LHR - BOM return on A330. Checked in 3.5 hours early on both legs and received extra legroom
seats upon request. Flight crew all very well presented but seemed to lack a bit of
experience in terms of running up and down the plane fetching items which could have been
included within their drinks/dinner rounds. Average entertainment system with slightly dated
films but have no qualms with the quality of the product overall.

Evening flight BOM-BLR. Kiosk check-in worked perfectly at the BOM airport. Aircraft cabin
plush and very clean, comfortable. Flight took off and landed on time. IFEs with a good choice
a great value add on the domestic flights. Food piping hot and very tasty. FAs did a good job
with a smile.

I took a Kingfisher RED flight from Delhi to Bhubaneswar. The airline provided a plastic flat
spoon along with noodles as part of snacks - who eats noodles with flat plastic spoons. Many
people kept complaining to the staff who could only provide smiles and offer to provide one
more spoon! After struggling to eat noodles with a flat spoon, people started eating with
hands, or chopping noodles to small pieces in order to handle them - hilarious sight.

LKO-DEL Kingfisher Red Class on A319. Very clean cabin, warm service and good hot breakfast
snack with live TV on the IFE. Exceptional experience on what was a Kingfisher Red flight.
Kingfisher has kept its standards consistent - the reason I continue to remain loyal to them.
A truly 5 star experience on a low cost.

DXB-BLR-DEL on A320 and A321. Service is the strong selling point of Kingfisher. From check-
in to onboard, you really feel like you are looked after. Boarding smooth in DXB which was
based on seat rows. Plenty of water on board, food consisted of spicy Indian curry with
chick-pea salad and chocolate cake. Entertainment was non-AVOD consisted of about 10 video
channels and about the same selection of audio channels. Everything was excellent except for
seats on DXB-BLR, which had very limited leg-room. BLR-DEL was more comfortable.

Mumbai-Delhi on IT303 - found service excellent in all aspect. Found their Mumbai-London
service par excellence on this sector( flew with them few times last year since Virgin stop
flying on this sector). Hope they will keep up with their reputation as five star. I genuinely
feel they are the best and would give other world major airlines tough competition.

Provides an excellent product, but we were delayed and not kept informed on what was a short
flight (Delhi to Varanasi). A320 far from immaculate, but crew were excellent. Its
embarrassing to compare this to what we get for way more money in Canada these days.

My wife and I took a flight Kolkata to Goa. It was a very pleasant experience. Courteous
staff, well groomed, neat clean and cheerful ambiance good food. The flight was via Mumbai.
When we reached all passengers were asked to disembark and onward passengers for to Goa asked
to get in touch with the ground staff - this despite the fact that the same aircraft was to
proceed to Goa and Kolkata staff had assured us that we would just have to sit in the
aircraft. Later it was informed that we were to sit tight and continue on the same aircraft
would carry us to the nest destination. There seemed to be a lack of planning and
communication and should be avoided.

DEL-BOM on A321 in Economy. By far the best short-haul travel experience of my life. Out of
the taxi at the airport trolleys were brought to us by the curb-side attendants. Check in was
seamless and carried out by pleasant agents with Kingfisher staff on hand to place bags on the
scales. Plenty of staff on the ground to direct to shuttle bus to reach the 'on stand'
aircraft. Boarding efficient and I was greeted by another team of smiling staff. Pre-
departure drinks were served in the form of chilled water or lemon juice - this was economy I
had to remind myself. IFE was available on this two hour flight and we were also served a
tasty chicken curry meal, but no alcohol, which I did not mind. The staff at every juncture
were superb and Kingfisher thoroughly deserve the rating of a Skytrax 5 Star airline.

Delhi to Pune in economy. Met at entrance to Delhi airport and helped with luggage though
check in and up to the business lounge (I have a priority pass). Then helped all way on to
plane with my hand luggage. Excellent service, food and films on the plane. Young enthusiastic
staff very smart uniforms. I would recommend them and fly them again.

Mumbai - Hyderabad International on A319 early evening flight. All round a good experience.
All staff we encountered were friendly and willing to help. We were left sitting on the
tarmac for 30mins after boarding to wait for passengers from a connecting flight but the FAs
were very cooperative, friendly and apologetic, providing water to all who asked for it.
Light meal was far better than expected and staff at the plush Hyderabad airport again very
helpful.

DEL-PNQ and PNQ-HYD. Check in at Delhi chaotic with long lines but friendly staff. Onboard
service was very good. Got a hot meal and crew professional and quite pretty. Had staff in
arrivals hall to help people with baggage something I have not seen anywhere else in the
world. This is great for elderly pax and people traveling with small children. Aircraft are
brand new with TV in each site showing live TV programs. Fare was very reasonable. Much better
than Jet Airways which has fallen quite a bit.

LHR-BOM-LHR Kingfisher First - definitely beats the other competitors. Smooth check in at T4
Heathrow. Kingfisher uses the Skyteam Lounge at T4 which is fair enough but can get busy due
to use by other Skyteam member airline passengers. A330 clean, spacious cabin, addressed by
name and escorted to seat and offered fresh juices. Warm towels. Bose noise headphones. Drink
and dinner menu given and orders taken prior to take-off. Kingfisher offer a Western and
Indian, veg and non-veg option - with full Indian shahi thali service on silver crockery!
Drinks including, champagne, good range of wines, cocktails and onboard bar. Very attentive
crew who tend to your every need. Crew to passenger ratio very good. Spectacle cleaning
service also. Crew make your 180 lie flat bed with pillow, sheet and duvet and offer pyjamas
too. No amenity kits anymore though. Offer you a wake up call time and ask when you would like
to be served breakfast prior to landing in Mumbai. Dining service is like an onboard
restaurant, wine tasting, crisp linen etc. On landing porters to carry hand luggage through to
exit and priority arrival of baggage, was out of airport approx 20 mins after landing. BOM-LHR
porters carry baggage to check-in which was once again quick and efficient. Kingfisher use
Oberoi Clipper Lounge at BOM which is a vast improvement on previous lounge. Ambience much
better with fair selection of drinks and food. Boarding for First passengers a little
disorganised, but warm welcome again. Offered coconut water on boarding. Same excellent dinner
service. Large portions too. Couldn't finish the thali. Popcorn offered during the flight. Bed
made and cleared for passengers. IFE could be a little more user friendly. Needs more recent
Hollywood and Bollywood movies with more choice. Similar situation with music too. Onboard bar
excellent idea - provides nice place to socialise with other passengers. Kingfisher definitely
deserves 5 stars for this service. I hope it is sustainable as I agree it brings back some
glamour to long-haul flying.

LHR-BOM-LHR in Kingfisher First. A very good service experience. On arrival into Heathrow T4,
check in did not take more than 15 mins. The lounge that Kingfisher offers at Heathrow does
not match the product onboard it is a let down, Onboard the Purser introduced herself to me.
A330 was clean and had a very relaxed feeling to it (lighting). An excellent selection of
wines. Food portions good, but not keen about the dinner on demand option as it left me with
little to no choice. IFE is very easy to use, however movies are not up to date. Because the
product is so personalised, the crew did everything they could to make to feel comfortable. On
arrival all our bags were kept on a trolley ready for our connecting flights.

LHR-BOM-LHR in economy. It was an outstanding experience flying them and brought some of the
much lacking glamour back to flying. Assigned seats by telephone 1 month prior. Check-in was
long but friendly. A330 aircraft are excellent, clean, comfortable and modern. Handed a little
amenity kit and water bottle on arrival. FA's on the ball, very quick to respond to call
button and very chatty. Still some improvements required on how to make a G and T but I
mustn't gripe. Menus handed out and two hot meals - amazing curry, brilliant portions, real
nan in foil, metal cutlery and linen napkins. Salted nuts served with alcoholic drinks.
Western breakfast ran out in the morning and spicey Idli only option left. IFE is quite good,
few more western films needed but sufficient. Departure - no queues at check in, friendly
agents and relaxed feeling at airport - porters handled our luggage. Employee hurried us
through duty-free and all friendly. Flight home was impeccable - amazing food, cookies and
sweets in galley, staff chatted for an hour to me and were young and enthusiastic without a
morsel of bad attitude.
