Overall a pleasant experience, despite the fact we didn't get the seats we booked on any leg of our journey,
this caused some stress as we are a group of 6 people travelling with children. The seats on the LHR-DEL
flight were comfortable and IFE was excellent. The food was ok, would have been nice if they catered for the
kids. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We had a 2 hour delay due to fog before we could depart for Bangkok.
Our return journey was without any delays, we stopped in Mumbai on return and security was effortless - was
expecting chaos from reading other reviews.

Goa-Mumbai-Vadodara Domestic Flight. The food on both flights was below average
and service in general poor. Flight was on time and baggage wait acceptable.
Needs a lot of improvement to become an international carrier. It does not make
sense to pay a full fare against the low cost domestic carriers.

LHR-BOM. Online check-in was without any problems and I was able to get a window
seat. Check-in at the airport was good with minimum waiting time. Boarding was
disciplined and swift, the veg option delicious, a good choice of films, the
seat was comfortable (more so than Kingfisher's) and service was prompt and
unobtrusive. Baggage took longer than I expected from previous experience of
Jet.

LHR-BOM-BKK return. Nice polite staff and generally good food however no decaf coffee provided. 777 very
comfortable especially headrests, however mine and my partners seats had faults with the sound on the
entertainment system meaning we couldn't use them. Choice of content not as large as other airlines. Ground
staff, security and duty free people at BOM are not very helpful. Transfer there is a nightmare of bureaucracy,
queue after queue and rudeness. One member of jet staff was having an argument on her mobile while she
dealt with me in one of the airports many seemingly pointless queues.

BKK-BOM-DXB return - B738 all legs. I haven't travelled in such uncomfortable seats in years, they cant be
leather so must be plastic and they make you sweat. The food was inedible, technical failures, awful
conditions at BOM but the worst was just two washrooms for 138+ passengers for flights of 4 hours. The
good points were the price, excellent FA’s and a very responsive Customer Services department. They only
seem to cater to the local market which when flying to Thailand/Europe leaves them lacking. I will not fly
them again until they become a truly international carrier and at least change the equipment on the BKK
sector.

Mumbai to Bangkok return. The outbound flight was early in the morning. Check-in was easy although the
flight was full. The aircraft was an old 737-800 that had no PTV's as we were told the flight would have. Poor
entertainment on drop down TV screens. Breakfast was average. Service limited to breakfast being served
and then the entire crew retiring to rest in the back. The air conditioning seemed to be switched off at some
point. The return flight however was quite the reverse. Aircraft was new and the inflight entertainment on
PTV's was great. Nice food selection and the crew much friendlier. Seemed like 2 different airlines on the way
in and the way out!

BOM-LHR-EWR-BOM. Have been a loyal Jet Airways Customer for over 7 years on the domestic as well
international segment. Their service in economy has continued to degrade as years have gone by. For the
sectors traveled, food quantity was minimal. I have had more quantity on their domestic short haul flight in
earlier years. Aircraft's being new, have good interiors in form of mood lighting, comfortable seats, excellent
legroom compared to its competitors.

MUM-LHR. Arrived at 10.00pm at Mumbai airport. We had my mother who is disabled and required a
wheelchair. We were told to wait in an area and Jet staff said that it would be about an hour. Around 1am,
there was still no signs of a wheelchair, I chased this, only to be told that they were coming. 2am, still no
signs - 2.20am we got a wheelchair. The food was below average, which is a shame as they used to have
nice food. The touch screen was unresponsive and staff did not do any safety checks, ie to make sure belts
were on and seats were upright when we came in to land.

EWR-BRU-BOM in business class. The first leg of the journey was on an A330-200, and transferred to
B700-300 for the second leg. The seats were uniformly good, with ample leg room, space for personal items
and a large 15 inch LCD monitor. However, the seats are better on the B777-300 with greater width and a
more open feel to the cabin. Food was excellent throughout, plenty of Indian and Western choices and a
wide selection of wines. IFE was good, although a wider choice of movies would be better. Staff came round
on both flights to make up the bed with a mattress pad. Flights were on time, baggage also came in a
reasonable time frame. The fare is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Overall, recommended.

Traveled Houston to Mumbai via London and London to Mumbai. The seat was comfortable, food warm and
tasty, the crew caring and the interior soothing for a long flight. The aircraft was new B777-300.

LHR-BKK via Mumbai. Pleasantly surprised. I found IFE and the aircraft in general, up to the standard of
Cathay/Singapore. The food was very inconsistent, with delicious lunch and breakfast, but as the flight was
departing late at night from BOM, dinner was more of a midnight snack. Just some sort of tomato wrap,
nothing else. Good inflight product, but as soon as you exit the aircraft to transit in Mumbai, its quite a free
for all. Disorganized and slow transfer, stopover was 2 hours, but due to a delayed arrival and long security
procedure, I only made the BKK flight with 10 mins to spare. I have flown through Delhi's new terminal, and
what I cant understand is why they don't route their transfer passengers through Delhi, which would be a
much less stressful experience.

HKG-LHR via Mumbai. This flight was the cheapest option and had a good onboard experience. It was an
organized and on time departure from HKG. The food was good, IFE was decent with a wide selection, and
the aircraft (777) was clean and new. The cabin crew were friendly but seemed to disappear between meal
services. The downside of the cheap fare is having to transit through Mumbai. I suppose you get what you
pay for, (long lines, lack of facilities, disorganized etc). I noticed a new terminal under construction, so
perhaps this situation is temporary.

Toronto to Brussels. We were concerned about the flight because of the many bad reviews. Our experience
was fine. There was little confusion at boarding, much of which we avoided because my wife was boarded by
wheelchair service. Meals were okay, somewhat better than average and no curry in sight. Service was fine if
limited. Certainly additional drinks took a long time to arrive. The seats were average, and leg room
adequate if not spacious.
