One Two Go review by A Richards

Bangkok Don Muang to Chiang Rai return on MD-82 in a 2-3 seating. Flights on time, hot and cold
refreshments were served with a small snack. General service was very good, clean planes and both
flights landed ahead of schedule. Wanted to use One Two Go again on a recent trip to Thailand
however Thai airways was just as cheap at the time on my selected flights so I flew with Thai
instead. Overall I thought the airline was good.

Phuket-Bangkok. Chosen from others because it was the cheapest. Punctual and uneventful flight.
Plane (MD82) clean and cabin staff polite. The only bad moment was opening my newspaper and reading
that the inquiry into last years crash had opened. Plane used the old Don Muang airport in BKK.
Unless you have a connecting flight this is good news as there are virtually no queues. With hand
luggage only I was in a taxi within minutes and the fare to Silom Road area less than 300 baht,
cheaper than the new Airport.

We booked One-Two-Go Airlines from Bangkok to Krabi in August, for travel November 07. Only a few
days before our departure One-Two-Go Airlines cancelled the outbound flight and offered to book an
alternative - within 2 weeks. That was no good, as we were about to leave Europe for Thailand, and
had a complete tour booked. They never replied to us with any alternative, so we had to book a Thai
flight. A few days later the return flight got cancelled as well. And again no alternative offered.
Again we had to book Thai Airways, 2 one way tickets, more expensive than a return - One-Two-Go
Airlines wanted to refund the money to us, but not until minimum of 2 months had past. Now is
December 31st and we are still waiting for the money. Do not book One-Two-Go Airlines.

BKK-Krabi and return on MD82 aircraft with One Two Go, the domestic
carrier of Orient Thai. First time I flew with them and a positive
experience. Superb service considering its a low-cost carrier with a
free drink and little snack on board, very friendly crew. Quiet flight
as we had seats in the third/fourth row far away from the aircraft
engines. One Two Go operates from old Don Muang now but doesn't have
separate jetways like Thai or Nokair. Aircraft park in a more distant
position that requires a bus drive. Apart from such minor issues they
offer the best price/performance ratio by far.
