AMD-BLR 737-800er had a new livery, seats of the all economy class cabin were rather tattered yet
tolerable for 2 hour flight. I was served the "Meal in the box" 10 minutes after take off - not as I
had pictured: prepacked sandwich, a fruit cake and water. FAs were not arrogant but not hospitable.
A value airline.

Flight was very good from Jammu to Mumbai. seats were good and comfortable on the new B737-800 with
leather interior. food served was warm and good. It is the only airline that gives direct flights
from Jammu to Mumbai.

Flew on JetLite flight Goa to Mumbai on 8th April 2008. The flight was scheduled to depart at 1405
but was delayed for one and a half hours and finally departed at 1535. The check in procedure was
fast and efficient, however the staff did not even ask what seat I would like even though I was one
of the earliest passengers to check in. Aircraft an old Air Sahara 737-300 and the interiors were
musty and the carpets were stinking. Seat 17F was broken and the seat in front torn. JetLite
(although Low cost) still serves food, but would rather pay for a pack of chips than eat the stale
food served. Water available easily. FA's were courteous but rather disinterested. Considering the
great experience one gets on their parent carrier (Jet Airways), a very disapointing airline.

An airline with very major teething problems which I hope they rectify soon enough. On-time
performance is absolutely zero. They randomly cancel flights and delays are almost a normal
procedure. I'm yet to come across a JetLite flight which is on time. FAs disinterested. Seats broken
and stuck with duct tape. The only good thing about JetLite is their competitive pricing. I'd fly
them only on a short flight. Definitely not international.

Most of the aircraft are still in Air Sahara colours. On my recent flight
from CJB to CCU via Bangalore, the two aircraft on both sectors had extremely tired interiors with
seat cushions that had essentially no effective padding. We were sitting about 3" lower than usual
and feeling lots of webbing etc. where one would normally expect comfort. Food identical on both
legs. Returning from CCU to BLR, plane sported a more attractive leather interior.
