Roi Et - BKK. PB Air. Bangkok Airways Aircraft and Pilots. Called two days before the flight and got two one way tickets for under 2500THB. Great service, on time, nothing to complain about except they are no longer flying. I travel to Roi et several times a year and now have to use Nok.

Bangkok to Lampang 3/4 times a year and have for a long time used PB Air. Check in at Bangkok is quick and staff friendly. The flight is only 1 hour but food is offered and of good quality. The return flight from Lampang (which is a great little airport) this time was with my just turned 1 year old son and the crew were very attentive - thank you PB Air!

BKK-ROI and ROI-BKK. Flew this small but very good airline to avoid taking a 8 hours bus ride. Smooth flight with a clean and nice aircraft. Excellent service, but breakfast only ok. Would fly them again without hesitation.

BKK to BFV (Buriram) and return. Pleasant crew, tasty food & free beer on a 50 minute domestic flight! Much better than their predecessors on this route.

My favourite domestic airline in Southeast Asia! Having flown on about a dozen regional and domestic carriers in this region I must say I really like PB Air's thoughtful touches, good service and tidy cabins. This is as good as it gets.

BKK-BFV. Drinks and snacks supplied free of charge in domestic departure gate at BKK - a nice touch. Aircraft Embraer ERJ, very clean and comfortable. Staff very polite and attentive, although difficult to understand the pre-flight safety announcement. Breakfast provided inflight, even though the flight was only 50 mins. Hot drinks too. All in all, a wonderful experience and a real pleasure to fly with PB. I look forward to flying with them again in the future! Western low-cost airlines could learn a thing-or-two from PB staff about hospitality.

Just Flew with this small airline from Nan ( NNT ) to BKK. Everything was perfect, flight on time, great crew, great & clean airplane and also very important the baggage were ready on the belt very soon.

Flew BKK-KOP early may. Outbound flight delayed due to technical problems, but ground crew did their best minimise delay. The short flight was comfortable enough, but the food (cold rice and chicken) was very boring! FA's very friendly though!

Flew with them for the first time from Nakon Phanom to Bangkok and what a pleasant flight it was. Friendly crew, very comfortable seating (an Embraer 145) and a simple but tasty breakfast.
