before. Meal was actually quite nice with a salmon salad with couscous and 2 different sandwiches. Baggage arrived quickly and as RJ-100's can use airbridges I was out of the airport very quickly. I would use this airline again, but if possible will book through BA and get the same ticket.

9 January 2007

We have been flying with Virgin every 6 weeks from Nice to Brussels round trip ever since we've moved to the south of France. The flights have always been on time and the crew wonderful. We just got home from Brussels 2 days ago on a SN Brussels flight that was 2 hours late! Leaving for Brussels on an SN Brussels flight also, we didn't have a gate and had to go through the time consuming effort of being bussed to the plane - also an hour delay. My question is it always going to be like this now that the two airlines have merged? Beside that on a positive note the crew are very nice and friendly.

Brussels to Madrid in economy return. Both flights on time. Planes (Avro) not new but in good condition and very clean. Generous seat pitch and tasty meals served by friendly, smiling and multilingual crew. A very good experience.

MAN-BRU BAe 146. On-time good quality flight from SN Brussels. Hope they can maintain this quality post the re-launch as Brussels Airlines. Only flaw at the Manchester check-in where the screens directed you to the wrong desks. However grumpy VLM staff at those desks left you in no doubt that you were in the wrong for not being a mind-reader. They got so much fun out of this they never changed the underlying mistake.

I flew this airline on short haul European flights at least 20 times in the past 12 months and I must say they really have a good product. Never experienced any major delay ( 15 minutes in 2 occasions) so punctuality clearly is not an issue. Food and drinks are of good quality and certainly above the average standard you get in Europe these days on many other airlines. Staff (ground staff and cabin crew) are friendly and attentive. I hope they will keep up with the good quality even after the merging with Virgin Express when they will both fly under the name Brussels Airlines.

22 October 2006

Brussels Tel Aviv Business Class. The plane is a worn-out airbus A 319, which is unsuited to a 4 hours 30 minutes flight. There is no space between seats. I try to avoid the row 1, which in many planes does not allow to extend one’s leg due to the toilett wall in front (even in business class), but I had forgotten that in an A319, the 2nd row on the right of the plane (seats D, E F) suffers the same problem. No way to stretch my legs. The only good thing compared to economy is that the middle seat remains empty. As the flight was full, service was relatively over-loaded, but remained friendly and attentive. By analyzing the behaviour of other passengers in the business class cabin, I guess many of them were upgraded due to over-booking. Food was unimaginative: smoked fish, veal and pasta, 2 slices of cheese. Wine is of the same level. Seats are worn out and a torture for the back, armrests falling apart. Overhead bins small. There is no IFE or toiletry bag. SN does not have a bad reputation, but for this medium-haul flight, it showed a third-world level in term of plane and food, which I would compare to Varig. However, we left and arrive on time, and the price of €800 remained reasonable. This is already not a bad deal, but for similar short haul flights, I much prefer the business class of Aeroflot, El Al.

16 September 2006

GVA-BRU-GVA Y class. Service is on Avro. Not very much room inside and much of the so-called "hand-luggage" should never have been allowed in the cabin. Luckily the outgoing flight was far from full, but on the return flight, the FAs spent at least 5 minutes stuffing oversized bags into already full lockers. Flights all on time. Good service for a 1 hour flight, including a small deli carton! No hot drinks on the return flight. Good value for the service I needed.

MAN-BRU-MAN Economy. This route is said to be a code share between BA and SN, but what benefits that gives are a mystery to me. The BA self check-in machines at MAN don't seem to work with tickets issued for an SN flight, even if BA issued the ticket, and you get redirected to another set of check-in desks, which MAN in its usual clumsy way tries to keep secret by not putting on the 'where to check-in' boards. Meanwhile in Brussels, things are clearer, but there's no feeling of code-sharing in the check-in arrangements etc. Both airlines tend to use BAe146s, but BA has a 3+3 configuration whereas SN has 3+2. Add to that a pretence of catering in economy on SN - nibbles/small sandwich, drinks, coffee and refills whereas BA Connect seem to be heading towards everything chargeable, means that SN is by far the better bet. Flight bang on time outbound, but an hour late due to a technical issue homewards. At least they apologised and came round with water /soft drinks while we were waiting. Our arrival at MAN was a surprise to the people manning the airbridge, and we had a ten minute wait as they fiddled around getting it to work and dock with the plane. The SN flight crew were very embarassed and pretty fed up that MAN incompetence was delaying their turn-round.

Newcastle -Brussels, the day after the security restrictions came into force at UK airports, and had no problems. The flight arrived early in Brussels, the aircraft was clean with comfortable seats, and helpful and attentive cabin crew. We returned on 15th August and again the flight arrived early. On both sectors we were served a light snack and both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. I would not hesitate to recommend this airline, and look forward to flying with them again.

BRU-BIO-BRU on SNBA in C-class: SNBA is flying as it used to be 10 years ago: on-time, good catering (loved their chocolate ice cream), plenty of newspapers, plenty of drinks, served by an efficient, kind crew. Only downside: the Avro planes are showing their age. Biggest asset of SNBA, however, is their crew, from check-in staff to in-flight crew. I hope the new company that will come out of the SNBA-Virgin Express merger will maintain the same high standards. Short Haul C-classs with SNBA is alone there in that league together with Air Nostrum and Portugalia. They deserve more than 3-stars!

22 August 2006

Newcastle to Brussels in Economy on an Avro RJ100. On time with a brilliant airline! Excellent service for such a short and cheap flight. Paid £13.00 (British) each and still received a breakfast on 08:15 flight. A nice cherry tart which was certainly better than BAs domestic flights, which are about the same distance. The price beaten our easyJet return from Paris (SN Brussels leg: £87 easyJet leg: £140), and I certainly received better service. They use the real brussels airport (BRU) instead of charleroi which is miles out of the way. Excellent flag carrier service at cheaper than low cost airline prices.

Nairobi to Brussels, in Business Class(A330). Excellent service, the new seats on a par with CX and SQ. It must however be noted that they are not fully flat, thus there is a tendency to slide down the seat while in a reclined position. Power outlet provided for laptop and the large PTV is a joy, although not AVOD. Cabin crew magnificent, although the food lacked inspiration and was presented in a rather dull manner. I would recommend SN to anyone traveling to Africa; their Business Class is excellent value for money (30 per cent cheaper than BA or KLM to Europe)

BRU MAD BRU in business. Check-in in Brussels very quick and friendly. As early morning flight tasty croissants in the SN lounge. Priority boarding for business passengers not respected by economy passengers and boarding agents did nothing. Flights on time and crew polite, friendly and professional. Food very tasty on both legs. But SN still uses plastic cutlery in business whereas all other airlines use real cutlery again. Overall a very good experience on an airline which deserves more than only 3 stars.

BRU-WAW. Unfortunately there is no online check-in facility with SN Brussels, but I did telephone check-in and collect my ticket from a desk right next to passport control, thus avoiding the long queues on this holiday weekend. I'd read some good reviews of SN and was looking forward the flight. Operated in a nice little RJ-85 which was spotlessly clean. Attentive and polite but not intrusive cabin service. We were served a delicious breakfast (with tablecloth!) of yoghurt, croissant, hot bacon and egg omelette sandwich, bun with jam, tropical juice, a chocolate, coffee and orange juice - really very good. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this airline based on my experience.

30 April 2006

Excellent service on our flight from Madrid to Brussels. We had been routed on this airline after our flight from San Juan to Madrid was delayed and we missed out connecting flight. Food was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful. When we landed at Brussels we only had fifteen minutes to get our onward flight. They arranged for a car to meet us from the plane and bring us to the terminal. They also had somebody to get our bags off the flight and put them on to our onward flight. I had never heard of this airline before this, but based on our experience I would not hesitate to recommend them. It was a big contrast to the experience on the Iberia flight to and from San Juan.

10 February 2006

Brussels to Nairobi in a clean and roomy A330. The food was excellent, drinks were generous, and cabin crew attentive and friendly. The only knock would be that on three or four days of the week, a completely anarchic check-in queue forms in Brussels airport because SN inexplicably schedules three long-haul flights to Africa at almost the same time! Beware of this and arrive at the airport at least 2.5 hours before departure!

BRU-MAN. Travelled on the cheapest possible ticket. Check in was very swift and boarding took place 25 mins before departure. Aircraft was clean and modern. The flight to Manchester was almost full and the 2 crew on the RJ80 did a great job. Newspapers available and inflight magazines handed out by the crew. A snack box containing a quality piece of Belgian apple cake, water and the usual towel / sugar etc was handed out, followed by a free bar service. Nice touch towards landing was the handing out of premium Belgian chocolates to all passengers. Luggage returned swiftly at MAN. Would use again - preferable to BMI's reduced services but at a similar price - BA and BMI need to sit back, look and learn from this example.

Bru-Berlin-Bru, C Class - this is the only foreign airline that uses the very central and convenient Tempelhof Airport. Which makes life so much easier concerning transport to and from the center of the city. They even have a small business lounge and a duty free shop. The flights were good, on time, the planes clean and quite new. The FA competent and the food and drinks were fine.

Hamburg to Marseille via Brussels and back. Flights were on BAE 146, the planes start showing their age, but are still in good condition, seats looked a little tired. What impressed me was service onboard in economy class. On the 50 minute ride from HAM to BRU, a full breakfast, same on the 90 min trip BRU to MRS. Crew very attentive, passed through twice with drinks on all flights. Flights were on time, Check in and boarding were quick and easy. I hope they keep the level they are on now.

BRU-TLV-BRU. My first experience with this airline. This flight to Tel Aviv was operated with a A319. I had a economy ticket but I felt as in business class. Very nice, wide and comfortable leather seats with an extra pillow and blanket for everybody. The flight attendants were very friendly and professional and all announcements were in 3 languages. After take off everybody was offered a newspaper and a pre dinner drink with snack. After that a nice dinner was served, including a tasteful fresh salad and a risotto with chicken. I enjoyed a free good red wine and glass of water. After dinner everybody was offered a coffee with chocolate. During this 4 hours flight however no real inflight entertainment was offered except for a cartoon on the small screens without music. But as this was a evening/night flight I didn't mind and tried to catch some sleep. The return flight proceeded the same. Nice flight attendants and one of the best dinners I had. This time no pre dinner drink was offered in order that everybody could catch some sleep during this night flight. Before landing a small breakfast was served. Very good for a flight of just 4 hours I can conclude that this is an excellent airline with friendly and professional crew. SN Brussels really is what they promise to be: a full service airline and for a cheap ticket price. I will recommend everybody to fly them.

BRU-IST C class. Very impressed with lounge, meals and drinks on board, and staff efficiency both ground and air. Although I am a platinum member -mainly flying with other air partners- of this airline I must say it is a good product for your money . Highly recommend.

LGW-BRU & BRU-THF. A very cheerful FA welcoming us onboard left me with a very good first impression with the airlines though her male college was rather cold compared to her and he was not really helping when i had difficulties put my bag in the overhead compartment. the sandwich is ok, and the chocolate offered after was a great touch. The later flight was not as impressive since fruit tart was offered instead of sandwich, but FA is still doing fine and the cheerful check-in staff did make our journey begin well. Landing at almost empty THF is a plus, everything is fast and smooth. Going through LHR a couple of times during this trip, every flight spend quite a lot of time waiting and going around on the runway just because the gate was not ready, that was very irritating. Back to SN Brussels, it is a quite nice airline!

I've travelled with SN Brussels twice now from Manchester, UK to Monrovia, Liberia. Given that it's the only international flight to Europe from/to Monrovia, it's lucky that we have SN Brussels. My only bad experience has been one incompetent and rude staff who was based at Manchester International airport working for SN Brussels. Continue the good work SN Brussels, and weed out poor customer service and incompetent staff so as to not damage your good reputation. Alternatively, retrain them!

Glasgow-Brussels-Berlin and back in business class. I was one of those passengers stranded abroad when Sabena folded so it was with a bit of trepidation that I flew SN Brussels. Compared to my previous experience in business class in Sabena (which was lousy) SN Brussels were great. The food was fine, drinks flowed freely and the check in at Berlin Templehof (try it for the quick boarding, alighting, baggage claim and architecture before it goes) was a doddle. SN are definitely up there with Finnair and Swiss from my experience. Great flight crew

Flew BRU/FCO on 01 July and return on 05 July. Very good flights. Great staff, good bistro meals. One hour delay on our way to FCO due to late arrival of plane from Dubrovnik. Plane fully booked. Pilots made-up for the delay and we arrived half an hour late only. Booked my flights through internet, found cheap fares. Good overall impression of SNBA.

Excellent airline! Brussels-Dakar-Brussels and it was a very nice experience. Departure in Brussels went smooth, the kindness of the SN staff was remarkable. We had a good flight (nice meal!) and landed safely in Dakar. Return was also very nice (although short delay at departure in Dakar, we arrived in time). Conclusion: SN is a good and decent airline: nice aircraft, good African network and friendly staff.

4 June 2005

I flew Newcastle Brussels Venice in business class. Ground staff superb and very friendly. On arrival in Brussels I made use of the free meeting room and had a quick meeting with a customer. This saved valuable time and was very nice. Flight to Venice was really good and the overall quality, friendliness of the staff and crew makes it a pleasure to fly SN. I will now make a lot more use of them in the future. The only downside was the truly miserable unhelpful women at the lounge the use in Venice, that women would do well to find a job where she does not need cotatct of any form with fellow human beings. The service centre for SN in UK is so helpful and a credit to SN.

4 June 2005

Flight was very pleasant, with a friendly and efficient crew. The lounge in Brussels is convenient and offers many internet accesses. We departed on time and landed on time ( always a good surprise) . After the distribution of a good choice of press and a hot towel, a small hot meal was served with hot bread and belgian chocolates for desert. No need to ask more for a less than 2 hours flight ! The only drawback with SN is the ageing Avro fleet that would need to be replaced by more comfortable planes ( A 318 ? Embraer ? )

13 May 2005

I fly almost every week between Brussels and the cities of Madrid, Rome, Milan, Lisbon or Lyon. Having flown all airlines operating on these routes (sometimes obliged to because of code share agreements); I must say SN is the best. SN staff friendly, well dressed and professional. As someone else said on this forum I always receive a welcome from all the crew, including pilots. The cabin is clean and the leather seats (also in Economy) are very comfortable. However, the overhead bins are definitely too small, especially the ones in in the middle of the AVROs where the wings meet the fuselage. The check-in staff should be much stricter as regards cabin luggage on full flights (e.g. Madrid -Brussels at 1800 on Thursday and Friday). Good food and drinks are served courteously, efficiently, and even on demand any time during the flights. Alcoholic drinks include a choice of beers and wines. Being a Gold Privilege member on SN's frequent flyer scheme I was always helped with the utmost attention whenever overbooked on an Air France or Iberia flight. The two latter I try to avoid at all cost, especially Iberia because of their rude I-don't-care crews, filthy airplanes, expensive food and drinks

BHX to BRU return. Outward leg 5 min early departing, 20 min early arriving in BRU - excellent cabin crew and cold buffet breakfast was delicious. Nice comfy leather seats, though was in last row - this was an "exit row" but not in the normal sense - very cramped at rear of Avro Jet, made even worse by large, heavy gentleman in front with his seat reclined. Return leg on time, again nice snack and good FA's. Overall, a pleasant airline I shall have no hesitation flying again

23 April 2005

A very pleasant surprise. Travelled Manchester (MAN) to Brussels (BRU) and back in Economy at a very good price indeed. Cabin staff impeccable. Free food and drink served courteously and efficiently, including alcoholic drinks if required. Food (= snack) of superior standard to most scheduled airlines, as were the seats. Delighted by the contrast to other 'full service' airlines who seem to exclude food or comfort from the concept of service (see, for example, most US carriers and SAS Scandinavian).

Disappointment as I was downgraded from C to Y in spite of a confirmed C-seat on my recent flight Freetown-Brussels (24 Feb 05). However, friendly and efficient staff tried to make good and treated me with particular attention. They were clearly sorry.

Brussels to Monrovia, Liberia October 31/04 and return November 15/05. Impeccable in flight service - professional crew and extremely attentive - they seemed to truly care about their passengers. Excellent catering. Economy seating is similar to other airlines in terms of room and comfort, but I asked for and received a seat by the emergency exit on the return trip as I knew it would have extra room - and there was about 5 extra feet - very comfortable for a long overnight flight. This is one airline I'd definitely fly again.

Return Brussels-Berlin Tempelhof in 1 day. 350 € . Both stretches with BAE RJ100. Both flights full, because of trade fair in Berlin. Wobbely flights, descend on Berlin very bumpy. Tempelhof is strange, the airplane is parked under the roof of the building, as in a carport. End of October it is finished in Tempelhof. Food served in a cardboard box. Basic sandwich. Nice service of drinks. All in all, good for the connection. But a bigger airplane would not upset my stomach that much.

Gatwick - Brussels-Gatwick. Outbound on an A319, with both departure and arrival a few minutes late. simple "Brussels Bistro" food; container of Apple Juice, roll, butter, cream cheesse and small blueberry muffin, plus tea/coffee/juice. Sufficient for a flight of 40 mins. The return was on an Avro 80. Crew much more friendly. Again simple snack; good apple cake plus a drink. (surprise was the fact an alternative vegetable option was offered to every passenger. Service ended with pass-around of chocolate. All in all, on a par with BA on such a short sector.

I often travel to Nairobi and back together with my parents on the SN Brussels flight. We are always very happy about the service provided by SN. Brussels is a very good airport, the Airbus is very comfortable and the SN service is extremely good (also their language knowledge). The tickets are not extremely expensive if you compare them with other carriers flying to Africa. I recommend them to everybody (the European flights are also very good) and I think all travellers should choose Brussels as the hub to Africa (compared with the dirty Paris CDG airport.

Dakar on SN Brussels/BA in Business Class. The LHR-BRU-LHR leg was on BA with the BRU-DAK-BRU leg on SN Brussels. The difference between the two airlines is remarkable. BA continues to be staffed by surly FA's who are least interested in providing a service and more concerned with their own comfort. The seats in Club Europe are cramped and the food awful. Compare this with the warm and attentive service of SN Brussels. Spacious seating and (whilst not gourmet) certainly edible meals. Brussels airport is very easy as a transfer hub and my advice would be, save your money and use SN Brussels out of London.

LGW-BRU on evening flight earlier this week. Bae146 comfortable, with only ten people on board! Multilingual crew, attentive and polite, served drinks and sandwich. Flying SN was an enjoyable experience, from the good ground service provided by BA at LGW, short walk to the gate, on-time departure, and early arrival. Have booked next trip to London return on SN to LGW, and looking forward to it.

I was really pleased with my recent flight Warsaw-Brussels-Strasbourg-Brussels-Warsaw. The only hitch was a member of staff refusing for some time to let me on the plane at Strasbourg on my return, as she was convinced that British citizens needed a visa for Poland. This led to calling the management and a fair bit of stress. I did not receive an apology.

I just flew SN between Toulouse and Moscow. As always, service was excellent: friendly crew, great meal (the new Brussels Bistro concept is awesome), and the connection at BRU was very smooth. I flew SNBA several times and found it one of the best company in Europe! Staff are really friendly and also cabin crew are still young. Which is pleasant to look at. I also had a welcome from all the crew (Cabin attendant and pilots which is rare!) It's nothing important but it's just something more. But most important was that we had always an on time departure and often an earlier arrival. The cabin is really quiet and seats give enough room space for so short flight.

Regularly fly the Brussels Manchester route, which is codeshared between SN and BA, in economy class. What a difference! When you are lucky enough to get an SN plane, you get royal treatment: leather seats, 5 abreast in an Avro, nice breakfast, excellent service by multilingual staff. With BA, only English is understood, you sit like a sardine 6 abreast in an Avro, which sometimes has fabric seats, menus are not varied.

SN every two months from Brussels to Warsaw. They service is very good, the crew friendly, Avros very comfortable. They have never lost my luggage, always leave on time.  One thing SN might improve on is their catering  - even on a two-hour flight - because the "sandwich" I got was hardly edible, but it was compensated by two glasses of acceptable wine.

Berlin Tempelhof to Brussels on August 11th and think it is one of the better airlines of Europe. I fly quite often in Europe and cannot compare the friendliness of the FA's to any other flights I've taken. The flight was only an hour and five minutes long but they somehow pack a great service in a little time. As a furloughed flight attendant for an American carrier,  the service was phenomenal. The ladies working that 0700 flight were professional, attentive, friendly and served everything with a smile. I only wish my colleagues in America could have seen these two at work.

Just flew SN Brussels Airlines from Paris to Entebbe. Overall the service is good, even if they do not have individual videos. But as many airlines food is horrendous in economy. Chicken or Pasta? Cheese roll? Enough ! We are not small children. Please make proper food. Crew very professional to Entebbe and a total disaster on the way back (crew checked the bathrooms only once during this 8 hours flight). If airlines like Air France are 3 star so should be SN Brussels.

Recently flew Strasbourg to Abidjan on SN Brussels Airlines. The airport procedures quick and efficient, and we soon took off aboard a comfortable Avro Regional Jet. For a 45 minutes flight, the service was very nice : we got a nice breakfast. Brussels Airport - the airport seems very new. The SN Brussels Airlines lounge is cosy. The Airbus A330 was fitted with a nice Business Class cabin. Seat pitch is good, even if not as good as BA. But the service was once again very nice. What is especially great is that Flight Attendants were always available to answer all your needs. To summarize, it was a nice experience, and I will recommend SN Brussels Airlines to my friends. A last point : if you're a member of BA's Executive Club, you can earn miles on Brussels Airlines.

I absolutely agree. I experienced SN twice en route Brussels-Warsaw and I was surprised how friendly is their staff, how tasty is their catering and how quiet are their AVRO's.

I flew last week with SN Brussels Airlines to Kinshasa - a great crew and comfortable seats. SN Brussels is one of the best in Europe! SN Brussels is better than Sabena.
