Manchester to Dublin return. The flight was at 2155 and we arrived at around 2030 to check in
at Terminal 1. No queue at the desk and single bag was quickly on. Aircraft interior decor was
a bit garish but the plane was clean and new (737-800). Legroom was quite tight but flight was
only 50 mins. Plane on time and we picked bags up quickly. On the return it was much the same
(flight at 2040), quick queue to drop our bag. Flights cheap (around £130 each) as we booked
way in advance. A fairly pleasant experience. Can't speak for the experiences of other people
but Ryanair in this case were a low-cost no-frills airline which got me where I wanted to go
and on time.

Horrible experience. Ryan Air should not let you print off a "boarding pass" that gets you
through security but not on a flight! We were turned back at the gate and left stranded in the
terminal for over an hour until someone at the desk could come get us. They never came, but
thankfully, someone else escorted us back through security where we were charged £200 to book
ourselves on the next flight. They've set it up so that there's no way back and you have to
pay ££. Never flying them again!

My husband and two sons arrived at Stansted at 5.15am on Aug 16th, well in time for their
flight to Milan leaving at 6.40am. They had checked in on line the previous day. All that had
to be done was to check their one bag in containing items that could not be carried within the
cabin. They queued and queued along with hundreds of other people. As time ticked away my
husband approached 2 different staff members explaining very politely that soon for them check
in would be closed as stated in terms and conditions (40 mins before departure) On both
occasions he was told to" stand in the line Sir". Needless to say by the time they reached one
of only 6 desks open they were too late. None of the Ryanair staff were in anyway helpful and
I from home had to supply my husband with the information needed to get them on a suitable
transfer to Verona. This cost an extra £300 we can ill afford, hence travelling on this so
called budget airline. Never again.

Ryanair left me and others, some families with young children stranded in France after
cancelling a flight to Glasgow Prestwick airport. With no money and no Ryanair staff to speak
to we left high and dry with no accommodation and were told it could be a least 3 days before
some of us got home. Which, for some of us meant sleeping in the streets in a foriegn country
for 3 nights. Luckily I was able to book another flight with another airline for the next day
costing almost 300 pounds but had to spend the night sleeping on the airport floor much to the
dislike to the rude and insensitive airport staff.

We just returned from a trip to Italy and unfortunately it included a flight to Lamezia from
Pisa and a return from Lamezia to Pisa. We have traveled extensively and I consider this
airline the worst in the world for service. We came in to Pisa on 7/23 for a connecting
flight on Ryanair to Lamezia in Calabria. The flight was scheduled to leave at 12:30 PM and
arrive in LaMezia at 2:05PM. The flight was delayed approximately six hours and we weren't
told anything from anyone at Ryanair as to what the delay was or when the plane would leave!
We finally left at 7 PM. There is no service on the planes as well. On the return we were
required to pay 180 Euros to fly since our baggage was overweight. We had the same baggage
going and we were not assessed any payment so why now? We saw other passengers with luggage
that was over the limit go through without paying anything! The check in clerk incompetent
and refused to try and comunicate with us and we had to pay this amount. Never again will I
fly this airline and I will not recommend this airline to anyone in the USA. It was a
horrible experience to fly this so called airline. Think about it before you use them it is
worth to pay a little more and have peace of mind.

Just flew with Ryanair last week - terrible experience! A mix of all nightmares. The plane was
2 hours late (both ways!), no information during that time. All passengers were just left
aside. Once onboard, cabin crew not nice, no space for legs, the aircraft was dirty. I do not
recommend Ryanair, even if prices seem attractive at first sight.

Would anyone in the right mind travel with Ryanair - no! Birmingham to Malaga. We arrived at
Birmingham airport on June 24th, having checked in online before leaving home in Spain. We
were told that we had not checked in, but of course we had and a subsequent argument occurred.
We were redirected to a very long line of angry people waiting to see customer services.
However, between leaving Spain and returning, the company policy had changed and we were told
we should have printed boarding cards. We hadn't, and were promptly charged £80 at customer
services for two boarding cards!!!! It wasn't until later that we found out that we could
have printed off our boarding cards up until 40 minutes before take off, in the internet cafe'
at Birmingham airport. The staff attitude was disgraceful, and the customer service staff
totally neglected to inform us fully. "Just take the money and forget the consequences"
springs to mind. As I say, you need to be totally crazy to fly Ryanair, we won't again.

This airline treats it passengers as an inconvenience and despite all the hype regarding
cheap fares it is a not quite true, Having booked a couple of tickets to travel to Perpignan
from Stansted we found that we could for the total price paid have travelled by Eurostar and
SNCF TGV by Leisure select for the same price from St Pancras right through to Perpignan -
without delays and hassle of waiting at the airports and being treated with disdain by the
Ryanair staff. We paid for priority boarding, and to sit for 2 hours in Ryanair seats is
painful to say the least, whereas the rail service, you can get up and walk around and you do
not have to wait for two hours for the plane and then also be fined for exceeding Ryanair mean
luggage allowance at 15Kg. I recommend the train it is far nicer and at least you get to see
the countryside etc.

Ryanair comes across as totally unscrupulous, and the whole process of traveling with them is
designed to trip you up every step of the way and extract more money out of you. One of their
staff on the Stansted desk confided that no-one admits to working for Ryanair! I hope I never
have to fly with them again.

Have just been scammed for £30 for paying by card. So if one person buys a return ticket it
costs £10 to pay by card, but if 3 people are on one booking the cost for paying by card is
£30. This is total rip-off because the card transaction costs to Ryanair for a single person
transaction or a 3 person transaction are not that different - its still only one payment to
process. More to the point they have recently lost a court case in Germany on this very
issue and since then they have raised the charge further. This is blatant profiteering.
O'Leary has the cheek to blame the government £10 tax for people not flying - at least the
government £10 tax is fairly per person. Cannot recommend this airline at all.

Weekly flyer for over four years and it's got worse and worse. Customer service is non
existent. Every aspect of the service is contrived to trip you up and extract money out of
you. In fact, they aren't that cheap any more and even the attraction of local airports is
diminishing as they cut routes. I get the impression that Ryanair think that 'we' think
they're cheap and cheerful (with their stupid publicity stunts) - but people know they are
cheap and very nasty and the minute some better competition comes along they'll be off. Air
travel with Ryanair is the pits - I hope they go bust!

Our Ryanair experience began when we were delayed at Bezier Airport. Initially the
announcement was that the delay would be 2-3 hours but we received no other information for 6
hours when we were asked to board. We were told we could buy something from the bar at the
airport but we had no euros and Ryanair did not provide us with opportunity or advice on
changing money. Moreover the bar had sold out. The airport did not have enough seating so our
two toddlers had to lay on the stones in the airport atrium. Eventually Ryanair announced that
the problem was a ‘bird strike’ and we could board. We were not even provided with water on
the flight and were told that water in the toilet was not potable. Ryanair did offer their in-
flight snacks for those with money and prepared to pay their exorbitant prices. No offer of
compensation was every offered nor was there any advise on how do make a complaint about such
an obvious abrogation of their duty of care.

Ryanair can be anything from great to really bad. Took a very cheap flight from Stockholm to
Frankfurt, just 100£ for two persons. Another time the flight from Stansted was cancelled and
no information was given by Ryanair. Eventually I was booked on the next plane the following
morning, but hotel overnight I had to pay myself. Lesson to learn - you get what you pay for!
If you are aware of the risks and are prepared to take these risks, use Ryanair. Otherwise
take another company.

Stansted-Pisa, flight on time. The crew were sour but they charged pennies compared other
airlines. When you fly a low cost carrier as Ryanair, expect rubbish treatment.
