JFK-DEL and back via BRU. All flights on Jet's new B777-300ER. They have an excellent economy
product - new Recaro seats with large PTV's and AVOD. The food was very good and portions generous
for economy. The excellent in-flight service does not end on the aircraft. On the ground, there are
several Jet Airways staff to assist you with your connection or any questions that you may have. I
recomend Jet Airways to anyone. The stop in Brussels is worth it and it gives you a break to stretch
your legs and walk around.

HKG-BOM-HKG on A330-300. Courteous and cheerful check-in staff at HKG. IFE had one of the best
collections of Indian audio & video channels. Food and beverages better than same sector with other
airlines. Cabin crew well groomed and service with a smile. Ground handling of baggage at HKG & BOM
was a breeze.

BOM-DEL-BOM. Checked in at Mumbai and told they did not have a seat for my confirmed reservation in
Business class- this was quickly sorted out and a pass provided to access the Jet Airways lounge.
The lounge was basic but as this was 7am in the morning, little else than coffee was needed. Once on
board, no welcome but once in the seat I was offered either juice or smoothie, cold towels,
newspapers and menu cards. Business class was busy on this 737-900 with all 28 seats occupied. Drink
and meal orders were taken before take-off. Breakfast of cereal, fruit, yoghurt and omelette (just
one of 4 choices) was served quickly - warm bread and pastries with lashings of coffee rounded off a
good meal. Fruit juice and water was frequently offered too with hot towels provided before landing.
The return was an 2030 departure from Delhi - again warmly welcomed on board and my jacket taken.
Fresh lime juice or water provided before take off. Drink orders and menu choices captured before
take off. Dinner began with your table laid by the cabin crew - fruit juice and water provided and
then each course served individually - I enjoyed soup, thai green curry and pancakes for dessert -
warm bread was offered with the meal and again I was offered more than one cup of coffee. The cabin
crew were friendly and polite and referred to me by name.

CCU-DEL on packed 5:30 pm flight. Aircraft looked new with winglets but no IFE like on some
aircraft. Cabin was clean and crew smiling. The thing that Jet Airways needs to improve on is in the
food. Lots of quantity but no quality.

We recently took two short domestic flights in Premiere [business] on Jet and found them to be
excellent in every way. Planes were young, well maintained and spotless. Staff pleasant, attractive
& highly efficient. Pre takeoff hand towels and beverages [no alcohol] followed by attractively
presented and quite tasty meals. The 'snack' flight offering on a 3:30pm flight exceeded most
airlines' full lunches. We hope to fly again with them.

BOM-LHR-BOM in Y class. My first long-haul flight on 9W and I was impressed (with the exception of
the boarding process in Bombay, where the usual innumerable people repeatedly ask to see your
boarding pass, your exit stamp, your hand luggage tag, and your passport or any combination of the
above). B777 with 3x3x3 cabin layout, which is a massive improvement in terms of seat width and a
general air of space over the sardine-can interior on Emirates. Legroom is more generous than on
Emirates. Being an early morning departure (2.30am), a light warm meal was served soon after take
off, with bar service. Inflight entertainment, whilst not as many channels as Emirates, is
technically top-notch with several new Hollywood releases; best of all, the IFE junction box is only
about two inches wide and takes up very little space under whichever seat it is mounted. Excellent
breakfast served prior to arrival, which was only 10 minutes behind schedule. The finer touches
continued up to the luggage belt, where priority labelled cases were taken off the carousel by
handlers and placed in a clearly marked area ready for pax to pick them up. Return trip on same
aircraft from LHR to BOM was great too. Check-in a breeze. Boarding process somewhat less
comfortable due to a remote stand requiring a bus and climbing a rather steep set of stairs that
looked more like those used for maintenance than for pax use. Onboard, same level of service and
attention with very tasty food presented appealingly. Cabin attendants checked regularly for any
requirement of drinks, etc. Jet Airways have an excellent product and I shall definitely with them
on long haul flights to and from India again.

EWR-BOM-EWR. Crew very attentive and hospitable. Meals excellent, inflight entertainment with a
broad range of selections. Their boarding process needs improvement. Overall, very satisfied with
the airline and would fly them again.

LHR-BOM-MAA. Redeemed my frequent flier miles for an economy ticket from LHR to MAA via BOM. Check
in smooth, staff very helpful, got an emergency exit seat. Nice seats, great food, good IFE and very
good crew. Overall a wonderful flight to MAA. The only downside is the terminal transfer in BOM,
which was chaotic. It will be great if Jet Airways flies direct from LHR-MAA.

LHR-BOM-BLR-DEL return. Long haul flights were on B777 and short hauls B737-800. The staff on all
flights were excellent. The food varied in quality, seats good but the short haul were a little
uncomfortable. Boarding procedures on the BOM-LHR leg were intolerably slow as it took almost 45
minutes. Only one flight left on time and that was the early morning DEL-BLR. All the rest were
30min to 1 hour late. The long haul flights were less than generous with alcohol to the point that
when I asked for two glasses of wine for the BOM-LHR leg I was questioned as to whether I really
wanted two glasses!

London to Delhi return for the first time with Jet Airways. Check in was quick and efficient. We
were greeted on board by smart personnel and offered a choice of juices and hot flannels. The seats
and overhead lockers were spacious and inflight entertainment with a wide choice of films. The
cabin staff were most helpful especially to people travelling with small children and the food
provided good and beautifully presented. The captain and stewards kept us well informed throughout
the flight and toilets well equipped with lotions and soaps. On the night flight we were each
provided with a travel bag.

First time by Jet Airways EWR-BOM via Brussels. The cabin crew was very friendly and courteous.
In-light entertainment one of the best I've ever seen with superb 12" touch-screens that put you
bang in the action in any movie. Though the seats were spacious, for some reason I felt it wasn't
very ergonomic and it made me feel very tired by the end of the journey. The food was another thing
that really disappointed me. I have traveled by Jet within India and the food has been exceptional.
On this international flight (EWR-BOM) the food was very mediocre, even compared to other
international airlines. The bags took a while to come out at Sahar Airport, Mumbai but they arrived
in good shape. I was sitting right behind the bulkhead seats, and there were a couple of babies in
front that were very well cared for by the cabin crew. The alcoholic beverage selection was OK,
nothing to write home about. Jet Airways gives other carriers a run for their money. The
transition in Brussels was also very smooth, even though we were asked to go through security check
again, which barely took 15 minutes. Compare that with 2 hour waits at security while transitioning
through Heathrow at Terminal 4. Overall, I'm very happy with Jet Airways. My only complaint is
with the food and seats, as mentioned above. I would strongly recommend Jet for international
travel to anybody.

I agree with comments that Jet's ground handling is getting progressively worse. I have first hand
experience of this on both their international and domestic sectors irrespective of the class
traveled. The check in staff seem to be sullen faced. Onboard they excel, but an airline is judged
by the overall product.

BRU to BOM on immaculate, new 773. Great and helpful cabin crew, personal IFE with wide selection of
indian and Hollywood movies plus games, music and documentaries. Good food and good selection of
beverages. Best seat pitch I have experienced in economy.

LHR-DEL-LHR in Economy. For once, I had a bad experience with Jet. Both the
sectors were absolutely full, this being just before and just after New Years
and the staff, especially on the ground could just not handle the rush. Jet's
LHR check-in is possibly the worst in their network - I know its outsourced to
Aviance, but that is excuse is simply not good enough. On-board was good.
They're flying new Boeing 777s on the LHR-DEL sector now, and the planes are
really good, with plenty of leg room and comfortable seats. DEL check-in must be
the second-worst, after LHR. I'm eligible to check-in at a Premiere counter and
was surprised to be dealt with, by a sullen face agent. No amount of smiling on
my side would elicit even a hint of smile on her bad, which is surprising since
Jet usually had good staff. Jet's LHR flights are usually late (have flown to
and from BOM as well), but this one took the cake - passengers were on-board and
waiting for almost 2 hours as the Captain had trouble getting through
immigration and customs. In the meanwhile, no announcement was made on-board as
to the reason for the delay, till the Captain entered. Again, on-board service
was good.

Newark to New Delhi with a mandatory short layover at Brussels. Other than the "hold on to the
Premier and First Class" passengers and "lock them up" in the lounge at Brussels, the comfort, food
and service was excellent. Personally, I would rather set down in the general terminal and wait out
my time to reboard. All in all an excellent new addition to the long flights we have had to put up
with for some time. When is Jet going to fly direct with no stopovers?

HYD-MAA. Jet is in the process of refurbishing their cabins by removing one row from both Economy
and Club Premiere, thus creating more legroom in both cabins - the new layout is exceptionally
roomy. My regular coach seat seemed to have as much pitch as United Economy Plus, and the new all
leather seating is comfortable. Service great, with friendly FAs and a full meal served, even on a
1 hour flight. The flight was delayed by about an hour and 45 minutes, but Jet sent an SMS before I
left home advising of part of the delay, and while at the airport, we were kept informed every 15-20
minutes as to the status. Free refreshments were given to compensate for the extended delay. Only
negative was an unusually slow check-in. Jet does charge more than the country's many budget
airlines, but you do get a higher level of service that makes it worth it.
