LC Busre is a small regional airline in Peru. It uses Failchild Metroliner III 14 passenger planes.
I flew them on the short 45 minutes hop between Lima and Huancayo (the actual airport is in Jauja
and the airline provides a shutter service). For a tiny airline, they were quite professional. Both
the outgoing and return flights were on time, eventhough the weather was marginal. There are no
stewards on the flight but the captain explained the process. A lunch box and a newspaper was
provided on each seat. Overall, a nice experience given how air transportation in Peru may be
sometimes delayed without advance notice.
