LHR-KUL on new A380. Onboard service very professional. Seat spacious and comfortable. Fully flat bed means a lot of
leg space in sitting position. Bed whilst flat is a little bumpy. Malaysia Airlines is clearly using this flight as a
flagship, staff were so good and well trained. Meals and beverages of a high standard. Business class on this plane is
large. There are many attendants but the consequence is you have a variety of attendants serving you and cannot
establish the rapport established in a smaller business class.

SYD-KUL in First class on B747-400. Check-in at SYD quick and agent friendly. Fast-track through immigration and
security at SYD provided. First class lounge comfortable with a good selection of food and beverages. Lounge agent
very friendly and welcoming. Priority boarding honoured. Greeted by name and escorted to seat on boarding the
aircraft. Seat very comfortable in sitting position and converts into a flat-bed. Comfort amenities excellent. Quality
of meals served were very good. Dom Perignon served and constantly refilled without asking. Cabin crew on this flight
were absolutely wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. IFE was AVOD with a good selection of movies on a large
personal screen. Flight departed on time and arrived early. Cabin crew thanked passengers on disembarkation. Fast
track through immigration at KUL and luggage was first off the belt. Overall a wonderful travel experience from
beginning to end. Excellent value for money and highly recommended.

Auckland-KL-Osaka. Found cabin staff polite, attentive and positive attitude throughout the flight. Food as good as
you would hope for in Economy, seating quite satisfactory. The AVOD was poor and frustratingly unresponsive.
Otherwise, enjoyable flights and will happily be returning same way in 2 weeks.

Flew business class from Heathrow to Kuala Lumpur. Flight, seating, timing was fabulous. Business class
seating was only half full. Business class menu offered three options for dinner. When the stewardess came
to me, all options were gone. I was offered a choice of meals from a hand written piece of paper, all rice
dishes. I suspect these were what was left from the economy class meals, but the stewardess did not want
to show me the economy class menu. This is not acceptable when I paid (personally) so much money for a
business class flight. Malaysia Airlines should carry sufficient meals to satisfy everybody. Meals are not high
cost items, are they?

ADL-KUL-FRA, new A330 for the ADL-KUL sector, and an B777 for the onward flight to FRA. Business Class in
the new A330 is great, very open cabin, comfortable seating but not a complete lay flat bed, which takes
some getting used to. Service on board, simply excellent. With a long connection in KUL we were given hotel
accommodation for the afternoon, bit confusing on how to get to the hotel, but that was the TA fault not MH!
Flight from KUL-FRA, 12 hours, older B777 but still with the most perfect of staff, and service. Cant wait for
MH to join Oneworld making points and status collection so much easier.

Booked a pair of round-trip tickets from Shanghai - Bali via Kuala Lumpur. We had selected Malaysia Airlines
for the price at the time of our purchase. We decided to spend 3 days in KL on our outbound trip but the
online reservation system would not allow us that option. We had to process the booking at their ticketing
office in Shanghai without any extra charges. From Shanghai to KL, the staff were not overtly friendly or
polite. For meals, I had the Asian selection which was delicious. The onboard entertainment has adequate
selection for the 5.5 hours flight. The overall experience was good. From KL to Bali, it was a smaller plane
and a far short flight and the experience was good as well. On the return, we pretty much had the same
experience as our outbound flights. All in, for the price we paid for the tickets, we were very happy.

MH783, BKK to KUL 3rd Sep, upgraded from Economy to Business on points. Access to Thai Airways lounge E
which was dark, very average and showing its age. Food on offer was of poor quality, a few sandwiches, fruit
and prawn nuggets! Staff were decent and cleared away plates quickly and there was alcohol on offer but no
wine. Boarding was quick and painless, greeted at the door and offered a welcome non-alcoholic drink which I
thought was odd considering it was a 5pm departure. My seat 2A was broken and when I mentioned it to the
FA, she told me she was just about to let me know and asked me if I would like to pick a new seat. Once
airborne, meal choices were given out, my meal was dry with a dessert I didn't dare try. Again I was offered
a non-alcoholic drink with my meal and when I asked for a glass of wine, the FA looked surprised but brought
it to me almost instantly! In flight entertainment was on but I was not offered headphones until the last 30
minutes of the flight. FA's disappeared throughout the duration of the flight only coming out to retrieve my
tray before landing. The seat was 2-2 in Business on a 737-800 and was very uncomfortable with little lumbar
support and it felt very flimsy. Disembarkation was swift and bags were out fast. There was a horrendous
queue at immigration for foreigners coming into Malaysia but again nothing to do with MH. Overall, I would
not pay to fly Business on these regional flights as the product on offer was only marginally better than
economy. Service was absent, food awful (I had a great breakfast on the way out in economy) and the seats
were uncomfortable. MH needs to up its game if it's going to stay competitive.

3rd September, A380 Airbus Kuala Lumpur to Heathrow worst flight I have experienced. Main reason was, it
was freezing cold, freezing air was blowing on my legs the whole time, when asked for extra blanket
stewardess said they did not have any. Did not find the crew very helpful. Flight out was on 747 pre-booked
seats row 60 and 61 two seats each row. Because we came back on airbus they still gave us the same seats
but because these rows on the airbus are three seats we ended with a seat either side of rows thus having
someone sitting between us. Very disappointed.

Kuala Lumpur to Amsterdam on 6th of September. I had a smooth and quick luggage drop service at MH
counter since I had checked in online 40 hours prior to my flight. I would suggest this service since it works
orderly and promptly. I had the usual warm and friendly service on both at the airport and onboard as well.
The flight was almost full however, the cabin service was well organised and efficient. I'm looking forward for
my return flight soon.

Flew BNE to LHR 7th. September. Airbus A330 new model from Brisbane to KL then 747 to London Business
Class. Service and attention on each flight was excellent. Slept most of the way from Brisbane to KL. Golden
Lounge at KL is getting a little tried but some areas have been freshened in recent times. Good for a shower
and a freshen up. Flight to London was uneventful with most attentive and polite cabin crew who regularly
checked on you. Beds are lie flat but at a slight angle. Does not seem to prevent sleep would heartily
recommend. This is our fourth trip to London on MAS and probably our best.

Travelled SYD - KUL- Shanghai - Beijing - KUL - SYD in older 777 aircraft. Service from cabin crew was
excellent, meals good, drinks supplied as requested, in flight entertainment good. Transit through KL airport
was very easy, quick and efficient. Golden Lounge looking a little unkempt on return trip at KL airport but OK
for an hour's waiting time in the early morning. Will definitely fly with Malaysia again after converting from
Thai Airlines - much more room in Business class cabin and service from crew much more friendly.

KTM-KUL. A clean 737-800 for the 4.30 hrs flight. FA's were not interested in greeting passengers and gave
you a very cold smile. The food was tasteless and a request for a drink almost came as a mission for the
FA's. Personal screens with good choice of movies/shows were the only plus for the entire journey.

KL-LHR on 28 August. Excellent flight in Economy on their new A380 service. Lots of leg room in the seat,
cabin crew provided a very professional and efficient service and the food/drinks as well as the onboard
entertainment system were superb. Great value for money!

KUL-BKK on MH784, the first morning flight to Bangkok. Boarding handled by one lady at the gate and she
did well! The flight was full and the attendants were courteous and accommodating of some demanding
passengers who insisted their hand baggage be stored above their seats despite the shortage of space. This
is because MH does not adhere to a strict policy on carry on bags with some people bringing on more than
one item each and some bags were oversized. In flight entertainment was 'silent' (no headphones given out)
and on a loop. Service was fast and breakfast (nasi lemak) was delicious albeit a minuscule portion. The
seats on this 737-800 were narrow and leg space was a little tight. All in all a respectable 2 hour flight with
minimal hassles.

KUL-AOR. Surprised, pleasantly, that currently AOR-KUL-AOR has been upgraded to the newer B73-8. The
seat is definitely wider and the leg room is spacious. The leather seat is soft and very comfortable. Staff
service is excellent as usual.
