Pluna is the worst airline I've experienced in more than 25 years of air travel. After several hours of delays
and excuses, finally the staff announced that my flight MVD-EZE was cancelled. Ground staff, particularly the
Supervisor of Pluna at the MVD airport are extremely rude and not helpful at all. About 40+ people were
stranded and about to miss their connecting flights to other parts of the world which left the mentioned
supervisor with the standard/repeat answer: "sorry I can't help you". If he would have tried at least, but that
would have been asked too much for I guess. They collected all phone numbers of the people stranded that
night saying that they will put us on the first flight to EZE the next day and contact us. By 11am the next day
there was still no sign of a call from Pluna, so I had to go to their city office to arrange for a flight the day
after. In addition to this I lost my connecting flight ticket (business class) from EZE to Asia due to 'no show'.

MVD-SAO. Check-in smooth and fast. One class only on new bombardier, good service for a low cost airline.
Paid extra to be seated in front row, and access to lounge for a total of 65 us, also been taken to plane in a
Pluna car. All in all no trills no frills. CA were friendly and very polite. Would recommend.

Flew them on 7 May AEP Buenos Aires-MVD-GRU. Paid $30 USD extra each way for front row roomier seat
equivalent to Premium Economy. Ground staff extremely helpful and friendly. Needed special assistance and
they went the extra mile. Yes they charge for food but beverages were free and all charges were declared
well before on website. Highly recommend them.

Flew Santiago to Montevideo and Buenos Aires to Santiago via Montevideo. Flights were good, nothing to
complain about. Last flight was 1 hour late but these things happen and we were kept informed.
Comfortable seats and friendly staff. Have to pay for everything but I knew that. It was kind of funny having
duty free service on the 30 minute flight from AEP to MVD.

MVD-GRU. The flight departed on time and arrived 30 min before the scheduled time. Check in agent was very
friendly and offered me a seat in the first row. Comfortable seat with more space, preference during boarding
and you deplane first - this only for 30 USD. Such as in US they charge for food and beverages onboard, the
salmon sandwich was delicious. The aircraft was very modern, clean and quiet. The fare was much cheaper
than other airlines.

AEP-MVD. We checked in 90 min before our scheduled flight. Check-in agent suggested moving us to an
earlier flight. Very efficient and friendly service onboard. MVD-GIG on time departure. Easy access to the
plane, flight on time. Aircraft very modern and clean, attentive and efficient cabin crew. Good choice of
inflight (to purchase) snacks. LCC ideas, but executed in a friendly and efficient manner.

Multiple delays on departure of my flight MVD-AEP. Very inefficient MVD hub management by PU. No boarding
control on excessive size carry ons that did not fit into overhead bins. Personnel courteous.

SCL-MVD-GRU-GIG-MVD-SCL. Three of four flights with hours of delay. The aircraft's are in poor condition and the
airline personnel not helpful. They give passengers poor explanations for the delay and told us to file our complaints
online.

Santiago - Montevideo Roundtrip. Comfortable, clean and modern planes, very attentive crew.
PLUNA has a Pay-as-you-consume approach. Pay to check-in luggage, pay for onboard snacks, for
premium seats, for VIP lounge, and even for priority boarding. It is still very competitive
versus LAN, TAM, etc, and Montevideo complements the experience with an easy, very clean and
beautiful airport.

I was supposed to fly from Buenos Aires to Porto Alegre (Brazil), changing planes in
Montevideo. I couldn't use their on-line check-in because I was travelling with a baby. Their
staff at check-in were very rude and extremely unhelpful, which was specially bad as I was
travelling alone with three children. They first told me I only had seats reserved for the
second flight (Montevideo-Poa), before telling me I had not purchased any ticket after all.
Their sales desk was more helpful and printed a second copy of my e-ticket. With that the
check-in desk had to find seats for me and the three children, but not before enquiring how
did I manage to print it. (?) The plane was then delayed for two hours, which seems to be
customary. As we were going to miss our connection in Montevideo we were transferred to
another plane from TAM Airlines, and one of our three luggages disappeared in between planes,
never to be found again. Christmas time luggage, with presents for kids and family, plus all
my 12 year old son clothes and the babies things. To add insult to injury, Pluna didn't handle
this well. They did not know the right procedure as we had travelled with a different airline,
and were very incompetent in handling the case. We had to visit the airport five times and
phone them many more to finally get a lost luggage form, and even so were told it was given as
a courtesy. Courtesy of losing our luggage and our holiday time, more likely. Now they seem
unable to reimburse the money to an account in the UK.

GIG-MVD-AEP, CRJ900. Check in fast in GIG, quick boarding. In a 3.5 hour flight no even a
glass of water offered. They sell food & beverage onboard: U$2 for water, U$3 for a can of
soda, U$7 for a sandwich. An international flight of 3 hours they should at least have water
complementary.Once in MVD, the connections had a delay of 1 hour (usually has delay, took
already 3 flights of Pluna and always there are a problem) We embarked and wait 45 minutes
onboard on our seats without any explanations from the crew. PLUNA is cheaper than others, but
should be considered a low cost airline and not 3 starts. Now they charges also U$20 per
luggage, U$25 for preferable seats and the food & beverage onboard.

AEP-MVD-AEP flight - a very short 25 min flight on a new Bombardier CRJ 900NG. Outbound flight
delayed nearly 6 hours, however e informed by e-mail in advance. We had to pay 25$ each for
the luggage, though if we had checked-in online, it would have cost 15$. We heard about it
only at the airport, so for the return flight we did check-in on their website. Inbound flight
was delayed with an hour.

SAO-MVD-SAO. I usually fly AA from NY to MVD, sometimes via EZE and MIA. This time I tried TAM
connecting in SAO with PLUNA. Perfect connection southbound, a little bit longer wait on the
return, but what a difference! Excellent service and comfortable airplanes makes it an
enjoyable experience. I strongly recommend PLUNA and Montevideo's new terminal for regional
travel and connections.

BUE-MVD-SCL roundtrip. Check-in was uneventful, plane was nice/clean. All flights segments
were late by about 10 minutes. Ground crew in MVD not too functional with gate info. Flight
attendants were great, flight experience great, website is easy to use/straight-forward.
I would fly again, but not if I have time constraints - this was a leisure trip so no rush.

MVD-AEP very nice experience. Very comfortable Bombardier CJ900, convenient connecting
schedules and punctuality. Decent snack menu to be purchased on board. Pluna is the only non-
Argentina airline operating from Aeroparque, Buenos Aires domestic city airport (as opposed to
Ezeiza international 40 minutes away from downtown).

AEP-MVD-AEP in Y. Took a very short flight from Aeroparque (Buenos Aires) to Montevideo.
The flight going was delayed due to fog at MVD and was 2 hours late. Staff did their best to
keep passengers informed in Spanish and English. Once we got going the flight was very smooth
and fast (30 minutes). Since you pre-clear Uruguayan customs at Aeroparque, upon arrival you
collect your bags and head to the exit. The return flight was just as easy. The only
complaint was that on the outbound flight the safety announcements were made in Spanish and
were attempted in English. The flight attendant really mangled the script. She struggled to
get through the presentation. If you really wanted to understand what was being said, you
would need English sub-titles to get the jist of what she was trying to say. Words flowed
into each other and she gave new meaning to the run-on sentence. The captain however, spoke
English clearly. Apart from this, the staff were very professional, helpful, and courteous.
The airplane was tidy and the seats were as comfortable as a CRJ-900 can be.

GRU-MVD-AEP-MVD-GIG. Connecting in Montevideo is a breeze, new, comfortable planes. Crew
rather formal but helpful and smiling. Sandwiches, snacks and drinks were served on GRU-MVD
and MVD-GIG legs. On flights between Montevideo and Buenos Aires you have to pay for food and
drinks, however the flight time is around 30 minutes so nobody really bothers. Flying out of
Brazil you can check in one piece of luggage free of charge, on all other flights there is a
charge of $20 per suitcase, however you can avoid that by checking in online (At least that
was the case when flying out of Argentina). TIP: If online check in doesn't work (like it
happened to us) make sure you take a printout of a fault screen with you to the airport - it's
to prove for check in staff that you intended to check yourself in so they won't charge you
for luggage. (We didn't know that). Overall very solid service with an interesting mini-hub at
MVD, would fly PLUNA again. Also the fact that they fly into AEP rather than EZE is also a
huge advantage for me. Pluna was over $100 cheaper than all the competition - TAM, GOL and
Aerolineas on this particular routing.

Buenos Aires - Sao Paolo roundtrip via Montevideo. Very convenient flights from Buenos Aires
Aeroparque (domestic + regional airport). New Bombardier CJ900, modern equipment. Purchased
Premium Pass ($50) which included free baggage allowance, VIP lounge and first row seat.
Decent snack and attentive crew.

Aeroparque (Buenos Aires) to Sao Paulo and return. Excellent experience, short transit time in
Montevideo. I did web check in easily waving the USD 20 for my baggage. The same aircraft as
Lufthansa Cityline (CRJ 900), brand new and nice staff. The best part is the value for money.
I travelled directly from Buenos Aires downtown to Sao Paulo for half of the price of a flight
from Ezeiza (Buenos Aires international airport) and from a much more convenient location. It
is way much better than Aerolineas Argentina and Gol and is catching up with LAN.

Buenos Aires - Montevideo as well. I would give two stars to Pluna on this short flight, because it
is still better than Aerolineas Argentinas... No frills, no smiles, and don't expect more than an
orange juice, but planes are cleaner. And less noisy.

Buenos Aires-Montevideo-Buenos Aires short flight. Newly adopted 20$ baggage fee for each item were
never communicated, nor is shown on the ticket. For the return flight tried to check-in online (they
advertise with free baggage at web check-in), but web check-in didn't work, returning the weird
message "only following cities enabled web check-in: Montevideo, Buenos Aires" - won't ever
understand. Further the website is only available in Spanish. Hotline didn't answered the call.
Check-in staff was after this incident with the web check-in rude and uncooperative.

AEP-PDP with Pluna. The short flight was comfortable and on time, and we liked the new regional jets
- they compare very well with the ancient 737s that the competitor (Aerolineas Argentinas) uses. The
only downside is that they have adopted some aspects of the low cost business model, including a
steep US$20 charge per item of checked luggage. Apparently you can avoid this charge you check in
online but we were not told this when buying the ticket.

Poor experience on outbound flight AEP-PDP but amends made by PU station manager. all Center said
note would be made that my wife needed extra assist down escalator from gate to bus on departure and
in PDP. This confirmed at check in but gate agent brushed us aside claiming no one informed her. At
plane side PU Station Manager said he would inform PDP and that we would be met and assisted. No one
showed up and my wife hurt herself getting on and off transfer bus with unreasonably high steps.
On return trip PU couldn't have been more helpful, offering us lounge passes and arranging golf
cart transfer to planeside. Otherwise PUs new Canadian jets are a pleasure to fly aboard after the
airline phased out ATRs and Boeing 737s. PU now have a $20 per checked bag charge but it was waived
on our return after our outbound trip snafus.
