Heathrow-Mumbai-Bangkok. The service, entertainment, meals, atmosphere and cabin were excellent. The staff
could not do enough for you.

DEL-JAI flight timings changed one day before departure. On reaching DEL airport there was only one check-in
counter open and no one seemed interested - most flights were cancelled, the lounge had no food, only soft
drinks and water with only one attendant. The return flight was rescheduled and we were sent via Udaipur,
effectively increasing our travel time by 2 hrs. When we asked for lounge access staff at Jaipur had no
problems telling us that there were payment issues and lounge has been discontinued - no apology for
cancelling.

DEL-ATQ. Flight delayed by nearly 2 hours, only to find baggage for about 6 passengers left behind and no
offers of help for luggage left behind. Fed up staff, food and beverage not up to standard. A journey
supposed to take one hour lasted six hours with all the wait and delays.

Terribly disappointing after previous good reviews. Service varied from poor to excellent, food similar, very
little alcohol available. The seats in Business Class turned into perfectly flat two-metre long beds. With
regret, I would not book Kingfisher again as it is now an unreliable operator, delaying and cancelling our
internal flight, maintaining its intercontinental flights but for how long?

Flew Kingfisher First LHR-DEL middle of Feb. On time take off, so good start. Onboard staff excellent. No
wine at all on board. We were in row 2 and we had no choice whatsoever of the meal. One of the items on
the menu was not available and one had all gone! No amenity kits and no facility to clean teeth available -
after a 9.5 hr flight would think essential.

LHR-BOM. Two window seats towards the rear of an Airbus A330. The toilet closest to us had no water,
something that became apparent halfway through the flight after at least 60 or 70 people had already used
it. Seat legroom was good and meals OK, although we did get 2 rounds of drinks with dinner, the crew in our
aisle ignored us on at least two occasions. We were asked to give up blankets for people who needed extra
ones! IFE worked via the touch screen only, my handset was not functioning. On time, food adequate but
certainly nothing special. The exterior camera on take off and landing was however a nice touch!

I flew Kingfisher First LHR-BOM-LHR Sep 2011 and was blown away by the excellent service, fine food and
wine etc. Rebooked same route for Feb 2011. Whilst the crew were brilliant and the food remained very good,
there have been some major changes in terms of beverages. Champagne has disappeared. Outbound LHR-
BOM, we were offered a pre-dinner drink but when I asked for red wine with dinner, there wasn't any. Return
BOM-LHR, I asked for a pre-lunch gin and tonic, and soon afterwards the stewardess returned to say there
was no gin. All the above may sound minor and petty, but Kingfisher First used to be best in the sky and is
supposed to be a premium product. It's a terrible shame - not least because the cabin staff really work hard
and could not have been more pleasant.

GOA to BLR and also BLR to HYD. Turboprop. On time, friendly crew, easy check-in. The planes in both cases
were quite worn inside with holes in the seats, trash in the seat pockets, and not that clean. No food, but
short flight and not expected.

LHR-DEL. I was upgraded to Gold membership with their frequent flyer program. I thought I would upgrade
with my miles. It is not possible to upgrade on both legs of the LHR-DEL route. The return leg (a day flight)
is possible, but not the outbound (a night flight). There seem to be no male flight crew at all. The seats work
and are comfortable, the food is fine and the staff work hard and do their best. The stewardesses are lovely,
but I am going to spend my miles and switch to an alternative.

Booked domestic flights because of Kingfisher's reputation but wish I hadn't. Kingfisher changed their
schedules which would have meant criss-crossing India to arrive in Kolkata. Checked in at Kochi with no
problem. Ground staff helpful and assured us that the seats on Air India had been booked, but we would
need to collect baggage at Mumbai and re-checkin with Air India for onward flight. Kingfisher Red flight on
time and adequate, although seats were more like padded wooden boards than upholstered seats. Little leg
room. On arrival at Mumbai attempted to check-in with Air India only to be told that no booking had been
made and the flight was full. Kingfisher staff not communicative, merely telling us to wait. After two hours
we were taken to the Air India stand-by desk. After waiting another 30 minutes tickets were thrown into our
hands just in time to clear security. On the positive, we got seats on the plane as promised. But until the
last few minutes Kingfisher staff did nothing to keep us informed.

CCU-DEL and DEL-CCU flights. Aircraft's were A320 and A321 respectively. Had pleasant flights in both cases.
The return flight left Delhi after 2 hour delay but the journeys were comfortable. Food was good. Inflight
entertainment was alright. Cabin crew was very helpful.

Hong Kong to Delhi. Check-in staff were rude and ignorant, we were left at the service desks for almost 30
mins unattended. The inflight entertainment did not work for the middle of the cabin. The toilets were not
kept clean. We were travelling with a 10 month infant and there was no bassinet or seatbelt provided. Seats
were uncomfortable and 5 out of the 6 seats we booked had some type of fault in it (cup holder broken,
remote broken etc).

First Class from Delhi to London. At Delhi airport the lounge was a building site with drilling, hammering and
intolerable noise. Staff were wiping dust from bottles. We asked to use a different lounge, the staff ran
around for about half an hour, to no avail, whilst we waited at the entrance. Onboard the advertised
champagne had not been loaded, "catering issues", food was canteen style, just 1 white wine, 2 red wines
served chilled as was the port, the cabin was shabby with bare patches on the upholstery and dirty. The
entertainment system on 2 of the seats did not work so I moved 3 times. Not 1st class in any shape or form.

DEL-BOM-SIN-BOM-DEL. No more fancy meals on any domestic legs in Kingfisher First. Aircraft for the
Singapore leg was downgraded from A332 to A320 which was not in the best of the shapes. Although the
crew was friendly and enthusiastic.
