Don M to Chiang Mai round trip and Don M to UTH several times. Their website is quite easy to
negotiate and prices were comparable to their primary competitor on those routes, Air Asia. Nok
Plus is well worth the small difference in price and I had good service on clean planes with
beverages and snacks provided. Twice upon arrival at UTH it was raining and their ground was
outside handing out umbrellas since they put you on the tarmac, not a jetway. They would be my
first choice of the SE Asia bargain airlines.

Bangkok-Chiangmai on a cramped ex-Thai Airways B737-400. A budget airline that gets you from A to B.
Don't talk about service or comfort of any kind. Internet booking efficient. Seat numbers allotted
at check-in.

Pleased with the product although on one leg they charged us excess baggage and on another they did
not. The staff were very nice and polite. Drinks etc although had to be bought were a reasonable
price. No problems.

DMK-KBV. The trip with NokAir was an enjoyable experience. Ground and air staff were very friendly.
The flight was on time. The airplane although not being new seemed to be well maintained. We even
got the emergency exit seats we asked for. What could you ask more for under 20 Euros?

Bangkok to Chiang Mai and back in the beginning of March. Had the misfortune to fly on the
chartered plane with some staff members not being Thai nationals. Staff not as friendly and
efficient as on their other flights.

BKK-UTH many times during the past year. They have been on time and very efficient everytime. Only
one time they cancelled the flight and booked me on Thai which departed at the same time. Nok Air
has always been a good experience for a good price.

HKT-BKK Don Muang. 737-400. Check-in quick, 3kg over the 15kg allowance which was pointed out, but
no charge made. Boarded quickly and departed on time. Aircraft was ex-Malaysian Airlines and legroom
is reduced greatly compared to ex-Thai Airways aircraft Nok have. On-time arrival, short walk to
baggage claim, with luggage arriving quickly. Good price paid, no problems.

Bangkok-Chiang Mai return on Nok Plus. Email sent around October advising change of aircraft and
schedule changes with options to choose any flight for same day at no cost. Flights departing from
Don Muang Airport which is a little better than Suvarnabhumi as not very crowded. At check in advice
that NO Nok Plus which they refer to as business class. Offered to refund fare difference which was
handled very smoothly but they offered exit seats. Flights to Chiang Mai operated on 737-800 leased
from XL Airways. The seat pitch is generous and very comfortable flights both ways. Food available
for purchase which was quite reasonable. The aircraft is clean and crew happy and smiling. The
flights were on time and was able to get Front row seats on the return. Highly recommended for
travel within Thailand.

Bangkok to Chiang Mai. Very disappointed. We booked Nok Plus last August for 9 am flight, had an
email in September saying it wasn't available now on that flight, so we rebooked for the 6am flight,
which meant getting up at 4 am to get the flight. On arrival at the airport they had once again
cancelled Nok plus so we had got up extra early for nothing. Once onboard, I have never seen such
narrow seats - very uncomfortable.

DMK- Chaing Mai (CNX), and Chiang Rai (CEI)- DMK. One month before the journey, Nokair made chaos of
changing their timetable in most route, effect some passengers. My outgoing flight disappear from
website for several days. Complaint made through their call center and they handle it well. No long
waiting on the phone line, staff polite and give me feedback needed. Later, the staff call me and
confirm my outgoing flight. But my original flight was retimed. 2 alternative of new flights offered
for me to choose freely. Things settle down well before the actual flying date. Check in at DMK, my
pre-selected seat via the internet does not work. Outgoing flight on 737-800 XL airlines aircraft,
less seat pitch than other aircraft in the fleet, but acceptable for 45 minutes flight. Try the
snack and drink on board - cheap price and good taste/ quality (Thai Airways catering). Return
flight smooth, got the flight that I have selected, and they pre-book me at the emergency exit row.
Old Thai Airways aircraft for this flight, although it look old, but seat very comfortable.
Excellent trip all in all. Does not find them to be any different from full fare airlines (except
the absence of meal service on board).

Chiang Mai - DMK. Swift check-in, offered emergency exit seats with more leg-room at no extra
charge. No charge for extra luggage weight. 737-800 in Nok livery but on lease from XL Airways,
hence UK registration. English captain and first officer plus 1 cabin crew assisting 3 Thai crew.
Full flight left on time, very happy, efficient service. Luggage arrived quickly after landing. A
very good low-cost operation.

Flew Phuket-BKK in Nok Plus. Very impressed with value for money and
quality of service. Flight attendants professional and friendly. Seating
comfortable with good leg room, flight on time. Will use them again.
Unfortunately they are changing the base at Bangkok back to the old
airport, so transfers to/from international connections will not be so
easy.

BKK-HKT Return - Have used Nok a few times now, and all flights have
departed on time or within 10 minutes of scheduled time, unlike other
low cost carriers in Thailand. Worth paying the bit extra with Nok for
that reason only. Apart from that, the planes are from Thai Airways
(just painted on the outside) so it is standard seat pitch which is
fine. Food and drink to buy is also reasonably priced. Online booking
and seat selection works well.

Bangkok to Phuket and back last week. excellent flights. A low cost
carrier but extremely well organized and onboard the seats are very nice
and ample legroom. Also, very good buy on board menu and excellent
flight crew. This is what travel should be like - US based airlines
cannot match this service nor low fares. Bravo Nok Air!

11 July 2006
I used NokAir on one of their new routes opening this spring from
Bangkok to Loei, and found the whole experience rather good. The check
in was quick and easy, and they stick to their weight policies which i
think is a good thing, though i found that the weight allowance stated
on the website is different than when you arrive at check in. We had to
wait quite along time at the gate and then we had to wait a further 20
minutes for an available transfer bus to take us all to the plane, and
they got us on the bus as soon as it arrived but waited until the late
comers turned up and wouldn't allow us off the bus, so that was about 15
minutes stood in a hot stationary bus. Try not to take any bulky hand
luggage on board because you'll have it on your lap as the over heads
are very slim. I had booked seat 1A because of my height and this way i
could strech out a bit, and there was some trouble with this as the
person sat next to me was under the impression that these were the two
NokPlus seats he booked for him and his wife, who was somewhere at the
back of the plane, and he had indeed paid for NokPlus but the route
doesn't have a NokPlus option so you may have to watch out for that. All
the FA's were very friendly and upbeat through out the short flight and
the captain made a point of pointing out the sights we were flying over,
such as Phu Kradung National Park. At Loei airport the baggage is dealt
with efficiently and for all to see as the plane is unloaded and the
bags brought to you by pick-up truck.

Living in Thailand I use Nok Air about twice a month between Chiang Mai
and Bangkok. Having tried all the other budget carriers I cannot
recommend Nok Air more highly. Most flights operate to schedule, the
aircraft ( ex TG B734's) are clean and the cabin crew friendly and
polite. I travel Nok Plus (their Business Class) for a 500 baht premium
over the economy fare which is money well spent for the extra legroom.
and wider seat. The ability to reserve your seat in advance in both
cabins is a great plus. The only problem I currently face is that Nok
Air do not accept international credit cards if making your reservation
via the internet.

BKK-Trang roundtrip. Initially dismayed that Thai had stopped flying the
route, handing what must be a low revenue route to its low-cost
subsidiary. No need to fear. Excellent clean plane, very friendly staff
and overall professional operation. Flights were on time, and pricing
could not be beat. Would and will fly again. Just wish there was some
more open tie in with Thai and Star Alliance frequent flyer and
operations.

BKK-UTH 3 Feb. Push back on time but arrival delayed by (military)
operations at UTH. Minor point but NokPlus snacks seem to have been
downgraded. Ability to use Internet for seat assignment a big plus
compared with Air Asia.

We flew BKK to Udon Thani return. Verdict - great prices, planes clean
tidy and fairly modern, a small delay on the return flight of just over
one hour on the return flight, and was charged 3,000 bht excess baggage
on the outward flight. Annoying that you cannot pay by UK VISA when
booking online.

Domestic flight BKK-UTH and back with Nok Air. No problems to book the
flight at Don Muang 1 hour before departure. Nok Air is a no frills
carrier and as such only offers basic service on board but considering
the fact that they use Thai Airways material for half of the price makes
them a very strong contender on the short range sector. Aircraft are not
exactly new and still have the TG interior and sometimes even painting.

Bangkok-Chiangmai-Bangkok on Nok-Plus, the supposedly Business Class of
the low-cost carrier. The extras you get are a wider seat, a snack and
drink, and newspapers. Nothing to boast or complain about. Everything
you expect of a low-cost airline. Outbound trip on time. Inbound trip
delayed for 20 minutes. It's incredible that THAI can still survive on
its domestic routes, when in fact its "Royal Orchid Service" is nothing
more than an insipid drink on board. Who needs beautifully dressed FAs
on a short domestic flight, together with all the pretensions? I suspect
it's kept afloat by the middle-class snobs who won't be seen dead using
a low-cost airline.

Use NokAir to fly between Bangkok and Chiang Mai as well as Bangkok and
Udon Thani. Aircraft, not surpringly given the background, tend to be
ex-Thai. Flights have been on time, the ability to book your seating on
line is wonderful and I find NokPlus worth the supplement. All in all,
my airline of choice within Thailand. Slight disappointment that they
now only accept Thai credit cards online, which means a long distance
call to Thailand. Worth it just the same.

Very happy with Nok air flight from CM to BKK. Fearing the worst I paid
the (small) supplement to
travel business class; I might do the same again for the luxury it
provides but it was not really
necesssary. Check in could not have been simpler and flight was fine -
though about 40 minutes late
departing, but one gets used to that. I would always opt to fly NOKair
in future

Took 2 flights with Nokair: Udon Thani-Bangkok and Phuket-Bangkok. Both flights
correct on time. Fast luggage handling. Wide seats and good seat pitch. Professional
check inn, didn't have to pay for extra weight, assigned seats. We like Nokair more
than Airasia because of the assigned seats ( no pushing and standing in line), larger
seating, respect of the time tables. (our 2 flights with Airasia were both +- 1 hour
late) Total cost was the same as with Airasia, about half of the price as Thai Air.
Just a detail: staff of Nokair is really cute and they seem to enjoy their work.
Their rivals of Airasia wear cheap fabric uniforms which don't fit. Some of the male
attendants of Airasia have an attitude. Important issue: price. When you have to book
just 1-2 days before the flight, Nokair becomes as cheap as Airasia.

Took my first flight on Nok Air, BKK-CNX. Wonderful experience, I wish all budget airlines were this
nice! Our plane was essentially a TG 737-- the purple decor has a nice calming effect and the
legroom was superb! Crew very professional, well-groomed and polite. Crew uniforms look very
professional, and assigned seating is wonderful (if you make an internet booking you can select your
seat) and proper boarding passes issued, not the budget airline shopping docket-- all these things
make you feel that you are not travelling a budget airline. Two minor things-- safety demo a little
strange, just showed how to use the oxygen masks and that's it. also, the pieces of cloth on the
headrest (i do not know what these are called) featured advertising for a bank, rather than just the
airline's logo. so everywhere you looked in front of you, you were reminded of the existence of this
particular bank. i thought this was rather tacky. However, these are only minor complaints. We
arrived at Chiang Mai 15mins ahead of schedule, luggage promptly delivered. I would travel Nok Air
again in an instant because I like the way it treats its customers with respect, and doesn't make
you feel like cattle being herded. Truly the best of the budget airlines.

Udon Thani-Bangkok: I must admit that I didn’t see much difference between flying Nok Air and Thai
Airways beside the fact that you have to pay if you want to get a drink. Check was done by Thai
Airways staff. The planes are leased from Thai Airways and the interior is the same. The seats are
very comfortable, generous pitch and the legroom. Cabin crew are very professional.
Nok Air is probably the best Low Cost Airlines I have ever flew with. The difference between Nok Air
and Thai Air Asia is like day and night. Really an excellent value for money.

Chiang Mai - BKK in NOK+ cabin. Essentially a TG 737 inside. Myself & my sister were the only pax
in the 'business class' section. The seats very comfortable - the bulkhead seats have more legroom
than those behind. After takeoff were were given a complimentary snack box (you pay in
Y class)
consisting of a sandwich, cake & some fruit with water & fruit juice. The crew look very stylish,
but are let down by their inexperience. Once we were handed our snack boxes the crew moved to the
econ section & didn't reappear until we were ready to land. Which meant that for a good hour or so
there was no between us & the cockpit door. My sister spilt some water on herself & despite not
doing anything important the flight attendant took 10 mins to bring her some napkins. All in all a
good service & very cheap easy to book deals.

DD8318 and DD8327 Bangkok - Chaing Mai v.v Good impression of the clean and comfortable aircraft.
Most amenities bear Thai logo, and give the atmosphere of being onboard full fare Thai Airways
flight. Seats very comfortable, Cabin Crew can be more professional, but their friendliness is top
notch. Buy on board snack and drink are of a high quality comparing to the price (65 Baht per set).
Punctuality is still the problem, both flight delayed for almost an hour with no notification of the
delay or new departure schedule. Highly recommend if you have a time -elastic travel plan.

We just phoned the call center 1318 and got a booking number. We took Nok Air on 27/07/04 Bangkok -
Udorn for 498 baht. At the check inn desk, I gave the booking number and passports and we were
allowed on board. Airplanes, senior staff and tickets are from Thai Air.
Inexperienced junior staff
was friendly. They were flying just 4 days! Drinks and snacks are sold on board for a small fee.
More legroom than with Air Asia.

I was lucky enough to take the first flight of this company Chiang Mai-Bangkok late july 2004. All I
can say is they offer a very good service despite the fact they are a low cost carrier. Smiles
everywhere, friendly staff and even a kind of kiz onboard. Many caps and T-shirts were given to us
by participating in a kiz style: "which aircraft are you flying right now?".
