Glasgow to Faro return. Quick check in at both airports and flights on time. We did have a carry on moment prior
to departure from Faro. The bus took us out to the plane and everyone started to board, only to discover that the
plane was heading for Manchester, so we were put back on the bus - only to be driven for a few seconds to plane
sitting right next the Manchester one! The inflight meals were better than some I've had from airlines and the non
reclining seats are a bonus.

Edinburgh to Faro return. As good as expected for a low cost carrier. Crew friendly, check in at Faro slow.
Adequate baggage allowance. Baggage retrieval slow at Edinburgh. All in all good value to get to the Algarve direct
from Edinburgh, 3 and a bit hour flight.

Edinburgh to Palma. Impressed with the amount of leg room and 'belly' room once the table was unfolded. Liked
the built in cup holder. Had breakfast and lunch, both piping hot and tasty. Had to wait 30 mins for the steps to
arrive on getting back to Edinburgh and then a frustrating further one hour wait for our cases to come on to the
conveyor belt.

Returned from Dalaman. I was impressed with the flight, good meals, friendly crew and impressive legroom. I am
6ft 9in and in the past have struggled but the legroom on the 757 we returned on was excellent and I enjoyed a
comfortable flight.

Just returned from trip to Rome, flew from and returned to Manchester and was happy with the service. I have
arthritic joints and was concerned about leg room, however leg room was fine. Overall impressed and hopefully
not just lucky.

Even with 2.5 hr delay which was not the airlines fault our flight from Faro to East Midlands was good. Aircraft was
clean and airy, crew were friendly and helpful and the only down side was no duty free.

Flown with Jet2 a few times on flights from 2 hours to around 4.5. Been delayed a couple of times (1.5 hours last
night) but they always seem to make some time up in flight. The seats are not too bad and leg room seems on
par with other budget airlines. The hand luggage allowance is pretty generous, the charge for hold luggage is
extortionate though and isn't included in published fairs so watch out. The staff seem ok and all in all the whole
experience is pretty much 'ok'. Nothing special but you can't really expect anything more from a budget carrier.

Flight to Faro, we pre-booked seats so that my wife and I could sit together. We went through check-in and
received our boarding cards showing our allocated seats. As we were looking for our seats onboard we noticed
our allocated seats had been crossed out and some other seats written on. When we found these seats they were
not together. I pointed this out to the stewardess she said she couldn't do anything at the time until everybody
had been seated. At no time did anybody apologise to me and I found the attitude of staff very off hand and
unfriendly. I have since been in touch with there customer services & unfortunately their attitude has been no
better. Be warned when you pay extra to reserve your seats with this company don't expect to get them and
don't expect to be dealt with in a customer friendly way.

My family and I found the seating space available good and the modern type seats comfortable (I am 6'2"). The
pre-ordered meals were better than the average Economy carrier and the check-in system efficient. The cabin
crew were friendly.

Flew Leeds-Belfast. Plane was a pretty old 737 but clean and bright cabin. Ground staff and Crew were friendly and
lots of information from flight deck. Only tea coffee and chocolate bars available as the flight is only 40 minutes.
Overall a good flight and I'd definitely recommend Jet2.

GLA-TFS return. Both flights delayed approx one hour due to earlier delays. Prompt and efficient service at check-
in and throughout both flights. Booked extra legroom seats online which were very good however they do have
minimal padding and are extremely uncomfortable for a 4.5 hr flight. Onboard prices are steep for food and drink in
line with all other budget airlines.

Dalaman to East Midlands 9th September. Arrived to check in for 21.25 flight home at 19.15, told at the desk
there was a 5 hour delay due to disruption to Jet2.com schedules from Thursday - we would be provided with a
meal at 22.00 from KFC. Got the meal OK, but no other contact or information from Jet2 reps. Departure
appeared on screens around midnight for 02.55 take off. There was an apology for the 5.5 hr delay from the flight
crew, but still no details given of why. Unlike our journey out, were allocated two seats together at check in, which
were in extra leg room rows, so some compensation there! Overall impression, communications and customer
focus need to be worked on, not in a hurry to travel with Jet2.com again.

Bodrum-Manchester. Aircon not working and cabin like a sauna during boarding, made worse by missing our
departure slot and being delayed by a further 20mins. Safety cards made useful improvised fans and guffaws rang
out as an announcement told passengers to relax and enjoy our flight. No offer of any water despite it being a 4 hr
journey. They undoubtedly used the situation as a handy opportunity to sell more exorbitantly priced drinks. On
leaving the aircraft and asking how I could complain the cabin crew member looked completely puzzled and had to
ask me what I could possibly be dissatisfied with. A cheerful and sarcastic goodbye followed. They treat their
passengers like they are cheap and horrible. The irony is, the flight wasn't even that cheap. The feelings of rage
are not worth the small savings.

We were also on the Paphos flight. Horrendous experience. 2 hrs into flight informed of a technical problem. If this
was the case why not land at the closest airport if it was thought there were problems with plane. Instead carried
on to Manchester. No explanation. Offered complimentary drink. Ran out of bottled water. Not offered anything
else. Air hostess just walked to front of plane and got 2 cups of tap water. Were told we would get something to
eat at Manchester. Were informed there we would get nothing as not delayed. We were supposed to arrive in to
Glasgow at 9.50pm but arrived back home at 4.30am. Arrived in Manchester at 9.30 but was nearer 11pm before
the bus we were on eventually got on its way. Poor service and communication throughout.

East Midlands to Palma. A group of drunken youths in airport at 6.30 am, they were allowed onboard. They sat
behind us using abusive language and inappropriate behaviour. Not once asked by staff to calm it. On arrival at
Palma, no meet and greet as other travel companies do. A rep from another company finally pointed us to a desk
at furthest end of airport. Missed transfer bus to hotel.

East Midlands to Alicante. Outbound flight was good, however on the return we were allowed through the gate
ready to board, to then be left standing in a tunnel for over 30 mins. Onboard people were struggling to find space
for their hand luggage, whilst cabin crew watched. The plane had not been cleaned, and there was food trodden
into the carpet, the arm rest was stuck together with duct tape. At the end of the flight there was an
announcement to apologise to passengers who they did not get time to serve refreshments to.

NCL-ALC return. Both flights uneventful. Old B757 aircraft both serviceable, bright and clean inside, seats ok. Staff
ok, some of their announcements were poor. However pilots were informative.

Paphos from Glasgow. When we came to fly home it was like a cattle market, nobody knew what desk they had
to go to and there were no jet2 ground staff. We checked in online and had to queue for over an hour. We were
told the plane had a fault and would have to land at Manchester, I was told this had happened twice. We had to
spend 4 hrs on a bus back to Glasgow and all we where offered was a soft drink.

MAN-PFO return. I must confess to being a little apprehensive as I'm used to travelling long haul in Business Class
and had never used a low cost airline. Booked extra legroom seats which made for a comfortable journey. No
delays on either leg of the journey. Seats are a little on the hard side after 4hrs but it is a low cost airline and you
get what you pay for. Also the seats do not recline which is by no means a complaint. All in all I would certainly use
them again for any short haul journey.

Family of 4 split up onboard, complained to staff but they done nothing. My 6 and 8 year old had to sit apart from
their parents and each other. Young children can find flying quite scary so I think it is a disgrace to sit them alone
for 2.5 hrs.
