6 March 2008 Customer Trip Rating :
Istanbul to Ercan, affordable and punctual. Flight left from the new Sabiha Gokcen airport on the
Asian side of the city, which is a gorgeous facility, and seemed to be less of a zoo than Ataturk
Airport. The seats B737-400 were comfortable, with acceptable seat pitch. Pegasus was an absolute
steal at about 35 Euro each way. I would not hesitate to fly them again.

Flew twice this year with Pegasus, to/from Ercan. Modern 737-800 with good seat pitch. Short check-ins
at Stansted. food average but always the same. Staff pleasant.

Travelled with Pegasus for first time this year Edinburgh to Dalaman on 27th August. Plenty of
legroom, food not brilliant but what charter airline food is? Cabin crew very friendly, spoke good
English and were pretty efficient on both legs of the journey. Is the lack of in flight
entertainment such a big deal. Arm yourself with a couple of mags, a book and an MP3 player. If you
have kids maybe take along a portable DVD? Would have no qualms flying with them again. Also used
Onur Air two years ago which is another Turkish carrier. They were pretty good too.

Doncaster-Dalaman. The worst airline I have ever experienced. Cabin crew
spoke limited English, not friendly/helpful and yawned constantly
through their duties. Inflight meals were poor and drinks limited to
regular Coca Cola or water. Aircraft relatively clean. No entertainment
during a 4 hour+ flight. Shame on UK travel operators who use this low
quality budget airline and anyone who enjoys the meals on their flights
obviously got it free (instead of paying like everybody else) or are
completely insane

Have flown from Norwich with Pegasus many times, the flight has always
been on time apart from once when it rained so hard in Norwich we
couldn't refuel and had to land in Germany. Food is usually Turkish and
although different has always been tasty if basic - it's free isn't it?
No inflight entertainment for the kids, but it isn't exactly long haul
and time goes very quickly anyway. Have no complaints about cabin crew,
they have always been happy smiley people.

Norwich to Dalaman return. Aircraft very clean on both journeys and food
quite good. No delays, cabin crew spoke good English and were efficient.

Flew from Glasgow to Bodrum on 12/9 plane looked in good shape, flight
was reasonable in time, staff well dressed and presented, but lack of
english and manners made this flight a bad one. On both return and
outwards alternations to flight being diverted to Manchester airport, at
the last minute to the schedule, beware the food is not recommened,.

Edinburgh to Dalaman. Airline the worst I have flown. Although the airline is only 5
years old, all the planes are dated. Food was disgusting and its was the same on the
return. No in flight entertainment and with young kids this was a struggle to keep
them occupied.

Just returned from Bodrum into Cardiff. Good flight times. Meals were included as were free
soft drinks- very good for flight only! Plane looking a bit shabby but no concerns during the
flight. We were given extra leg room without even asking! Would fly with them again.

Gatwick to Dalaman, very basic plane, not enough meals to go around and only one toilet working. Check in staff were very good and
was able to get extra leg room which helped me through the flight as I did not feel so closed in. The staff were not really helpful as thier English was limited
and we could'nt understand what they were saying. Coming home we were waiting to check in,
when a young couple walked past the queue to the front desk - next thing we saw that they
were being checked in. When I asked them why they got preferential treatment, they told me it was
because they were Turkish and they had a big family and lots of friends - needless to say it did not go
down well. When we got to the desk, we were aout the tenth to check in. I asked for extra leg room
only to be told it had all gone. If Pegasus policy is to give preferential treatment to thier own people
I am afraid people will choose to fly with an airline that is not so biassed.

Bristol to Antalya - have flown twice with them and must say - excellent. Wish we
could still use them , but available from Bristol any longer. Flight home times were
very good not hanging around all day in resort waiting for the bus to pick you up.
Food was OK too. Staff very pleasant - could not fault anything

Newcastle to Turkey in June and I have to say it was a very good flight. Staff very
nice and the free soft drinks was a lovely touch. Shame there was no movies though.
But good all the same.

We had a fantastic flight from Dublin to Bodrum. We were greeted by the pilot as we boarded the
plane, food and service was fantastic, plenty of leg room. We will definitely use Pegasus again.

I´ve just returned from turkey with Pegasus rline. We had two different 737-800 experiences. I
agree with all of you concerning space and meal, but both planes were in a lousy shape. Very dirty
lavatories, shabby seats/covers and everything else was dirty or/and out of order.
I.E. the cabin monitors: the 2nd plane hade some and I was looking forward for at least some kind of
entertainment during 3 hours flight for my kids. Nothing, no movie, no music, no flight information.
The cabin crew was friendly, but didn´t work together too well. They just forgot to give some
passengers their meals, for example. One thing I´d like to add: for the supervision of airline
safety is strictly ruled and I felt safe. Everything else is just a matter of comfort and origins in the price.

We flew Pegasus Airlines, Luton to Antalya, Turkey earlier this year. Excellent all round. Good leg room. Clean. Food above average! Nice to get free soft drinks.
Staff friendly. Didn't mind the fact that there was no in flight entertainment. Check in good.
Flights on time.

What a pleasant surprise. No delays, good inflight meal, excellent service and a clean aircraft. I
would certainly fly with Pegasus in the future and would even consider flight only.

Flew to Dalaman from Bristol on 30/8/04 and returned on 13/9/04. One of the nicest in-flight meals
we've had in a long time, and how many charter airlines provide free soft drinks? No struggling to
squint at in-flight movies (there weren't any!) and the flights passed quickly. The crew were
friendly. No they weren't fluent in English - it is a Turkish airline after all and we wouldn't
hesitate to fly with them again.

East Midlands to Bodrum August 2004.Although the plane looked well used there was plenty of leg
room. The food was good and the service was also good. The only minor issue was some of the staff
had difficulty with their English. However, a very nice flight and I would not hesitate to fly with
Pegasus again.

AMS-AYT on May 14th 2004.
Food was adequate, but cabin crew was rather stressy. Communication did not run smoothly since
the English language was not widely known among them. So we changed to German, which meant an
improvement. Missed inflight information as to our whereabouts, speed, outside temperature etc
during the flight. Suppose that was due to the age of the plane.

Though I agree that service and food is excellent on Pegasus, I have to share my sad experience on
my last flight. In March 2004, I bought on board a few presents for my family (alcohol, cigarettes,
cosmetics) using my credit card. To my surprise, I was not only charged for these purchases (about
50 euros) but also curiously a month later for 25 and 24 euros. My advice would therefore be to not
use your credit card on board if you wish to avoid the same fraud.

Pegasus Airlines to Dalaman, Turkey, from Humberside and return. Outbound trip left 10
mins early, flight was on a well used 737-800. We asked for and got row 15 - exit row, lots of leg
room. No special instructions from the crew on operating the emergency door. Food quite good,
flight attendants courteous and reasonably friendly. Return trip similar - left 10 mins early,
again got row 15, although check-in clerk at Dalaman never even acknowledged our request - we had to
check our boarding cards for confirmation! Again, no instructions from crew on operating emergency
doors, and a bit casual on safety in general - no announcements about keeping seatbelts fastened
until plane has stopped, etc. Food not as good as outbound, and flight attendants slightly less
friendly, but hard working on this 4 hour flight. No entertainment either way. 737-800 on the
return trip noisy and with a constant low frequency vibration. All in all, pretty good for a UK
charter flight, and far better than I was expecting.
