PVG-DOH-GVA Shanghai Pudong to Geneva via Doha in return. Excellent inflight service. The seats on
A330 are very comfortable. PTV on all legs with a variety of choice in AVOD. Cabin Crew great, very
eager to assist the passengers and friendly. Meals delicious. The return flight from Geneva to Doha
was delayed, so the ground staff at Geneva airport put me on the flight to Frankfurt, where I
connect with the flight from FRA to DOH,and I landed in Shanghai on schedule. The ground staff at
GVA were nice and friendly. But the staff at their town office in Shanghai were rather unpleasant.
Overall QR provide really great inflight service! And it's a great value of money!

I went to the Philippines coach class and back a total of 4 flights. The outbound was terrific (LHR
to DOH especially). Food very good, service very good, entertainment and comfort very good. Only
complaint was headphones fell apart DOH-CEB. Return a week later I saw a deterioration in the food.
The headphones were junk again, but on both flights this time. They beat the hell out of BA for sure.

ATH-DOH-PEK in Business. A rather indifferent ground staff in Athens. Excellent service on board.
Seats on the A320 from ATH to DOH not so roomy, but excellent service, food and wine. Business
lounge in the Premium Terminal in DOH very nice with excellent food, rest area and services.
A330-200 in the DOH-PEK leg with old C-class seats, and great selection of foods and drinks.
Efficient and pleasant crew.

LHR-DOH-KTM and return. Excellent service both sectors outbound, helped by upgrade DOH-KTM. Short
(45 min) connection at DOH outbound worked perfectly. Very efficient. On return, good service from
KTM-DOH, again with scheduled short (45 min) connection in DOH to A340 bound for LHR. After
boarding. engineering staff removed port side emergency door and re-installed it. Pax sat for about
one hour without any information from uncommunicative flight deck or unhelpful cabin staff as to the
cause of delay. Eventually had to disembark and transfer to a relief A 330 with same crew. Arrival
in LHR 2.75 hours late. Ground staff there most efficient and courteous in handling about 10 pax
with missed connections, with overnight in hotel close to LHR and early morning flight to YYZ.
Comfortable Economy seats with respect to width and legroom, better than average for longhaul
flights, with reasonable pitch.

CDG-DOH-SIN business class. Impeccable cabin crew ready to serve but discreet at the same time.
Premium Terminal in Doha roomy with good wines and food promptly served. Only accessible by bus
though. IFE not obvious to use. Good sleeping in the lie-flat seats. Breaking the journey to Asia
through Doha is a good way to arrive really rested. Amazing choice of wines and food delicious. If
they maintain this level of service others should be worried.

FRA-DOH-BKK Return in Economy. Excellent service and food offerings for this class of service. Qatar
does an outstanding job with Childrens meals which made the trip a lot more enjoyable for our ten
year old daughter. Crew very active with water and juice service on all flights. Choice of 4 wines
is also a bit unusual in economy. Had a 30 minute connection in DOH on the way back which worked out
just fine. Only complaint is with the IFE system which had technical issues on all 4 sectors
requiring several shut-downs and re-starts; also one aircraft was fitted with an older system where
the IFE control was fixed in the armrest and almost impossible to reach without twisting half way
out of the seat. IFE not up to SQ standards. Will fly QR again as they offer a better product than
most airlines.

VIE-DOH-PVG Business Class. Outstanding service onboard. While the C-class seats on the A320 from
VIE to DOH were not so roomy, flight attendants polite, food service prompt and excellent
quality. Plenty to eat and drink throughout the flight. Arrived on time. DOH to PVG was in a A330
with the C-class seats that are not 180 flat but are slightly angled which means you have to keep
seatbelt fastened in order to not keep falling down when reclined. Food was excellent, wine list
extensive. Meal served course by course restaurant style and without a tray. Choice of food was
great. Amenity kit now includes a pyjama top - not quite sure why they can't offer full pyjamas.
Overall, I would recommend QR to all who have a few extra hours to connect on their way to Asia from
Europe. C-class competitively priced at 50% less than competitors. Premium terminal at Doha is just
magnificent and plenty of seating when compared to other C-class lounges in the world. Waiter
service and a very broad range of hot and cold snacks and drinks on offer. Full tables for dining
with silver service.

Istanbul-Doha-Kuala Lumpur return economy. Friendly and efficient FA, good food and relatively
decent seat pitch. No IFE on Doha-KL route (older plane) but we had it on KL-Doha but with flight
leaving at 3.30 am there wasn't much point. Thought the movies offered were all much the same,
somewhat jaded hollywood fare though a decent selection of bollywood films if that's your thing.
Doha airport is horrific (4.5 hour layover). I'm pleased that they have smoking rooms as so many
other airports are moving away from this, but if you're going to put smoking rooms, at least
ventilate them properly. Only one real food outlet, cramped and unfriendly looking. The only reason
not to fly on Qatar is the airport.

I have flown with Qatar airlines on 9 return trips to the Philippines from the UK in the past 2
years. The terminal at Doha has improved over the past couple of years with addition of coffee shops
and internet area (sponsored by Samsung) - however reliability needs to be improved. Medical
facilities are good - I have had to use them only once. Outlets accept dollar, euros, pounds and all
major currencies. The airline is very good - reminds me how of emirates used to be in 2001 before
they put the prices up. The rewards program is very generous. The only thing which they need to
improve is the boarding. The departure lounge in Doha for economy is on the first floor. When you
get through boarding you are required to go down an escalator into a holding area which is far to
small to accomodate an aircraft full of people - when you get to the ground floor move away from the
stairs.

LHR-DOH-KWI economy. LHR-DOH on A330-200 (almost brand new). Very good service. Comfortable seats
(but slightly narrow compared to A340). Excellent in-flight entertainment system. Efficient and
pleasant crew. DOH-KWI on much older A320. No in-flight entertainment, but since the flight was only
45 minutes, it didn’t matter). Return trip was on a wider A340-600. Similar service, but cabin
temperature was far too cold.

LHR-DOH-BAH return. Excellent inflight entertainment, very good meals and very helpful inflight
staff. I would definitely fly Qatar Airways again if only for their quality and efficiency. For
the price of the return journey I do not think another airline would have matched the service.

DME-DOH-BAH. Business Class on A330-300 is really great - only passenger in business class and got
all the personalized attention I wanted. Great food. Arrival in Doha is even better. business Class
busses going to the business class lounge. Great selection of foods and drinks. Way back to Moscow
was in an older A330-200 which was slightly disappointing after the A330-300, but still very good.
Great airline, value for money.

BKK-DOH-LGW Y Class Airbus A330. Check in at BKK swift and pleasant with cheerful staff. Boarding
was quick even though it was one big scramble and not at all organised. Plane in immaculate
condition and departed on time. Arrived at DOH early and was surprised at how nice the upgraded
standard terminal was compared to my last visit in 2006. Lots of space in the cafes to sit and
relax. There were gate announcements every minute or so for other flights but I never heard my
flight called. I made my way to the gate 10 minutes prior to the boarding time printed on my
boarding pass and found that I was one of the last passengers to board the plane. Again the plane
was immaculate and seemed brand new. Service on both flights was only OK - nothing special at all.
On both outbound and inbound flights, the safety instructions volume levels were too low making it
impossible to hear anything and the image quality was not good enough.

AUH-DOH-LGW on Economy Class. I took this flight a few weeks back and it was excellent. The AUH to
DOH was operated by the A320, spotless clean plane and attentive crew. The flight from DOH to LGW on
an 330, again spotless plane and very low load factor making it a very pleasant flight. Once again
the crew did an outstanding job. I am a silver member of Qmiles, and will keep using QR in the future.

PVG-DOH-FRA-DOH-PVG Business Class. Excellent experience again after having not flown QR for over a
year. Crew much improved on all sectors, a wonderful personalized and attentive treatment, from
predominantly Asian crew. Aircraft on all sectors almost identical A330-200 with only business class
up front. Very clean and well maintained, seats and AVOD working as expected. Love the food choices
and presentation! Doha transit easy and comfortable for business class pax using
the premium terminal - did not find the terminal too crowded at all even though
passing through on Sunday and Monday.

LGW-DOH-BKK Economy seat 25J Friday 12th September. A330 I was able to spread out and enjoy the food
which was pretty good. Entertainment OK but nothing to write home about. On arrival in Doha we were
bussed to the terminal but as our flight arrived late, the connecting flight to Bangkok was waiting
for us. We were rushed through security and bussed to the waiting plane. It was another A330 but
this time it only half full. Food not so good and although the service was efficient it was not
friendly. We landed in Bangkok 35 minutes early which was good and baggage came off very quickly.

MAN-DOH-AUH. I did not get my pre-assigned seats. Food and staff were good but AVOD not up to
standard of EK. Had to get bussed to and from stands except when boarding for return flight at DOH.
Not that impressed.

BOM-DOH & DOH-IAD. Both legs on the B777-300ER aircraft. Food on the BOM-DOH was slightly less in
quantity, but delicious. DOH-IAD catering was flawless. FA's decent throughout did everything they
could to make our journey pleasant. IFE on QR is not as good as SQ or EK. Call buttons attended to
within seconds. All in all a good flight.

HKG-DOH-LHR Economy. Was supposed to be flying China Eastern Shanghai - London but they cancelled my
flight and glad they did. Check-in at HKG was quick, asked for exit aisle seat and got one all the
way to LHR, and onboard staff were attentive and friendly throughout. Both legs of journey the
planes had AVOD which was great, and food was superb. Only downside- Doha airport is pretty
horrendous, busy, constant announcements and lots of screaming kids - not good for a 2 hour layover
when all you want to do is sleep.

BKK-DOH-Stockholm economy. Plane to Doha ok. Doha airport for the usual mid-night plane-swap is
crowded, noisy with poor facilities. DOH-Stockholm on Airbus 319 was cramped and uncomfortable.
Lack of overhead locker space meant that lots of passengers had to store their hand luggage under
their seats. The crew worked very hard under unfair conditions, and I won't blame them that they
didn't smile. Service was slow because there is only 1 aisle on the not-wide-bodied A319. That means
breakfast serving started 2.5 hours before and was hardly finished on arrival.
