TRV-MAA-TRV. Extremely impressive service standards, fares an absolute bargain. Every staff
member was courteous, ERJ 170 planes clean, spacious and generally on time. Food service
generous portions of gourmet food on real china with genuine silverware - along with welcome
drink, bottled water and tea/coffee.

MAA-CJB early morning flight for 1.25 hour. A business class service at economy class fare.
Started with an offer of butter milk or tender coconut water and hot towel service prior to
take off, onboard service with a full breakfast service followed with coffee/tea.
Professional service from check in through onboard service. Wheel chair service provided up to
the curb side taxi service for my mother. All this for little over an hour flight. I
recommend this airline any time.

HYD to MAA and pleasantly surprised. Check-in a breeze even though a single counter. Their fleet
consists of Embraer jets and the smaller number of pax results in personalised attention. Cabin crew
very presentable with efficient service. Food excellent with a full meal with juice for a 60 min
flight. The baggage arrived in less than 15 mins. Highly recommended.

Return MAA to BLR. Best experience I had. In the 35 minutes the smiling crew served drink and a full
meal. Seats were very comfortable. Will fly this airways from now on in South India.

5 June 2007 Customer Trip Rating :
Chennai to Madurai after a Malaysia Airlines flight from LAX the
previous night. I had 3-pieces of baggage. Paramount mentions that
they allow 2-piece concept but then their weight limits are very low. I
expected to pay extra for only 1-piece but then I had to finally cough
up about Rs.3500. From my flight from LAX to MAA, I paid only $50 for
extra baggage. For international connections, Jet Airways is probably
the best. Besides, the agent at the check-in desk had no idea whatsoever
about how to process extra baggage. She had to call for her supervisor
to figure out how to work out charges. There was also a porter sporting
a Paramount Airways uniform that kept running after me carrying all my
hand baggage. He was more of a pest and I had to finally tip him.
Their business class lounge was poor - server offers stale coffee and
then scratches his head for a tip. Overall, a very bad experience.
On the positive side, the aircraft was clean and the food was good. The
FAs did a good job but seemed tired.

MAA-HYD. Check in quick, friendly, and efficient. All Paramount
passengers get lounge access, which is a nice touch (as an aside, the
check-in agent was nice enough to tell us to head through security
earlier than usual due to the long security lines in Chennai on Monday
mornings). The plane was an Embraer 170, and though you could tell it
wasn't new, it appeared well maintained. I'd never flown on a regional
jet before (I always try to avoid them in the U.S.), but I have to admit
the flight was just as comfortable as those on larger planes. Catering
service was by the Taj Coromandel; it wasn't great, but it's nice to be
able to get a full meal on a 1 hour flight. Cabin staff were friendly
and attentive. The only beef I had (albeit minor) was that the official
schedule calls for a 8:00 arrival after a 7:10 start, even though flying
time is 1 hour, making us appear to be late when we got in at 8:10. I
think their schedule needs updating. Otherwise, it was a good
experience, and I would fly with Paramount again.

Travelled six times between Chennai-Coimbatore and found Paramount to
offer a world of difference. They offer four course meals - food piping
hot and delicious. Aircraft was an Embraer, with business class
configuration. We found the seats very comfortable.
