I booked two flights VIE-INN-VIE for both aprox. € 60,00 round trip and everything was OK. Planes
clean and the attendants were helpful. We had only a little problem with the online-checked in-
tickets because there was a problem with the system at the gate in Vienna but the attendant made all
manually. SkyEurope is the alternative solution in comparison to the Austrian Federal Railways and
also much cheaper then the Austrian.

AMS-PRG return. Clean new plane, professional crew, overall impression very good. I booked two
months in advance and only paid €145 for two passengers including all taxes and charges. Excellent
value. However, Schiphol's ridiculous 'cheap' gates we departed from look like an airport from a
third world country. There are no seats when waiting for boarding? Are these gates really that cheap
for Sky Europe? Next year an extra environmental charge will be added when flying from Schiphol,
which probably makes it the most expensive airport in Europe. I would feel cheated when flying from
the cheap M or H gates.

VIE-CPH and back. Everything on time, plane new and clean, flight attendants cheerful, pilots made
anouncements, pre-assigned seats. The only downside is that at Vienna you are taken to the plane by
bus but in Copenhagen you have a jet bridge. If you book one of the cheap tickets it's better than
Ryanair, if you pay full it's almost on par with airlines like Austrian or Lufthansa.

got myself and the wife on 11 B&C. This must be their policy, bye bye 7 Euro's. Why are they doing
this?

Vienna to Warsaw RETURN. When I fly a new airline, I usually look for reviews since I am a bit of a
nervous flier. I was pleasantly surprised with SkyEurope. The flight was 80 euros round trip, which
included extra insurance and purchasing a first row seat (I recommend paying extra for a better
seat, otherwise it's cramped, but make sure at check-in that it's gone through.) The airline is
flying about a dozen new 737-700 planes, which always makes me feel a bit more secure on a low-cost
carrier. I found the service friendly, the food options fine, and would fly SkyEurope again.

PRG-AMS-PRG day return. Second attempt for web check-in successful to avoid wake up earlier than
necessary, however allocated for both legs automaticaly into row 11 (too bad "award" for an
passenger saving the company´s handling costs as this row has no recline due to the emergency exists
in row 12 by B737-7NG). My self printed BP caused a bit confusion among one boarding agent at the
gate, but well instructed by other one (but bottom proof part not detached, they have to manually
verify by computer, as there is no hand scanner to read the code on sheet). Boarding swift as well
as the friendly but effective service. Outbound flight about 50% full. Basic instructions and
greetings on both legs in Czech, English and Dutch, cockpit info given. Service friendly and fast,
no abusive advertisements etc. Very good impression, price (total EUR 190 return) for a whole day
business trip. If you wish to have your preferRed seat or ensure recline, you´d better pay this
extra.

Dublin to Bratislava. Flight was 40 mins leaving due to bags been offloaded no apologies made.
Aircraft clean enough, reserved 1st row and got it. Food available was okay not much selection but was
good quality and fresh. My only gripe with this airline were the cabin crew. Never smiled looked
miserable, the cabin supervisor just stood there - no greeting looked at her watch, threw her eyes to
heaven when asked for any thing. Change the attitude of crew and this airline would be pretty good,
but the three stars go to new aircraft.

VIE-BBU return. B737-700 morning flight BBU-VIE, plane was clean and staff friendly and attentive.
Catering is extra you pay. Menu (sandwich, peanuts and hot or cold drink aprox 6Eur, Tea and muffin
aprox 3,5 Eur, Mineral water cost 2 Eur). I think Skyeurope is 4-5 star low cost for free news papers
on board, friendly staff, new aircraft, leather seats, clean toilets and cabins, fast check-in, easy
web site and booking.

PRG-BCN-PRG. Mixed experience. Another trip with this airline, outbound on Oct 3rd scheduled 11:20.
Booked these tickets some 9 months in advance, seats pre-allocated (and paid) in row 3. When trying to
save my time for check-in by using web check-in (hand baggage only) the night before I logged in, saw
my places there, clicked carefully all information required and suddenly my boarding pass appeared on
the screen, but in row 11 (the seats just before emerg. exits, so no recline!). I refused to print it
out and tried to skip back in menu, but it did not let me change anything nor print it out. When
calling SE hotline, I was told they have me in row 11 but have no access into check-in system. Being
advised to call their handling agent, I did which resulted in information that they see me in row 3,
but to come for check-in to receive a boarding card. Finally, when reaching the check-in agent, I was
told "you checked-in at home already". After short explanation, luckily having my original booking
confirmation with me, the agent was confused (my seats in row 3 were already given out) but offered
row 1 with empty middle seat (but forgot to put my ID number into the system) and promised to report
this case to the IT and station manager. So time & money wasted for something that should work as a
swiss watch in these days. Outbound departure delayed for about 1 hour due to the late aircraft
arrival (informed by check-in already), however confusing gate numbers information were given
(expressively told the gate "has changed" but displays in PRG showed different (and correct) one to
that on boarding card. The agent apologized for that again when boarding. Flight uneventful, planes
clean and almost full, crew decent but smiling, flight info given twice from cockpit. Inbound on Oct
6th, a bit chaos on BCN airport, received the hated row 11 so I changed into another free row after
take off, plane again clean, young professional crew. Ordered white French wine, but charged in CZK
some 30% more than common exchange rate. Flight on time despite delayed take off due to BCN ground
traffic. After landing, pax were left in the airbridge closed for some 5 mins as we were ahead
schedule (blame is the PRG handling !). All in all rather positive experience but even having in mind
it one of the few LCC issuing boarding cards with allocated seats, I will think twice next time to pay
for pre-allocation and to check-in through web (though preffering that way).

STN-Kosice, over 50 single trips, seems the effectiveness is disappearing. Flights constantly late,
rushing through Bratislava to get connections (stressful). I would suggest earlier opening at Stansted
to avoid the rush at the security( as this now takes up to 2 hours with check-in and security). I
would think again if buying corporate ( no last minute bookings as seats are unavailable when the
plane is getting full)

CPH-BTS on B737-700. New, the plane was clean and staff were friendly and attentive. Seat pitch no

be with near perfect landings.

PRG-AMS-PRG. Very good price, new 737-7, smooth check-in on both legs,
cabin crew attentive, friendly, and proficient in English. SkyEurope
offers good promotions even during the peak times, and don't lie about
it. You have to be quick and know how to look for them. As someone on a
tight budget, I like them charging for the extra 3 kilos or a glass of
water if it means I will pay even €5 less for the ticket. I really don't
care much if this service includes a small sandwich or not. As long as
the prices are competitive and there are no problems with the flight, I
consider my experience excellent.

MAN-BTS-MAN on very new B737-700 equipment. Aircraft have comfortable,
leather seats & clean. Great cabin crew and catering that is a cut above
usual low cost. Flights both ways left on time & Bratislava's small
airport is a doddle to navigate through. All in all a very pleasant
experience on an airline that certainly appears to have its act well
sorted out. Load factors both ways were much higher than I expected with
the return leg 100% full.

BTS-DUB-BTS. Used the shuttle bus from Vienna, time consuming, but
otherwise ok. BTS is a nice, small airport, but somewhat basic in
services. Equipment was a 737-700, had to be changed after boarding,
because "There was too much baggage" - strange explanation. Resulted in
a 1 hour delay. Crew friendly, but charging for water (!) is not
acceptable - even for a low-cost airline. Return flight uneventful and
on-time, same negative experience for inflight service. Would not fly
them again, Niki or Air Berlin (and Austrian) are much better and not
much more expensive.

I am a very disappointed client of Sky Europe. I flew with the for the
last year from PRG to AMS/BBU/ORY over 50 times. I was very satisfied
with price and everything, I even left my laptop in the plane and the
crew found it and sent it to the office even before I called.
However, my experience with them is worse and worse. More and more
expensive, plus they lie with their promotions - they announce
promotions but the prices don't change at all. My last trip with them
was unpleasant - new crew very loud laughing and not really doing
anything during the trip from AMS to PRG. In Prague they re not so good
anymore as they don't have a competitor anymore, Smart Wings
disappeared. Too bad for the new planes and good timing.

Amsterdam - Bratislava return in March. The flight to Bratislava was in
an older 737-500 and put me in an aisle seat (as requested) but in the
last row so very cramped. Plane was not full and managed to get 1 row
where only 1 person was sitting so I had more space, and more legroom,
last row in the 737-500 is really not like the other rows in legspace!
For the rest flight was uneventful, and not pushy at all to buy
anything. The flight back was in the new 737NG and this time I had a
window seat, and more legroom. The inflight catering is taken over by a
company from Austria, but the prices are more or less the same. Probably
a bit overpriced 2 Euro for a can of coke, but then again, for less then
50 Euro's return one can't complain. My trip in July to BTS is
cancelled, since they are flying to Vienna as well, so it makes no sence
to flying on a daily bases to BTS as well, but they booked me without
any hassle or expenses to the flight AMS-VIE-AMS. (Or you could have got
your money back)

PRG-ORY return. Third experience with this company. Morning check-in was
a breeze, two counters open and I had no checked baggage. Pre-allocated
seats received though checked-in rather in a last minut. Boarding on
time, take off delayed for some 15 min due to plane deicing (slow work
of the PRG staff?). One of the newer 737-7 planes (OM-NGF both ways),
fine blue/red leather, seat pitch just ok for an 2 hrs trip. Safety and
cockpit information on the "fat cats" level, which means polite and non-
abusive (advertisements, jokes etc.) Clean and tidy plane, occupation
about 70 percent, landing in ORY 10 mins behind schedule, taxied to the
outter end of the South Terminal. I would only ask the CC staff (of
mostly any airline) to slow down their english waterfalls, as they are
hardly get understood even for a native. On return evening flight, ORY
has opened two counters as well, checked some 15 minutes to the end and
still could get two adjacent seats on the completely full plane. Little
chaotic gate staff in the G hall but finally could board the proper
plane. Boarding and departure delayed for some 15 minutes due to the
heavy traffic, but catched up during the flight. PA in english, czech
and basic french language. As for the CC, they seemed to be well trained
and polite with a bit tired smile at the end of the day tough. Overall
fine experience for some 55 Euros return all inclusive. Booked with them
for another trip.

BRU-KRK. I've been flying NE regularly on this route over the last year
and generally impressed - they're certainly one of the top-end low-cost
airlines I know. Both flights this week left on time an arrived early,
and despite not being one of their new aircraft, comfortable.
Stewardesses can be a bit surly at times; but you've got to accept that.
A quick comment on the last two contributions- flights may cost EUR200
if you don't book in advance, but can be as little as EUR38 if you do -
everyone knows last minute flights booked on low-cost airlines are
rarely a bargain, and secondly, the airline is replacing the whole fleet
with new 737's so I don't think anyone should feel too unsafe!

Amsterdam to Bratislava and back. I've been on a lot of flights in my

Dub-Krakow. Booked flights early got a good deal although they changed
our itinerary a month before departure and cancelled the return leg -
meaning we had to book with another carrier costing us 160 euro more for

5 months later I'm still waiting for it. Flight crew efficient and
friendly. The product is good, staff well trained and naturally
friendly.

STN-BTS-DBV and PRG-BCN. Very impressed with service for a budget
airline. Got tickets at cheap price as booked early. Wanted to change
date of PRG-BCN flight and phoned (with great trepidation from
Australia) expecting to be put on hold for a long time (as is common
with Qantas and other airlines). Phone rang twice, asked to select
language, rang twice again, straight through to a woman who spoke
excellent English and flight changed, additional payment made and
everything confirmed and settled within 2 minutes!!! Very impressed.
Flight STN to DBV was fine, however staff at STN said would have to
check in again at BTS and not too certain what would happen. Was a bit
stressful as not sure if would clear immigration and check in on time.
However all went well, but would suggest staff at STN reassure
passengers of procedure and that even if less than 30 mins before
departure time from BTS they will still be allowed to board. Flight PRG
to BCN excellent. Well done Skyeurope!

BRU-KRK return. Although disappointed to see an old 737-500 on the
outbound leg the flight was quick and early, the aircraft clean and the
cabin crew efficient and discreet. Similarly, the return leg on new
737-700NG was excellent! Despite the chaos at Krakow airport - it took
an hour to get through security (!) - the flight left just slightly late
and arrived fifteen minutes early. Am a regular on SkyEurope and am
always satisfied. Two weeks ago they called me to apologise that a
reservation I had made in November was affected by rescheduling and

Manchester to Krakow 16.09.06 and return on 19.09.06. Flights fine, but
lack of professionalism from the cabin staff. Beer and wine ran out on
the outward journey -I accept that these are not essential, but if they

We flew recently to Krakow return. 737-700 well appointed, clean and
comfortable, with more room than we've experienced on long-haul 747's.
Unfortunately the security inefficiency at the Polish airport is
responsible for the horrendous and largely unnecessary delays to your
service and I'm afraid will play havoc with schedules and percentage on
time figures.

Amsterdam-Krakow return. Although slightly delayed, the service overall
was adequate. The fare under 200 Euro before taxes could have been
lower but still within a reasonable bracket. The crew was pleasant and
polite sporting nice, flattering uniforms. The only problem: their
booking website did not appear to be secure. There was even a warning
popping up during booking process, hence I decided to make a reservation
by telephone. Unfortunately the general reservations telephone number
responded with a suggestion to call at another time or later! I tried a
few times always with the same result. In the end I called a
reservations centre in Poland. The agent I spoke to was very patient,
nice, helpful and efficient. She also resolved a problem with a
tentative, erroneous booking made by my father just a couple days
earlier, (a neophyte in internet bookings)! That was impressive as I
was afraid there would be no refund! Overall - a good experience but
the booking process through the SkyEurope's website should be "ironed-
out" as far as security concerns go!

BTS-KSC. Plane was old B735. Cabin was clean. Smiling and fresh looking
cabin crew. This was very short, only 25 minutes flight so there was no
service and passangers had to remain in their seats, keeping their seat
belts fastened. Captain provided us with flight information and one FA
then encouraged passangers to look into flight magazine which was quite
nice. Flight was uneventful, and very cheap for only 500 sk = approx.

PRG-FCO return. Gained requested seats 1 hour before departure without
problems. Bussed 60 meters to the plane despite available tunnels at the
gate. Young and smiling cabin crew, professional. Plane clean and seat
pitch just bearable - comfortable leather seats. Not bothered by
advertisement / lottery announcements like by other LCC companies. Load
factor some 70%. Uneventful flight, route and destination info from the
captain provided once. The only minor was the damaged suitcase (ripped
handle and two sticks into the case) that damaged some clothes inside.
Return received prefered seats on request. Flown the same plane as
outbound, nearly spotless. Onboard a special offer for china served Illy
capuccino for Eur 5. Similar crew as before, very professional and
again, smiling with eye contact. SE maintains rather high level of
service for reasonable price. Even if the free water/coffee/tea is a
blast from the past, I would recommend them for leisure.

Brussels-Krakow return in May. This was my first flight with Sky Europe.
I booked late and payed just over 200EUR but their fares are usually
lower. I did my booking over the phone and spoke to the most serious and
officious-sounding agent in the world. Her voice was so ridiculously
dull and monotonous that at first I thought I was talking to a computer!
I asked her for an invoice and was told I’d have to send an e-mail to
ask for it. I did that immediately and I’m still waiting for an answer.
Thank goodness it turned out I didn’t need an invoice after all. As for
the flight itself, check-in at BRU was excruciatingly slow with only
one desk open and the second occupied by a woman desperately struggling
with the computer. In all fairness though, those two weren’t Sky Europe
employees. Boarding started on time but took quite a while and we
finally took off 30 minutes late after queuing on the runway. FAs were
young and pleasant and spoke good English. They were present throughout
the flight and took time to chat with the passengers. The 737 was old
and and the seats well worn out but everything was spotless. The plane
landed at Krakow only slightly behind schedule. All in all, a great
flight. On the way back, I was the first passenger to check in and could
choose my seat (no Ryanair-like boarding chaos here, thank you.) The
flight was 90 minutes late due to our plane arriving late from somewhere
else. In the cabin, it turned out that they gave me the wrong seat, in
front of the emergency exit row and not in it. Another man was given the
one I had asked for and I didn’t insist on having it although the
limited legroom added to my annoyment. To sum it up, Sky Europe is the
best way to get from BRU to KRK because they operate the only direct
flight on this route. Their fares are cheap and the food is not too
overpriced, the flight attendants are great, they have a nice in-flight
magazine and what must be one of the best airline websites around. On
the downside, ground staff seem confused (how could they have
misunderstood “emergency exit”?), delays should be expected and the
lady from the reservations center whom I dealt with should definitely be
taught to relax and speak in a normal voice. Nevertheless, excellent
value for money.

MAN-BTS. Operated by one of the new B737 fleet. departure was a little
late due to traffic restrictions over LON but arrival was five minutes
early into BTS. Crew and smiling, catering a little expensive, but
aren't all low cost carriers. BTS airport seemed to be fairly new with
all the infrastructure you come to expect from international
arrival/departure points. Return on more elderly B737 but still more
smiling faces and safety not compromised. Would not hesitate to use
their services again, they really value your custom. The outbound was
changed by 15 minutes and they even called my on my mobile to remind me
- I forgot to confirm my acceptance on the website, how's that for
customer care.

Stansted - Krakow, return. Have flown with SkyEurope on this a route a
handful of times during the past year. I have nothing but praise for
them. The attention to safety and passenger well being is excellent for
a low cost airline. Cabin crew always greet you with a smile and nothing
is too much trouble for them. All of my flights so far have either been
early, on time, or at worst, delayed by no more than 10 little minutes.
All in all, every time is a pleasant experience and I would recommend
this budget airline against another (Beginning with the letter R) on

During the past three months I have experienced six flights to and from
Manchester with Sky Europe on Boeing 737-300 and 737-500 aircraft. This
airline is to be commended for the service it provides in all aspects of
its operation. From efficient check in to boarding procedures, onboard
safety and comfort checks, disembarkation and the luggage retrieval, the
passenger is treated as a really valued customer. The cabin crew are
worthy of particular mention - it really is service with a smile despite
their passengers' different languages and their having to deal in at
least four different currencies. The thoroughness of safety checks is
most commendable as is their approach to cabin tidiness. Absolute
efficiency seems to be the criteria for the success of this airline.

NCE-PRG and BTS-NCE with this airline and cannot praise them highly enough. I
fully agree with all the positive comments made, so it is pointless to repeat them.
I would add a couple of points. On one sector we flew on their brand new 737-700 with blended winglets. The aircraft is spotlessly
clean and has two tone (red/blue) leather seats throughout. Beautiful! Even the older 737 on the
second segment was very clean. The inflight magazine is informative, beautifully produced, and well laid out, and not just page
after page of bland poorly crafted articles or advertising. Seating seems to be less cramped than many other carriers.
The airports at BTS and PRG are also clean, efficient, and fast.

Manchester-Bratislava return. Flights either on time [or early] and
staffed with cabin crew who were efficient and untroubled by groups
returning from stag nights in Bratislava. Attention to safety was very
evident with careful checking of passengers - all in all a good
experience marred only by poor ground handling at Manchester Airport in
both directions - check-in opened 30 mins later than advertised and
should it take 40 mins for cases to reach the baggage hall?

Copenhagen - Bratislava return in March-April 2006, and a single
domestic flight from Bratislava to Kosice. For the very cheap fares I
paid (especially for the BTS-KSC flight) I knew I could not expect much,
but I found SkyEurope offering a very good product. I was, however, not
so impressed with the CPH-BTS outbound. The flight left and arrived on
time but there was a long wait at the check-in desk at CPH (but I guess
this was the fault of handling agent Servisair), cabin crew seemed a
little bit disinterested and the flight took place in an old, tired ex-
VARIG 737. The return BTS-CPH was much better, same aircraft but much
nicer cabin crew. Check-in at BTS took less than one minute and the
flight arrived at CPH on time. The refreshments available for purchase
were good. Domestic flight BTS-KSC got slightly delayed because they
waited for "the last passengers to board", I guess these were connecting
passengers from a Czech Airlines flight. I didn´t mind that Sky Europe
waited for them - next time I may be the one that tries to make a
connection, cabin crew information was good and the flight arrived on
time in KSC anyway. BTS-KSC is a very short hop for a 737, with only
approx. 35 minutes flying time, so there was no inflight service and we
had to sit down with seat belts fastened for the whole flight. I didn´t
mind this, but the seat pitch was a little bit cramped so I am lucky it
wasn´t a four hours flight. I would rank this airline four stars out of
five and of course I will use them again.

Have just returned from Krakow. In both directions, (Stansted/Krakow),
our luggage beat us to the carousel. Flight was on time on the outbound

Bratislava - Dublin return, Christmas, 2005. I've travelled many times with this budget airline, and
have always found them great value. My Christmas trip with them was no exception; attentive friendly staff on board, and the usual
assortment of purchaseable beverages. We were about twenty minutes late taking off, this was due to the fact that we had to wait for some
passengers from a flight from Kosice. But at least Sky Europe waited for them. Unlike another budget
airline covering the same route! At Dublin, the baggage had arrived at the carousel BEFORE we had; surely a record!
The return flight to Bratislava was equally satisfying, and I would strongly recommend THIS budget
airline before another on this route.

Manchester to Salzburg return. What a breath of fresh air to find an
airline that treats passengers as though they value their custom. Check
in at Manchester was very efficient and, more importantly, a seat number
issued after asking if we had a seating preference! I normally have to
travel down to Stansted with all that entails, so to be treated with
politeness, professionalism and a smiling face, was a welcome change.
The flight itself was on time and a pleasant experience. As with other
low cost airlines the refreshments were overpriced but everyone knows
that now. I can highly recommend this airline and I certainly shall be
using regularly from now on provided it retains this route.

best, captain informed us well. Good service, nice attendants,
informative client service. They are one of the best low cost carrier in
East Europe.

KRK-STN. Another good flight on SkyEurope, this time, very early in the
morning to Stansted. No qualms at check-in with my slightly overweight
baggage, and allocated my preferred emergency exit seat. Flight was
slightly late taking off due to de-icing of the aircraft, but arrived 15
minutes early. Hoping SkyEurope expand to include Brussels on their
network.

On time both directions, flight attendants pleasant and efficient.
Excellent service, apparently expanding as of December 05. Recommended!

Zurich to Bratislava. The flight was operated by an Embraer Brasilia
Turbopro with a seating capacity of about 30. It was actually much
roomier than one might expect. The only thing about the aircraft I
thought was a little weird is that while there is actually a toilet
onboard, there isn´t a sink or anything of the like to wash you hands
in. What I liked was the fact that seats are assigned at check-in and
you get a warm and cold drink considering that on most other low-cost
operations, you usually even have to pay for a cup of water! On the
other hand, you don´t get anything to eat and even if you´re willing
to pay, the sheer size of the aircraft makes it impossible to take along
any kind of containers with food. So by the time we arrived in
Bratislava I was pretty hungry. SkyEurope market their flights by
highlighting the fact that their hub Bratislava is so close to the
Austrian border and to Vienna. I was a little sceptical about this but
found that indeed, the journey by train from Bratisalva to Vienna is
probably not that much longer than the trip from Vienna airport to the
city center which is run by these rather smelly old regional trains
which take seemingly forever to arrive! For a low-cost airline, and
basically for the price you pay for the ticket, I think SkyEurope is
actually not bad at all.

SkyEurope Airlines charged me for 3 kilos. The assigned seating is a relief (compared to Wizz
Air) but the crew were nowhere near as friendly. Still, excellent value for money. The 737,
though old, was well-maintained.

SkyEurope Flight 5P 606 from Budapest to Amsterdam, July 1st, was a big disaster.
Four hours delay and eventually cancellation of the flight forced me, together with
my wife and two young children, to find a place to stay in the middle of the night in
Budapest. Nobody from SkyEurope was present during this time to inform and/or to
help the passengers.

Paris Orly to Bratislava one way, on 24 April 05. Booking online was a snap, fares were good, and
when I overlooked the step of reserving a coach (bus) seat from Bratislava to Vienna, I was able to
clear it up on the phone with an airline agent based in London. (I'm American, and was planning a
holiday in Europe.) Problems arose at Orly: first I had trouble finding the airline counter to
check in. Once I arrived, slightly panicked, and checked in, the agent sent my suitcase back and
then asked for my backpack (which is actually a laptop carrier). She quoted a weight restriction
different from the one listed on SkyEurope's website, and demanded that I check the backpack. I
asked her to let me transfer items to my suitcase, to lighten the backpack, but she said it would be
impossible to retrieve the suitcase for me. From the way she was eyeing my backpack, I could tell
this was about to happen, and it bothered me that she sent the suitcase away without giving me a
chance to keep my hand luggage. I surrendered the backpack over after removing my laptop and the
book I was reading. In the five years I've had it, no other airline (with one exception on British
Airways, once, and even then, the agent let me keep it because the laptop compartment itself was
detachable, and I could put a few things I didn't need for the flight in one of my suitcases), has
ever separated me from the backpack. After this, the SkyEurope agent said the flight would be
leaving from "E or F" and to go right away for immediate boarding -- so I rushed up to E, went all
the way to the front of the security queue, and was told by the security guard there that my flight
was leaving from F... at the opposite end of the concourse. I rushed down there, and commenced to
wait an hour because the flight was delayed. Airport staff were on strike, apparently. The flight
itself was fine: comfortable and clean plane, professional crew, and the airline's shuttle coach
into Vienna was held for us even though we were very late. Overall, I'd say high marks on the
flight itself, but the airline could stand to revisit its hand luggage weight restriction and
perhaps more competent ground-side help at Orly would be helpful. If they don't know where the
plane will be boarding, then that information needs to be communicated clearly. And if there is a
question about hand luggage, perhaps it would be wise to instruct them not to send suitcases down
the conveyor belt before giving passengers a chance to do some quick last-minute repacking.

Tried Skyeurope today for a business trip to Krakow, Poland. Flight NE431 due to depart at 0850 was
delayed until approx 1100hrs and then 1300hrs and finally 1605hrs (I don't know if it ever left in
the end). We were forced to cancel all our meetings as we had no idea if the flight would ever
depart as the information we received at Stansted was constantly changing. There was no
representative to apologise or explain what the matter was. I am currently on the phone trying to
contact the company. For the first 20 times the line was engaged. I have finally been put through
to a call waiting service (accompanied by some terrible music). I have been on hold for 15 minutes
now. I am still waiting.

I have taken SkyEurope 4 times between Paris and Poland (Warsaw and Krakow).
Last time 3rd December my flight has been canceled and I had to wait 2 days to go to Poland. I had
no explanation and I tried to contact the airline same result no explanation.
I think this airline need to improve communication.
It's not normal to wait for a plane 48hrs! Just imagine If I had to pay taxi/hotel/food during those day!

Budapest to Warsaw 29th Nov and Warsaw to Amsterdam 1st Dec, on Bud to War only 5
passengers so it was a little prop 30 seater, really nice, leather seats, plenty of leg room and a
very nice and attentive airhostess, free drinks too, same service on War to Ams leg - would
recommend Skyeurope - and for those poor souls who've tried Ryanair (like we have) give Skyeurope a
try; it's heaven! and oh yes, your seat number is printed on the ticket in order as you check-in
(take note others).

I flew with SkyEurope from Amsterdam to Krakow and back 4 days later. It was a pleasant
flight and the service was good. Staff was friendly. I was warned that this airline sometimes
suffers from delays and this happened on both flights, 1 hour delay. For that price you
can't complain.

I flew back to Budapest with Sky Europe flight 141. I was impressed with the airline, flight landed
20 minutes earlier in Budapest. Attendants very helpful and friendly especially, purser Geri made
some funny announcements made the whole flight pleasant and unforgettable experience. Other airline
should follow this kind of style. I found it good that tea and coffee services were for free. Only a little suggestion : food should
be available for purchase. OveraIl must say that next time I fly, I’ll choose Sky Europe again. No
doubt.

Excellent! Smiling crew, clean aircrafts (both flights were operated by Embraer 120) nice leather seats, normal seat pitch.
There is no in-flight entertainment except their in-flight
magazine. However the magazine was very nice, and flights were short, approx 75 minutes. I thought
that SkyEurope is normal low-cost but then F/A came with sandwiches (choice of ham or
cheese sandwich) and tea, juice or mineral water all free of charge. There is almost no difference
between classic carriers and SkyEurope. Even newspapers and magazines were offered, free of charge
too. Again, excellent service for short haul flight.

Returned yesterday on the late afternoon SkyEurope flight from
Bratislava to London. Had an excellent experience. The crew was
charming, efficient and friendly. The uniform one of the best in the
business, and the free coffee, tea or water served with a real touch of
hospitality - an element totally lacking from Ryanair

I was flying during the first five months of year 2004, three times to Paris, Milano & Dubrovnik.
During this flights I using both Skyeurope fleet planes , the B.737 and the
Embraer 120 Turboprop.
All the times the plane was clean, the mostly Slovak staff friendly and we was all the flights "on
time". So what you really need more if you can travel for approx 100€ return to all this destinations?
Only the free parking in Bratislava makes problem, there was not enough parking space, as the offer
there clients.

Bratislava - Dubrovnik return in July. Outbound flight at lunch time was 45 mins late due to delay
on previous plane route, however ground stay still kept on 30 mins. Check-in effective and fast, but
only one (later plus one) counter opened on tight space of BTS airport. B737-500 quite clean, staff
ok (mixed nationalities) but dressing is a point to improve and free water/tea/coffee served. IF
magazine also provided, but no cockpit info. Return flight in 2 weeks late again in same extend
(however 20 mins announced in DBV), staff partly not very smiling, but effective, no milk available
(aparrently expired delivery from supplier), cockpit information . No offer on sandwiches or snacks
on both flights (duration 75 min). A questionnaire distributed on board. Good value for money (low
cost RT €80 incl. taxes).

SkyEurope roundtrip between Paris and Bratislava in March. The cabin crew were friendly and
professional. The airplanes were clean. They have a nice inflight magazine and the even offer
complimentary coffee/tea and mineral water. I usually do not fly low-cost carriers in Europe, but I
wouldn't hesitate to fly SkyEurope again. Its simply a nice airline.
