Moscow to St. Petersburg and back, with my girlfriend and friends, and it was the worst
experience of my life. First flight: We had checked in at good time, and the screens showed us
to stand in line for gate 4, like passengers who were going to Sochi. We were waiting for
about an hour before they changed the screen to Sochi only, which meant we no longer knew
where to go for boarding, and the staff couldnt tell us. Staff very rude and were yelling, and
threatened to call the police for no obvious reason. They called for a representative of
Skyexpress, but for 3 hours he/she never came. Eventually boarding started at another gate.
When we were finally at the airplane, ready to go, a girl refused to fly. This meant that all
people were forced to sit and wait an extra 45 minutes, for Skyexpress to find her baggage.
People where hungry from waiting, and they gave a menu-card. We were ready to buy anything
after waiting 4 hours without dinner, but they only had tea and chocolate! We were in St.
Petersburg 4 and a half hours late. There were people with small children, who couldnt get
food and had been waiting in a warm airport all afternoon. Second flight: Our flight was
scheduled for 17:10 but we were told that it was delayed by some hours - they didnt know how
many. Knowing about the poor standard we sat down and waited. We were later told that the
plane would arrive at 1900. We were in the air at 2145, 4.5 hours late.

Ekaterinburg to Moscow - without doubt the worst airline I've ever experienced. Apart from the
price there was not a single positive aspect. The airplane was about the oldest I've ever been
on. An ancient Boeing 737 that probably lost its license to fly in the US. The labels were
only in English and not in Russian. We set off to the taxiway on time but then didn't move on
and were staying there for 20 minutes without any notice from the crew that didn't speak a
word in English and were scandalously unfriendly when you wanted to know something. When we
finally took off after 1.5 hours it was the first time that I got a little bit scared being in
an aircraft. I will definitely try to avoid flying this company again.

Moscow - Ekaterinburg,. Sky Express is a low-cost company, so the comfort and service look pretty
much like Easyjet. On-time flight. Not too much space for legs. Friendly staff by Russian standards.
You can have several food options if you pay for them (the menu is in Russian, I don't remember if
they have one in English, but a passenger who would not speak Russian would be able to choose by
pictures). Not a bad experience.
