I have flown many times (approx 100) with Jetsgo on their Toronto-Montreal flight. And I must say I
dont think I had more than 2 or 3 small delays. Maybe I have just been lucky. I have no complaints,
especially about the price.

I had a horrible experience with Jetsgo, Winnipeg-Toronto-Ottawa. The
flight itself from Winnipeg to Toronto was horrible. Seats were cramped
and no entertainment but I expected this as Jetsgo is a low fare
airline. When we landed, we were forced to wait on the jetway for over 1
hour for some reason, and we were never told why nor were we able to get
up from our seats. No one told us anything. On my way to Ottawa, my
reservation stated that I get to stay on the plane while letting other
passengers off in Toronto. However, this changed during the flight and
the only reason I found out about this was because the flight attendant
stated, "for all those continuing to Montreal, please stay on the
flight." When I asked to flight attendant for an explanation, the rudely
told me that "that happens sometimes." So I switched to the next plane.
As the next plane was getting ready to leave, we stopped right before
takeoff because the pilot announced that there was a mechanical failure.
Back to the gate we go, and we had to sit in our uncomfortable seats for
about 2 hours, not knowing when we were going to leave and not being
allowed to deplane. This flight from Winnipeg to Ottawa, which is
supposed to take about 4 hours lasted 10 hours! I will never fly Jetsgo
again because their service is horrible, flight attendants don't know
the meaning of customer service and the seats are cramped.

Jetsgo's departed 5 hours late from Toronto arriving in Holguin, Cuba at approx. 1 a.m. My new
luggage upon arrival was destroyed along with other passengers' luggage. No
compensation from
Jetsgo because their staff wasn't notified at the time. Where do you find a Jetsgo rep at 1:30
a.m.? The Sun Wing representative was to file a report with both the airlines and Red Seal but
didn't. They just cut you off and ignore the situation hoping you will go away.

My flight from Montreal to Toronto was on time and
uneventful. The same plane that brought us to Toronto was operating the Toronto Vancouver portion,
and we were allowed to stay on board. Our Vancouver flight actually departed a few minutes early.
The service was average, but professional. With the exception of the fact that you must pay for
snacks and drinks, it really was not that much different than Air Canada. The return flight was
also on time out of Vancouver and Toronto. I should also mention that the legroom was in my opinion
no worse than Air Canada's economy class, and the aircraft was clean and very quiet in flight.
Considering the price, I will fly Jetsgo again without hesitation.

JetsGo through Toronto from Ottawa to Calgary and back. First off, I agree with all the
people who say JetsGo flights are always late. The seat belt I had on the way back was covered in
gum, and I had it changed, which the FA did. The service was average, efficient but uninterested
and the seating plan on the website is wrong. Overall the price is what got me travelling with
JetsGo, and only the price will bring me back. The real kicker was the
unnecessarily long wait on
Toronto, a really boring 2.5 hours that I could well have done without. The obvious inattention to
the schedule makes me wonder why they publish it. The MD83 aircraft was fine, and the seat pitch
and width was OK, they claim it is much better than AC but I cannot compare recently. Overall it
met my expectation for a low-cost carrier, which is better than I can say for Air Canada, which
based on my observation of the gate-attendants and check-in staff, are rude and supercilious by
comparison. I think on reflection, that I would give this Airline a "C+" on a scale of ABCD-F. AC
would get a "D", BA a "B" and Wardair (now long-gone) an "A".
One point. If you have to travel through YYZ, do it on JetsGo or WestJet as the AC flights can
have you walking miles between gates. The former airlines, being smaller, lease only a few gates
quite close together in Terminal 3 - a better deal than the horrible Terminal 1 or 2 with AC.

I have been flying with Jetsgo since they started, but starting in December, service got
noticeably worse. On my Ottawa - Toronto - Ottawa flight in mid Dec and beginning Jan,
both legs of my flight were cancelled. In Ottawa, there were no provisions for putting up customers, and one
of the passengers found us all hotel rooms, which Jetsgo managed to pay for. I had previously
booked a few flights due to their competitive pricing, but again, these flights have been
consistently drastically late in the realm of hours late each time. I've also had the flight
boarded on time, but then sat on the tarmac for an hour. It's inexcusable, and I realize the
prices are low, but better business practices are essential in order to keep this airline afloat.

I booked a flight out of Tor. to St. John's Jan/2004 to leave @ 9:15 Tor time in
Aug I'm traveling with 4 small children I was told by a friend to check my times yesterday Mar/29
to my surprise they moved my departure time to 7:35 pm. Although I reserved online they did not
notify me of any change. When I called all they had to say was too bad we reserve the right to
change it. And, my return flight was moved from 2:25 pm St. John's time to 6:00 am. Suspect
they never intended to provide original times just a ploy to get you to sign up.

The first part of the journey we were 3 hours late arriving
in Vancouver from Montreal. On the return flight (which we never took)
they were also 3 hours late, so they decided to cancel the Toronto to
Montreal part of the flight. They told us this only at check in 1.5
hours prior to flight time. We were forced to buy a one way ticket with
Air Canada at the low cost of $1967.24 When I called their corporate
office to question them, I was told that they cannot know how big the
winds will be up there, and so they may be late sometimes. After reading
all these reviews, I see there are big winds up there all the time. I
will never fly this airline again. The customer relations are the
poorest I have ever been subject too in my life. With this company it is
very apparent, "The company is always right."

Since Jan/04 we have booked 15 flights with Jetsgo on 4 different dates. None have been on time.
Delays ranged from 45 minutes to over 2 hours. No explanations, no offers of any kind for the
inconvenience.

I have encountered significant flight delays with JetsGo on two occasions, and both trips were
routine flights from Winnipeg to Toronto. In both cases, the flight was delayed at least two hours,
getting us into Toronto well past 1am in the morning. While flight delays are typical in this
industry, what really sets JetsGo apart from "real" airlines is how they don't even apologize for
the delays, nor do they offer customers any reimbursements such as drinks, food, or perhaps some
additional Jetsmiles to compensate for their customer's inconvenience. I will never fly with JetsGo
again.

After a week in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic via Jetsgo flight SG907. We arrived at
approximately 3:45 AM after a 6 hour delay (no compensation).
My baggage had been totally gone through, damaged and several items stolen. Jetsgo had promised me
that I would be compensated after filling out the required forms that they would send me. After I
hadn't received said forms, I again contacted them. I then received the forms which I promptly
filled out. Now after 3 months I have finally received a cheque for $250 of my $809.30 claim. The
amount is well under the Baggage Liability Limitation.
To get to this point, there have been several phone calls, letters and e-mails. Not only should the
public be made aware of Jetsgo's poor customer service, but their obvious lack of security in these
days after 9/11. What if the person (s) responsible for the theft had been intent on planting a bomb
instead of just robbing me? Should Jetsgo not have checked luggage in a secure environment? Should
they not offer a free drink or sandwich when their flights are delayed for hours?

JetsGo is the worst airline I have ever travelled with and I will never take it again! This is after
a ridiculous flight delay, poor maintenance and lack of concern for their passengers! On a flight
from the Dominican Republic to Toronto, the flight was delayed and hour. That's fine - except once
we boarded we were delayed by another hour. They eventually detected engine trouble and had us
deboard the plane. We weren't told what was wrong, we were not given any information at all. We were
told to wait in the airport until they had further information. We were stuck in a small airport
with no drinks (the only cafeteria was closed and you cannot drink the local water). The staff was
nice enough to serve us our in-flight meal and half a cup of water, but that was all there was given
to us. What we eventually found out was that there were two old mechanics without the proper
knowledge working on the plane to determine if the "fireball", like a fire extinguisher, was empty
or not. People were dehydrated and exhausted with no basic needs provided - did they put us up in a
hotel? Yes - 11.5 hours after we arrived at the airport! at 5 in the morning they finally informed
us that they had determined the fireball was empty and we were to board buses and take us to a
hotel! Once we got there, at 6 a.m. people started checking in. I decided not to sleep and found
people still trying to check in at 8 am, 2 hours later!!!! This is the shittiest treatment of paying
customers I have ever experienced and apparently, JetsGo is known for such mistreatment!

John Flynn - the same thing just happened to my wife and I - flying from Toronto to Montreal. We
thought Jetsgo would be ideal for a weekend getaway at Tremblant. We'll it would have been if our
skis, boots, clothes, gloves, goggles made it anywhere near Montreal. We spent a very cold weekend
at Tremblant waiting for world from Jetsgo. Not only did they not contact us, but every time I
contacted them they made it clear that they couldn't care less. 3 weeks later I'm still being
ignored by customer service after they asked me to send them a letter detailing my complaint. This
company deserves to be out of business. Avoid at all costs for vacations that require clothes.

JetsGo
- "luggage doesn't ".
My first and last flight with this discount carrier. The problems started with a very delayed flight
leaving Toronto on route to Vancouver, Saturday January 24th, 2004. We arrived approximately one and
a half hours late. Understandably these things happen sometimes, the real kicker was JetsGo had
neglected to put my luggage on the airplane. Okay - they should arrive on the next flight and be
delivered promptly to my hotel. Not a chance, that would just be to simple. My bags did not arrive
Monday either. To make matters worse nobody from jetsgo, "luggage doesn't" returned my phone calls
to apologize. Tuesday, no luggage, no phone calls. Late Tuesday evening my now broken luggage
finally arrived however, one and a half weeks later I have still not had a return phone call or a
responce to my e-mail to apologize. Customer service at it's best - I don't think so. And to think
they advertise "It's three times better" on their web site - ya right!

Toronto to Calgary in early September. Check-in at Pearson T3 was fast and smooth as well as the
security check. The flight was 80% full and experienced 45 mins delay with no reason. No
complementary drinks and snacks onboard unlike Westjet. The aircraft was a MD-80 with bad interior
and noisy, but generally I felt comfort with this 3 hours flight. It was a night flight and I
arrived YYC at around 10pm, luggage was not there until 10:30pm.
Generally speaking, the flight was average, nothing really bad but nothing outstanding at all,
except their cabin crew, very young and pretty. Their pilots were smart as well. They should provide
at less free beverages onboard. What can I say due to their price, $89 one way -
unbeatable
either from Air Canada or Westjet!
