DEL-LHR. Late arrival of incoming aircraft delayed estimated departure by 1 hr. Chaos on boarding, people in
wrong seats and demanding to be moved. The cabin crew seemed unable to take control. A medical
emergency before take off was handled in an amateurish way which then resulted in a further delay. During
this time no attempt was made by the cabin crew to provide any form of refreshment. When take off was
finally achieved the window shutters were put in the closed position and not opened again during the whole
flight creating an artificial night. Once the food had been served the lighting was subdued, so cabin crew
could disappear for the next 5 hrs. The breakfast snack was a hurried affair. I am disappointed in Jet Airways
as I have flown them internally in India and found them excellent.

BRU-MUM-BRU at least 7 times per year. Service onboard is on the edge of fair. I find it hard to get a second
glass of wine. The food is good. Cabin personnel are not always very efficient but they do their job. A more
personalised approach and some more smiles would do wonders towards the passengers. During night flights
a offering passengers water would be good. My personal opinion is that this airline gets a sufficient mark, but
no more than that.

LHR-DEL. There were long queues, chaos at check-in counter and after waiting for couple of hours we were
told that flight was cancelled. The flight was delayed 1 day and told to come back next day. No hotel
provided by Jet. Next day I was welcomed by long queues as staff realized that they need to rebook
travellers for their onward journey. Ground staff not interested in serving passengers. The inflight food was
good but stewards need more training in serving drinks. The leg room was plenty and toilets were clean.
Although we didn't get seats as per our choice due to change of aircraft. The inflight entertainment was not
bad. I will not fly with them again as they are costly for quality of service they offer and in time of crisis they
are no different than other airlines.

Had the misfortune of flying this carrier twice in recent weeks in business class on the BKK-DEL-BKK sector.
It's evident they have cut corners and that is evident from the tired B737-800 aircraft used on this route and
the appalling standards of service. The BKK-DEL flight is an early morning affair and the cabin crew seemed
intent on ensuring that breakfast could be doled out asap so they could spend the rest of the flight regaling
each other with hilarious stories behind the curtain. My misfortune that I was seated in 1C just behind the
curtain. Naturally, any attempt to get some sleep was in vain. Two requests for a glass of water went
unheeded. The return flight on 9W64 was a total disaster, beginning with check-in when, traveling with my
wife, with a total of 72 kg of checked in baggage, we were charged 7 kg excess! On boarding, my wife opted
for a glass of coconut water and was given plain water. No apology, then, halfway through the meal service
one of the FAs spills a full glass of water on my shirt. Apology? None that I could discern.

Singapore to New Delhi. The flight over was very hectic. I was amazed at the chaos, and was astounded to
see people walking back and forth to the toilet up to the point where we were nearly taxiing. People onboard
were rude and flight attendants seemed to have no control over passengers. It took a very long time to get
our food, mainly because people kept asking for different meals. I'm glad it was only a 5 hour flight! The
return trip was much better - the plane was half empty, and as such we could move around.

BDQ-BOM. Flight was severely delayed. Not much information announced and no proactive engagement with
passengers who may be inconvenienced. Had an international connection on Kingfisher Business First to
Hong Kong. Flight missed, not least because of the Jet Airways delay and the absolute apathy of Jet ground
staff to assist in the transfer from Domestic Terminal to International Terminal in Mumbai. No
accommodation provided and left stranded in Mumbai despite the delay being their fault.

Jet Airways is the best airline I've flown to date. Brussels-New York, an immaculate cabin, a couple of inches more
knee room than other carriers I had flown a few days before, a large seat back IFE screen. The cabin crew was
quite pleasant, and food was better than most.

If you like curry for breakfast, lunch, dinner and tea, you are quids in. The lack of food choice was terrible.
Even my two travelling companies who enjoy a nice curry baulked at the idea of curry for breakfast. The service
was poor, waiting a long time for staff to respond to a call for water, which was extremely lacking - often we had
to wait until dinner was served to get a drink. We were well prepared for the journey back and stocked up on
snacks as we knew we wouldn't be eating any of the meals on this airline. Would not use Jet Airways again.

GOI-BOM. Initially had problems booking the flight online from Australia. The staff at the contact centre resolved
the matter very well. Was to be a 45 min flight, but due to congestion at Bombay airport took us about 2 hours to
get there. Cabin crew courteous and professional. Food served was quite good. Overall quiet pleased, might try
them next time on an international route.

DEL-LHR, B 777-300ER. Cabin 3-3-3 seating with reasonable seatback entertainment options. Meal served about an
hour after take-off and a snack about 1 hour prior to landing. Not much sign of the crew once meal service had
finished. Additional drinks during the meal service could be had if specifically requested but no automatic second
drinks offered. No drinks offered between the meals as on other carriers. Quality of cabin and finishings fine.

Jet Connect from CCU to MAA. The flight was delayed beyond acceptable limits. The ground staff was not at all
apologetic. The cabin crew was equally nonchalant. To get some water I had to ask thric - another person had to
argue with cabin crew to get a pillow. Though it was a lunch-time flight they did not load enough lunch packets and
some of us had only tea. Timeliness, attitude and service quality of Jet Airways seem to have gone down
significantly.

Brussels - Chennai - Singapore. Check in at Brussels the rudest I have encountered, and refused to allow my wife
and I seats together, even though the flight to Singapore was 12 hrs from check in. The flight to Chennai was
smooth, but after food service there were no drinks or refreshments brought out by staff - after 7 hrs a glass of
water would be nice. I simply helped myself to the orange juice in their messy galley while the one remaining
attendant watched on. Chennai to Singapore the service was better but the plane (737-800) had leather seats which
were not very comfortable for the 5 hour flight. I would not recommend Jet airways due to inconsistency and
terrible ground staff.

LHR-BOM and DEL-LHR. Very good food/inflight entertainment. Asked for exit row seat and got it on the way out
although leg room still very good in normal rows as I found out on the return. Timings excellent both ways and
plane was modern 777. Staff in DEL office were efficient about transferring me to a new return flight time.

LHR-DEL-BKK-BOM-LHR. Flew BA from Aberdeen then onto Jet via Delhi. I was on a 777 with AVOD inflight
entertainment. The food outbound was fine and no shortage of beer. From Delhi you fly on a 737-800 but it also
has the inflight entertainment, meal and drink. Delhi airport is also ok for transit. On the return I had to transit
through Mumbai which is a different story. It's a terrible airport with searches which take forever, about 10 people
to show your ticket to and no smoking facilities. The food on the return leg was worse much worse. The inflight
entertainment was the same.

Bangkok to London via Mumbai return. Flight from Bangkok to Mumbai was not good along with poor quality food.
Mumbai airport and security is chaotic. Because we were seated at the rear of the aircraft, we were given a poor
quality meal which both my girlfriend and I found inedible. Inflight entertainment and seating quality however were
both good. Complimentary Alcohol and drinks were served through out the flight. The return flight from London to Mumbai
was a lot better, food and service was improved, however the Bangkok leg was again disappointing with poor service. Overall
I was quite disappointed especially after hearing good things, the inflight service really needs to be improved, from the
appearance to the quality of the food served.

Newark-Brussels. Flight was cancelled due to hurricane Irene. They left us 4 days without a new date. In the
airport there was complete chaos. Other airline companies managed to get their clients home, they refused to
take any responsibility. Pay more and book with a European or American company this is the only advise I can give
you.

Four domestic flights operated by it's affiliate, Liter and Konnect within 3 days. HYD-VTZ, HYD-BOM, BOM-Jaipur
return. All Economy. All departed without significant delay and the aircraft's were clean. All food and drinks (except
a paper cup of water) were purchasable and this was no problem. Flight attendants were helpful. The seat
comfortable and with reasonable pitch.

DEL to BRU. Plane felt and looked old. Unfortunately, the service is always slow. Using one cart for drinks and food
slows down service considerably. The crew seems young and inexperienced in the ways of providing quick service
- I have been on many JA flights were I waited in frustration for service while the staff chat away with passengers
regarding the choices of drinks, food, etc. They seem to forget that they are serving 200+ people on an airplane,
not 2-3 guests at a restaurant.

LHR-BKK via Mumbai return. On the return to BKK there was plenty of food and staff always on hand. On the
return journey the plane was fully booked yet once again the staff were good. Inflight entertainment was good
with lots of films and TV programmes to watch. The only problem I faced was when arriving at BKK my bags had
gone to Hong Kong, but I had them later that day.

The flight was fine despite chaos in Mumbai. The service was ok, but not as attentive as other Asian airlines.
However, upon arrival I found myself without my luggage that was apparently left behind in Mumbai. It is now
heading for day 3 without my luggage - a mere 4 hour flight away. I would recommend Jet Airways if you don't
mind travelling with no luggage.
