SKY Airlines - by Louise Doherty
27 December 2006
SXF-AYT, was the dirtiest plane Id ever seen in my life. Although the
crew are required to learn German, their announcements weren't very
clear. I flew a 737 400 and the seat reclined by itself! The food was
minimal and they couldn't even provide me with a vegetarian meal. The
'breakfast' consisted of 2 pineapple rings, a bread roll, a small plate
with a slice of turkey, an olive, a cube of feta and a sliver of pepper
followed by a small madeira cake (5 for a euro in my local supermarket).
As far as the toilets were concerned, you felt like you were disturbing
the crew if you used the front one, the back one was used for storing
rubbish, and the other one was filthy with no paper. Never again

Flew AYT-AMS on May 21st 2004 with SKY Airlines.
Cabin crew was indifferent and seemed to be rather annoyed to have to demonstrate safety measures
again - very unprofessional. Communication in English was very poor. German was better.
Announcements by pilots and/or cabin crew could hardly be understood, due to poor performance of
installation. As far as breakfast was concerned: they should not have bothered to serve it. Missed
inflight information as to our whereabouts, speed, outside temperature etc. during the flight.
Suppose that was due to the age of the plane. Complaining about knee-space would not really be
fair since I am 1.92 m.
