Berlin-BKK return. Service onboard was good. Although one or 2 FAs showed their attitude with
the passengers, I noticed that FAs of eastern Asian origins performed their duties better and
professionally. Y class food was good, the presentation too. They should consider serving warm
rolls. IFE was better on B777 than A330, though all planes in good condition. Strangely, on
DOH-BBK sector the moisturizer was missing in the toilet. QR should consider using bigger
planes with IFE serving Berlin-DOH sector instead of A320, as the flight was longer than 5
hours. Hope QR will keep up the good work/polish up on some flaws to retain their 5 stars image.

IAD-DOH-CMB on Economy. Check-in at IAD was a breeze and the flight to DOH was 60% full. The
cabin staff were curt and efficient, but not friendly. Drinks service was part of the dinner
service and a second round not on offer. The dinner itself was not what I would expect from a
5 star airline. DOH-CMB leg was nothing special. On the return, check-in at CMB was a breeze
and CMB-DOH flight fantastic. Good food and chirpy crew. The same goes for the DOH-IAD leg-
great food and fantastic service. Oryx inflight entertainment is good. The security procedures
at DOH airport was outrageous.

LHR-DOH-LGW. I can see why they have 5 stars, the service was excellent. The night flight
from LHR-DOH had 75 passengers on an A340, so there was plenty of space. Most people had 2 or
3 seats to themselves. Before take off sweets and wipes were given out, then after take off
hot towels were also given followed by menus and amenity kits consisting of eye shades, tooth
brush, socks, earphones and earplugs. Evening meal was great, but breakfast was just a
sandwich. Seat pitch was about 34" and wider than Emirates. Plane was quite new and very
clean. The only issue on this flight was one of the cabin crew was talking to another crew
member very loudly, not good when I'd first dropped off to sleep. Arrival was easy with no
queues at immigration. Return was to Gatwick as someone else booked this for me. This was
also a night flight. Aircraft was an A330, but still plenty of space and spare seats. With
this flight no hot towel, sandwich was given as evening meal and breakfast was a full
breakfast with pancakes and syrup, yoghurt, fresh fruit and juice. No menu was given. The
only complaint with this flight was breakfast was served 2 and a half hours before landing
giving less sleep. Arrival into Gatwick was early but baggage took a long time to arrive.
Crew on both flights were exceptionally good and friendly and showed you to your seat. One
interesting point was the AVOD on the A330 was better with more selections than the AVOD on
the A340. I would use Qatar airways again and I'm sure they will be even better when the new
Doha airport is operating.

Business Class from Dubai to Washington via Doha in the new 777. Service, seats, food and IFE
were really excellent. Unfortunately, the ground service is terrible - surly staff to mediocre
lounge facilities and disorganized boarding procedure.

LGW-CMB. Flew economy class from Gatwick to Colombo via Doha, aircraft very roomy, seats
comfortable, food excellent and cabin staff helpful. Five hour plus wait at Doha not a problem
considering other comments made about the airport before we flew, free meal supplied at Doha
while we waited. Inflight entertainment very good and all seats pre booked on line were
honoured. All in all, a very good trip and the best airline I have been on. Would definitely
use Qatar again without hesitation and would recommend them.

MXP/BAH and return via Doha, very nice crew and good service, large choice of wines and
spirits in economy. The stop from Doha during the return is long but for me was good because
had visit with a special visa €20.00 to the city of Doha. Nice airline.

Qatar Airways had cancelled my flight from Bahrain to Doha numerous times and then put it back
on again. This had a knock on effect as I had another flight booked from US to Canada and a
hotel. I booked online in October for this flight and paid with my credit card. Since that
time I had my card stolen and was given a replacement. So when I turned up at the airport with
a different card number they refused to let me fly. Clearly this was not my fault and I took
along my replacement card but it took over 2 hours to get this sorted, not a great start. The
B777 however was fantastic, very comfortable seats, lie flat and a great entertainment system.
It comes very close to Emirates A380 and beats the rest of Emirates J class hands down. The
food was lovely and the flight attendants very attentive. We were diverted from JFK to Newark
which was not Qatar Airways fault, however once again the ground staff were terrible. Flight
back again was great. Overall an extremely nice product on board, however the ground staff let
the airline down.

MAN to DXB return via Doha. Impressed by the modern aircraft, interactive entertainment system
and very good food in economy. The lack of air bridges at Doha airport is an irritation
especially travelling with two small kids. My only other complaint; travelling with a baby,
the female flight attendants were not as helpful/sympathetic to us as they could have been,
and sometimes made to feel as an inconvenience to them. An impressive airline no doubt and
have no problem recommending them.

I was very happy with my flight on Qatar from New York to Doha to Peshawar. I was flying to
Pakistan for my wedding and had missed our flight on Kuwait due to a delay in connecting
flights and Kuwait refused to give us seats on any other flight or endorse our tickets.
United and Qatar worked together to get us seats onto Qatar. The ground staff and air staff
were great, very friendly. The seats were comfortable, in-flight entertainment interactive
and up to date. The food was good.
