Have never experienced such fantastic servic. Their customer service staff dealt with my questions in a superb manner. The people I met on the ground were friendliest, professional customer service staff - check-in staff equally good, while the cabin crew made me, a nervous passenger, very much at ease on board. The food and service were fantastic and I hope to see Jetmagic as a 5 star airline on this website.
