Airline has ceased operations.

My Wife and her sister flew from Poznan to Stansted on 25th of August. On arrival their luggage
could not be found. Air Polonia say it may come on the next flight from Poznan, whenever that is, but
it would not be delivered to our home in Birmingham and we would have to travel all the way back to
Stansted at our expense to collect it. I find this attitude unacceptable and feel that Air Polonia
should take a more responsible attititude to it's customers and rectify their mistakes properly.

A new Polish low cost airline. Flew London Stansted to Katowice. Boeing
737-400 was clean and left on time. Legroom was poor and there was a couple of strange travel agency
style posters stuck to the bulkheads. The crew were friendly and all spoke English well.
A selection of snacks was available for purchase, and compared well with the variety on larger low
cost airlines, with prices being MUCH cheaper. Duty free also available. They also have a link to a
minibus company which will take to Krakow from Katowice airport on their website. I did this and it
was an efficient transfer.
