SIN-BOM Business Class 777-300ER, seat 16A. Top of the line business class cabin with dimming
lights and quiet ambiance. A very wide and spacious leather seat with a significant recline
and seat pitch. Great leg space and seat turns into a flat bed with Givenchy spreads and
pillows! The cabin crew made an extra effort to conjure up my favourite SQ cocktail that was
not on the menu - much praise for their attentive careful detailing and presence throughout
the flight. The IFE screens are marvellous with a good collection of movies. The washrooms
were clean and very well stocked

SYD-SIN A380. Upper deck, with two seats down the sides rather than three. I was taken ill on
this flight, and it looked worse than it was at the time fortunately for me. However, the crew
were so fast and competent and caring in doing everything medical that they could before a
doctor was located on board. They were in communication with SIN about my condition, had a
doctor meet the plane and take me to the Medical Centre etc. All the time the Chief Stewardess
stayed with us after landing until we were put in a taxi to our hotel. The next day she came
into town on her rest day to check on us, and we also got a call from the InFlight Supervisor.
Both of them gave their personal phone numbers in case we needed further assistance. Sometimes
5 stars is not quite enough, and when you see the depth of competence and such a caring
attitude it makes it impossible to consider another airline.

Singapore to Fukuoka, Japan return. Great service, staff, breakfast and lunch meals, in-flight
entertainment. On the way back to SIN, same quality service - it was my birthday and I was
given a cake and a card written by the flight attendants.

SIN-MEL economy on 777-300ER. Flight boarded efficiently and plenty of FA's available to
assist passengers with stowing bags and settling in. Seat reasonably comfortable for economy.
My special meal was confirmed before meal service, with drinks offered shortly there after.
FA's politely and efficiently attended to all passengers' needs. IFE excellent with a great
range of movie, TV and music options. Light meal served shortly before landing and again FA's
ensured all passengers were looked after.

LHR to SIN and back with A380 and I give my vote to SIA as a five star airline. Excellent
service, enough leg space, great food quality, great movies and best crew.

Narita-Singapore. A380 upper deck economy class. The upper deck economy is small and was
located behind Business class. Seat featured a lot of gadgets and touches such as a personal
light and a mirror. PTV's were very big for an economy product and Krisworld contained huge
assortments of entertainment. Onboard meals came with two choices - both excellent. Crew
polite and warm - constantly topping off the drinks and offering snacks.

ZRH-SIN-ZRH B77ER. Inviting cabin with nice seat colors - generous leg room and a footrest
unlike Emirates. Onboard entertainment system very good. Meals on all legs was good. Flight
attendants are the creme of the crop in the service industry.

Was seated at 11K, upper deck business class. No window for this seat but very nice personal
space. Flight was from Hong Kong to Singapore on an Airbus A380. Good selection of food and
wine on the menu. Service was great, FA was extremely chatty and it was a pleasure to fly SQ.
A little disappointed with IFE though, I feel that the selection was not as good as Emirates'.
However, the seat was huge! The seat could take 2 of me - no kidding. Overall, a very
satisfied customer here having paid for business class!

Seoul-Singapore. B777-300ER. Flew with a 3 month old baby - was given a bulkhead
seat with a bassinet. cabin crew were very helpful during boarding and went out
of their way to make sure our family was comfortable. Toys such as a teddy bear
and a soft Singapore airlines plane was given to our son - which kept him quite
during the take off. The SQ girls were constantly checking up on us and even
played with our son when we were eating our meals. Entertainment system offered
an array of choices such as movies, tv shows and video games. Overall, we found
Singapore Airlines to be a friendly family oriented airline and would most
definitely travel with them again.

BKK-SIN-LHR-SIN-LHR. SIN-LHR legs the A380. Managed to get a seat on the upper
deck both ways. Very quiet going to LHR and no sense of the size of aircraft.
Nice small cabin of economy seats (2x4x2) and quite peaceful. Service and food
excellent - almost too much food really. And no shortage of drinks and snacks on
offer in between meals.

Frankfurt-Singapore-Auckland. Enjoyed all of the 3 flights. Economy seat did not
feel cramped or overcrowded. Krisworld had a plethora of entertainment. Catering
was magnificent and drinks kept flowing through the flight. The flight
attendants were hospitable and attentive.

HKG-SIN-MEL return and loved all trips except one - the seat given to me in the
B747 aircraft SIN to MEL was at least 3 inches shorter in width which made my
flight pretty unconfortable! I was seated in the window in the rear of the
aircraft - in the last row of 3 seats (then, behind me started to be 2 seats).
Obviously, I didn't pay less for the ticket nor someone advised me of this
difference. Apart from this, entertainment, quality of service, food and
cleanliness are remarkable values which convince me to consider SIA one of my
favorite airlines. And SIN airport are in parity with HKG airport as the best
that I've been. Truly amazing!

Paris-Singapore. The new business class on the A380 was very comfortable to sit
and heaven to sleep in. Food on this sector was delicious. Cabin crew attentive,
kind and genuine. All in all, I think Singapore Airlines truly deserves the
title as a 5 star carrier.
