Blackpool to Isle of Man and back, friendly and efficient staff. It was a nice surprise to be given lounge
access before the flight. Early departure and arriving 15 minutes ahead of schedule both way. The aircraft
(Let 410) is quite small and noisy but the seat is comfortable.

Quick and easy is the best way to describe my flight from the Isle of Man to Belfast. You check-in online, turn
up, hop on the little plane, and 30 minutes later you are there. We departed early and landed 20 minutes
early! For the return, I turned up early on the day of my return too, and got a free transfer onto the earlier
flight, which was very handy. it's something they don't appear to publish, but the option is there.

IOM-BLK. It is refreshing to be actually treated like customers and not sheep. The first time we flew them,
IOM-LBA, we enjoyed the 'quaint' instructions and this latest trip was the same. Most enjoyable and
innovative. Ok, there is no toilet or flight attendant but the trip is actually fun.

I use manx2 to fly from Blackpool to the IOM about 6 times a year. Check in is fast and
friendly, car parking is free, use of executive lounge is free (although there is a £10 airport
development fee), flights punctual, aircraft immaculate and crew friendly.

Blackpool to IOM. Check in online. Let 19 seat aircraft noisy but otherwise reasonably
comfortable. Return on Gold ticket, exec lounge at Ronaldsway, complementary drinks and
snacks. Crew friendly safety briefing almost humorous. Low altitude gave great sights of NW
coast. Would use again, check in beats Manchester or Liverpool, parking free for up to 15 days.

IOM to Newcastle. This tiny Czech airline (yes!) flies the equivalent of airborne minibuses.
No cabin crew. Safety procedure demonstrated by First Officer. He and Captain both Czech. All
very straight forward and efficient and on time. Functional but pleasant.

BLK-IOM return. Let 410 out, Dornier 228 in. Very good little airline. Landed at a foggy IOM
when other bigger carriers delayed. Not quite sure about the £10 per adult "airport
development" charge at Blackpool all a bit run down. Not the airlines fault.

They are efficient but they are held back by the fact they employ agents on the ground at
Blackpool, Leeds and Gloucester who are the worst sort of jobsworths who stand on their
instructions regardless of whether being friendly and accommodating would cause any
inconvenience. The worst is Blackpool where even if you turn up late through no fault of your
own and before the flight has landed but less than half an hour before departure they will not check you in.

IOM-Gloucester: plane rather cramped, but no problem for a short journey. Flight comfortable enough,
on time. Baggage with us five minutes after landing, hire car waiting, no further paperwork needed
so we were away from Gloucester Airport within ten minutes of landing. Excellent!

Just used the Gloucester to IOM route. What a pleasure to fly on a 19 seat turboprop. No queues at
check-in. Free parking right outside the terminal. Very friendly staff.

Gloucester to the Isle of Man. Fast, punctual, friendly service. Fantastic to fly out of a small
regional airport with 30 minute check in and free parking right outside. I shall certainly use them
again.

Recently travelled between Belfast City and Isle of Man and what a fantastic service. In flight
service minimal but flight was cheaper than EuroManx and means I can now book a day return - and the
two flights actually departed early. What a great little airline!

LET410 operated by BASe Air. Check in fast an efficient. Only grumble is
that the desk only opens an hour before departure and that there is a £2
fee for any checked in baggage. Check in at Blackpool is handled by
Servisair and friendly. The flight came in from IOM late and as a result
we were late departing. Safety demo done in a very light hearted manner
by the Captain. Two flight deck crew onboard, but no hostie so service
was minimal. Comfort wise the actual cabin was very nice, very spacious
although extremely loud unlike the Jetstream 31. Landing in IOM was
smooth, although 30 minutes late and after a quick chat with the captain
I was in the terminal. Great branding, they really have gone out of
their way to make the passenger feel like an individual again and I was
extremely impressed.

No problems with the service. Plane small but more than adequate & beats
the journey to Manchester with the traffic! Hope the Jet Stream remains
on the route.
