I travel every 4 months from Delhi to Kolkata. I was not aware of the fact that we would not get food on the
flight and that it was only to purchase. No one approached me to inform me of that. The flight crew never
asked me or offered me a menu. Purchasing food was not an issue, but, my point is that the crew should
approach each passengers no matter what. I am travelling on 4th July with Jet Lite (S4) 4316, at 18.35. Hope
I will get a better experience this time.

BLR-TRV-BLR. Both legs on Boeing 737-800. Check-in at BLR was a bit disorganized with nobody to give
proper directions. BLR-TRV flight delayed by 10 minutes. Aircraft clean with cabin crew doing just enough on
this short flight. Baggage arrived within 5 minutes. Overall a good experience considering the ticket price.

Boeing 737-700. Completely contrasted my previous experience on JetLite. Though the flight arrived and
departed on time, the crew members seemed utterly disinterested in their work. The Aircraft was old and the
landing was hard. Very Unpredictable.

CJB-BLR. A short 40 minute flight. On time and courteous crew members. Aircraft was old but well
maintained. Although it was a short flight, the crew managed to serve drinks and food. Good experience and
better than previous experiences.

CCU-DEL. Standard no-frills budget airlines which tries to get the essentials right. Check-in was a bit of
distressing experience. I am a Jet Privilege Gold Member and they used to allow a few extra kilograms of
baggage. Not this time. I was 5kg extra and had to pay for every gram beyond the usual 20kg. That apart,
the flight was on time. Boarding started 20 mins before departure and was completed quickly although they
used a bus. Seat pitch usual 31". Seat width probably 17"/18". Not a great deal of legroom or shoulder room
but acceptable considering this is a budget product. On time departure. Food and beverage service on the
flight has to be paid for but quality and speed of service good. Arrival on time. The baggage arrived promptly.
JetLite is invariably allocated further gates at Delhi's T3, probably because it is a budget airline.

Lucknow-Bangalore and then Bangalore-Delhi. On time departure and arrival. Planes (737-900 and 737-800)
clean and fairly new looking. Staff prompt and well mannered. Fairly decent food-for-purchase inflight.
Baggage came out promptly. Great value for money experience.

YYC-SEA Economy. Q400 was pretty small, slightly disappointed my bag wouldn't fit in the overhead locker (it has
in all other aircraft I've flown on), seats were comfy with adequate legroom. Great service from the stewardesses.
Was nice to get a free drinks service on such a short flight.

Dibrugah - Delhi. Service fine, standard low cost product. Plane a bit tired, maybe one of
Jet's older aircraft. Arrival into Delhi Tn 3 - after 30 mins of no bags went to the off hand
and unhelpful baggage desk. Told me it's a new airport and we're getting used to it -
eventually got out after about an hour. Poor arrival experience knocks a few points off the
score. Customer service, when things go wrong, does seem to be a bit of an alien concept.

DEL-HYD-DEL. The product is very basic, though functional, ground staff and FAs are
efficient, if not overly friendly. Everything onboard has to be paid for, snacks are of
reasonable quality. Both flights on-time - a big change from the days of Air Sahara and the
early days of JetLite, when timekeeping was abysmal - and bags delivered promptly. The planes
were reasonably clean and well maintained. My complaint was legroom. I'm not a large person
by any means, but I found the seats quite cramped, with limited pitch and legroom. This was
made worse by getting stuck behind someone who insisted on reclining their seat all the way
back both times.

Mumbai to Indore return on two occasions in August 2010. Clean aircraft, departures prompt
and flight staff very efficient. You have to pay for food, but given the flight time (about 1
hour) that's not a big issue.

Goa-Mumbai, flight very cheap, B737-800 in good condition, flight on time, seats were OK. They
gave out water to every passenger. Flight nothing special.

Delhi to Mumbai. Transported in buses from terminal to the aircraft. Aircraft was a fairly
well maintained Boeing 737-800. Flight attendants were cheerful and courteous in well attired
sarees! Flight 75% full. Complimentary water(200ml) and snacks sold on board. An inflight
magazine was provided as there was no IFE system. Inflight shopping by bidding was a part of
this flight which was quite useless! Considering it is a no frills carrier, I had a nice flight.

CJB-BLR on a 737-400 that looked extremely tired inside. I had been assigned a window seat in an
exit row. Cover on lower escape hatch lid not in place, and red rope exposed. Strangely, the row of
seats in front of me had tables attached to the backs of the seats - usually this is not acceptable
in emergency exit rows. On every armrest in sight, the plastic mouldings were damaged - some
repaired with duct tape. The plastic box under the middle seat in front had been ripped off and had
been partially attached with tape. My seat cushion was so old, I could feel the webbing of the seat
frame through it. Dreadful.

GOA-BOM. Flight was ok, comparable to European low cost such as Ryanair or Easyjet. Reasonable for
the cost but nothing special.

AMD-BLR 737-800er had a new livery, seats of the all economy class cabin were rather tattered yet
tolerable for 2 hour flight. I was served the "Meal in the box" 10 minutes after take off - not as I
had pictured: prepacked sandwich, a fruit cake and water. FAs were not arrogant but not hospitable.
A value airline.

Flight was very good from Jammu to Mumbai. seats were good and comfortable on the new B737-800 with
leather interior. food served was warm and good. It is the only airline that gives direct flights
from Jammu to Mumbai.

Flew on JetLite flight Goa to Mumbai on 8th April 2008. The flight was scheduled to depart at 1405
but was delayed for one and a half hours and finally departed at 1535. The check in procedure was
fast and efficient, however the staff did not even ask what seat I would like even though I was one
of the earliest passengers to check in. Aircraft an old Air Sahara 737-300 and the interiors were
musty and the carpets were stinking. Seat 17F was broken and the seat in front torn. JetLite
(although Low cost) still serves food, but would rather pay for a pack of chips than eat the stale
food served. Water available easily. FA's were courteous but rather disinterested. Considering the
great experience one gets on their parent carrier (Jet Airways), a very disapointing airline.

3 February 2008 Customer Rating :
An airline with very major teething problems which I hope they rectify soon enough. On-time
performance is absolutely zero. They randomly cancel flights and delays are almost a normal
procedure. I'm yet to come across a JetLite flight which is on time. FAs disinterested. Seats broken
and stuck with duct tape. The only good thing about JetLite is their competitive pricing. I'd fly
them only on a short flight. Definitely not international.

Most of the aircraft are still in Air Sahara colours. On my recent flight
from CJB to CCU via Bangalore, the two aircraft on both sectors had extremely tired interiors with
seat cushions that had essentially no effective padding. We were sitting about 3" lower than usual
and feeling lots of webbing etc. where one would normally expect comfort. Food identical on both
legs. Returning from CCU to BLR, plane sported a more attractive leather interior.
