We had the misfortune to book from Leeds to Paphos. We had pre-booked extra legroom seats 9 months
earlier, however Jet 2 compromised this by sending a half full plane from Glasgow to Leeds so that they could
cut out our flight to make even more money by cramming everyone onto one plane. As well as having no
legroom the flight was delayed, as was the meals as the cabin crew had to ask the Glasgow passengers to
hold up their hands to be counted as they did not have a clue how many they had. The return was a similar
nightmare, we were sent out to the runway apron where we were kept standing for over an hour in the
blazing sun. We could clearly see our plane a 100 yards away with passengers still disembarking. When we
eventually got onboard the captain spoke to us and told us to leave our seat belts off as they were still
refuelling the plane.

Flew on 30th April to Funchal, Portugal. Check-in was quickly done. Staff onboard and service excellent. Leg
room and comfort excellent. On return at the airport - chaotic with no reps - free for all. When finally reached
check-in, Jet2 plane been replaced by Strategic Airlines. No leg room, uncomfortable. Jet2 staff onboard,
refreshments ran out. Outward trip would fly with them again, return trip left us with doubts.

Trip to Tenerife from Leeds Bradford Airport. The flight was a good flight overall, I had paid online 3 months
before the trip for inflight entertainment and when onboard was advised after 2 hours they did not have them
on that particular flight. I did also find chewing gum stuck to my seat and unfortunately my shirt. I would
travel them again when they get their customer service issues sorted.

Just returned from Alicante and flew from Newcastle on one of their 737-300 aircraft (an older type of 737),
however, the interior of the aircraft has been modernised with new leather covered seats. Leg room for a low
cost carrier is fantastic - I am 6'2" and had no problems. Service was good from cabin crew and both flights
on time.

Manchester to Palma return. Never again on Jet2. A completely unpleasant experience - I honestly can't think
of a good point to make. Late departure. Poor (no) customer service. No room for hand luggage. The seats
are hell on earth with no padding and the food was ghastly and overpriced. And actually, compared to the
airline I usually fly with, not much cheaper - in fact, not cheaper when I consider that I usually get a parking
discount.

We flew out on 26th April from Manchester to Dubrovnik return. Both flights were on time, food was good and
the seating fine. Cabin crew were good, duty free a decent price. The only gripe is that there is to much hand
luggage going onboard and the cabin crew were struggling to fit it in the overhead lockers.

Manchester to Rome. Smart, friendly, courteous, I could do without the constant hard selling, though the
nature of discount airlines means these things can be understood. Smooth flights in both directions. Would
recommend.

Blackpool to Palma de Mallorca return. Excellent service from Blackpool, very friendly cheerful staff. Boeing
737-300. Still ok inside, nice seats with plenty of legroom. Meals - typical airline budget food, just about
ok. Return also ok. Perhaps staff too occupied selling duty free. We had another flight some months earlier,
also Blackpool to Palma de Mallorca return. Another pleasant flight. I would recommend Jet2.com highly for
price, comfort, staff, and aircraft.

East Midlands to Faro. Check-in desk staff at East Mids were not friendly, did not offer any choice of seats
even though we prepaid, front of queue, also presented them with a medical cert as I have a higher risk of
DVT - greeted with a moody response. I mentioned this to staff before boarding and bluntly said I should of
stated this when I checked in. Flight to Faro delayed 1 hour. Flights came as part of package and we thought
the 22kg allowance was good, as was 10kg hand luggage. Leg room was good, food awful, over priced, and
they did not have enough for all passengers. They also took forever to serve. Staff were not friendly outbound
but were ok on return. Airport facilities at Faro are awful, nowhere to buy water or decent food so forced to
purchase water onboard. Sat in the centre of the plane on the return and again there was no food left by the
time it got to us. Baggage allowance and price seems to make up for this.

NCL-PMI on 737-300. Flight on time both ways, outgoing crew very good, return crew ok. Seat legroom good
but could really do with some extra padding. Drinks average price - didn't have a meal. No inflight
entertainment but as short haul was ok. Airport check-in at NCL and PMI both very good, plenty of staff to
assist my wife who is in a wheelchair.

We flew from Glasgow to Palma and it was a very enjoyable experience. There was plenty of space on the
757-200 aircraft and even I at 6'3" had a good amount of room. The only gripe is that there was a lot of
hen/stag parties on the flight. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and they dealt with problems arising from
the 3 or 4 parties extremely well. On the return journey the timetables indicated a smaller 737-800 aircraft
but we had just the same experience. The flight left a bit later than stated but arrived on time. Inflight
service was ideal and there were many deals to be had on alcohol, however the duty free service lasted until
the two minute warning before we landed.

Regularly fly from Düsseldorf to Leeds Bradford. For the short flight, the service offered is fine. I usually just
take hand luggage and I find the 10kg allowance more than enough for a long weekend. On the occasions I
need to check luggage, the 23kg allowance is quite generous compared to Ryanair. Onboard service is friendly
and comfort levels are basic. Snacks and drinks have to be paid for. Punctuality is pretty good, there have
been some minor delays of 20-30 mins. All in all, a decent low-cost airline.

We travelled Jet2 for the first time in mid March, flying Manchester-Lanzarote return. We booked extra
legroom seats and were quite comfortable, we liked the fact that the seats didn't recline. Both check-ins were
very good, and the one hour outbound delay was almost matched by the 30 minute early departure from
Lanzarote. The cabin crew were pleasant and friendly.

Just returned from long weekend break to Prague with my wife. Very enjoyable break ruined by long flight
delay, which meant my original scheduled time of arrival at Leeds Bradford of 17.30 hrs finished up at
11.30pm. Unscheduled delay was apparently caused by ground support failures at Leeds and Prague. One last
gripe - why does a Yorkshire airline not know about Yorkshire tea including the decaf varieties. Must be some
mileage there for increased beverage sales! Good flight overall with communicative crew.
