BRU-MAA return. Both flights on time. Jet Airways offers a renewed business class product but their
crew should be more passionate about their work if they want to become a 5 star airline! Outbound
flight with an older leased A330, with older business class seats. Return flight presenting the real
Jet Airways business class product which I was really impressed about!

DEL-LHR-DEL economy class on B777-300ER. Impressive seat pitch with comfortable recline. Good food
portions and service could have been more professional. Inflight entertainment was AVOD and very
good baggage allowance. Ground staff very helpful.

Flight 121G/262G 29 October. Delayed departure due to bags not tallying with passengers. Chaotic
transfers outward and return at Delhi. Delayed departure from Delhi. Case missing of one of party.
Flight 263G/122G 14 November. Delayed departure, both legs. Given Immigration forms to complete on
first leg which we didn't need to. No toilet rolls in one toilet. Roll holders in other toilet
inadequate. Malfunction of sink plunger in both. No European food on offer in spite of menu
stating there was a choice. Undrinkable Gin and Tonic. No checks done before landing in London
with seat in front of me remaining in reclining position for landing.

Bombay-Baroda, Economy. Warm meal was served for a 50 minutes flight, which was good. Though some of
us in last rows didnt have time to finish the meal. Flight attendants were helpful. I paid 3200 INR,
which is a good price. One can also try other airlines that fly on same route for cheaper for
800-1000 INR less.

LHR-BOM-LHR Business Class. Arrived at Heathrow and quickly checked in, it was a dash as a domestic
connection I had taken was delayed by 1.5hrs. Onboard welcomed warmly - FSM introducing himself. I
was in seat 9A at the front of business class. Welcome drink, amenity kit, newspaper and hot towel
provided before push back. Dinner and drinks orders were taken whilst taxing. Once airborne, my
glass of champagne arrived, quickly followed by a delicious martini perfectly mixed by the FSM, only
a handful of passengers in Business class. Dinner quickly followed. My wine glass was never empty
throughout the flight. Slept well for a few hours on my flat bed seat - woken to breakfast of
smoothie, juices, pastries and breakfast rolls with a delicious coffee about an hour from Mumbai.
Good attentive crew for a change with Jet, sometimes their crew can seem inexperienced. My return
flight several days later was equally good. Mumbai airport is a nightmare though, check in took a
lifetime though I was escorted to the lounge. The lounge is basic with very limited drinks choice
and an even more basic selection of food. Escorted to the plane and welcomed warmly on board. Into
my sleep suit quickly, why don't all airlines offer these in Business class? Glass of champagne
after take off and a light snack, then several hours sleep. Breakfast served about 1.5hrs before
arrival into Heathrow. The crew were fantastic throughout.

LHR-BOM-LHR Economy Class. Outbound, the plane was full, and this put the staff under pressure.
They stayed calm and cheerful, but things took a long time. Seat comfortable, despite the guy sat
in front of me who reclined his seat so far back his head was in my lap, then fell asleep for the
whole journey. Coming back plane only about half full so more comfortable. IFE and food excellent.

Delhi to Singapore return economy on B737-800 aircraft. The flight is over five hours, and in my
opinion the aircraft is too small for such a long flight. It feels tight as both flights were full
with tons of carry on hand luggage. Jet's economy product remains consistent. I enjoyed the AVOD
selection of movies, food is okay, service much better this time. Service of alcohol remains stingy.
In my opinion Jet economy offers great value compared to their business class which is a confused
and over priced product.

Great seats, good food and friendly staff. Service seems to be well intended but not very
efficient. Unfortunately a very instable inflight entertainment system. During outbound flight the
system did not function at all during the trip, even after several rebooting efforts. Also during
the return flight it crashed had to be reset.

Having flown a lot of Jet Airways in business class recently, I believe that Jet Airways is in a
self destruction mode and is seriously looking down the barrel. The high standards set by themselves
has been totally lost in their quest of cost cutting. Expansion for them has backfired. Their own
fundamentals are being compromised and their product has suffered to the extent it is all too
visible. I am not going to get into specifics of their deterioration, but Jet crew are now a bunch
novices with scant regard for their premium paying passengers. They seem to be immature, too busy
chatting amongst themselves. Once an asset to the airline is today their liability. Air India has
self destructed, Jet is aping them. It is time to try Kingfisher or go back to BA, Virgin or
Emirates. Their standards at least seem to consistent.

Business Class. KTM-DEL. Very good seats and seat pitch on regional business class. Food OK,
selection of wines, service and cabin cleanliness good. Airport ground staff can be stiff. Selection
of IFE in business class same as in economy, screens were tough to get out, you need help from the
attendants. Attendants can be more warm and hospitable. Overall a good experience but not
superlative.

DEL-LHR economy. Check-in at Delhi was quite chaotic as computers were malfunctioning. Boeing
777-300 ER was fitted with recaro seats with generous legroom. The seat-pitch is stated to be 32
inches. The seat width was quite comfortable. IFE screens had excellent clarity and good sound
however the AVOD selection although comprehensive was not as appealing as it should have been. I was
however quite flummoxed to find that I had been allocated a middle seat in spite of having an aisle
seat confirmed at the time of reservation and check-in. The crew at first were apologetic as this
was supposed to be a full flight however later on found me a window seat at the back of the air-
craft which was rather helpful. The standard of catering was also fine where they served a choice of
three meals for lunch with desserts followed by ice-cream mid-flight and a hot snack with fresh
fruits prior to landing. Portions were generous and the service was quite adequate for an 8 hr 30
minute flight. The main problem with Jet however is their staff. Although they are polite and try
to be helpful, they seem to be untrained to deal with full passenger loads and get overwhelmed
easily. The meal and drinks service was painfully slow and chaotic owing to them trying to deal with
multiple passenger requests and in the end got all requests mixed up. Instead they were charging up
and down the aisles and spent quite a bit of time in the middle of the aisles looking completely
unsure. I have seen this on previous Jet Airways flights however it was more apparent this time on a
full flight. Also the crew although attentive look forlorn and some amount of personality and
interaction would be welcome. The arrivals went without any major incidents and was quite smooth.
All in all Jet is a good airline that is reliable with a good core economy product in terms of
comfort, catering, amenities and equipment. Unfortunately, they are let down by very inexperienced
staff who are unable to deliver a level of service that matches the product.

LHR-BOM-HKG return in economy. Overall good value for money considering the fare. Aircraft were
spacious (better due to plenty of empty seats). Service and meals good. IFE with AVOD was more than
satisfactory. Only downside were the seats which seemed low quality with many problems like loose
seatbelts, no footrest, malfunctioning lamps etc.

LHR-BOM-BKK return. I was impressed with Jet Airways and would travel with them again: staff
friendly and helpful, legroom better than many economy class seats and, as a vegetarian, I found the
food definitely above average. Staff were a bit disorganised eg. they would wheel food trolleys up
and down gangway past rows of passengers not yet served, then try and collect trays before serving
tea/coffee (for which cups were waiting on trays). Also more systematic serving of water would be
welcome, especially on flights ex BKK where it is not possible to buy water in departure lounge.

LHR-ATQ-LHR last month. I was disappointed with the overall Jet Airways product. Outbound Flight was
comfortable, meals below average. Only aircraft at ATQ & took almost an hour for baggage. In bound
flight to LHR, terminal at ATQ very poor for an international flight. Flight into LHR diverted to
London Gatwick due LHR closed .On the ground at Gatwick for almost 6 hours before a decision was
made to cancel the flight at Gatwick. The cockpit Crew were ill informed about what was happening &
the cabin crew young & immature were lost. We as passengers had up to date information via our
Mobile Phones. Not once did the cabin crew ask the old or the families with young if they needed any
thing. Most passengers made their own way home from Gatwick rather then let Jet Airways organise
coaches to LHR. Agree the initial problem was not with Jet Airways but Jet Airways multiplied the
problem 10 fold. Jet Airways might be 3* to 4* going from A to B but below -1* when diverting. Hope
they have learned a valuable lesson.

Madras to Delhi in Y class. Check-in smooth, lounge completely overcrowded. Boarding process was
total chaos, with pax in rows 17 and higher allowed to embark through forward door, and pax in front
rows coming in from the rear of the plane. How difficult can it be to check row numbers on boarding
passes at the bottom of the stairs and direct pax accordingly? Some pax entered the cabin with
enormous hand baggage and cabin crew, instead of intervening, seemed blissfully happy to find
overhead locker space for them - at the expense of those of us who carry on a small briefcase. Once
airborne, flight was ok. Long wait for baggage at Delhi belt.
