Mumbai-Chennai return. Checked-in at the kiosk at Mumbai. Took less than 5 minutes and one
could see Jet Airways customer service agents moving around and encouraging people to use the
kiosk. Had no check-in baggage hence proceeded towards security check. Long queues here as Jet
shares the terminal with a lot of other airlines. Nice clean aircraft with leather seats and
good legroom. IFE excellent. FAs courteous. Flight 90% full and food quantity and quality was
good. Arrived into Chennai on-time. Return flight much the same except the long queues as
Chennai is not as busy as Mumbai.

Bombay-Chandigarh business class, quick check in at the business class counter, nice premiere
lounge ,onboard the old B 737-800 (non IFE) cabin was clean but looked tired. Newspapers,
magazines, cold towel and choice of juices before take off, post take off menu distributed,
food selection very mediocre. It seems on domestic sectors Jet Airways serves the same type of
meals in J and Y except for the fact you get served on chinaware in business and get a choice
of two desserts. Cabin crew professional but lacked finesse ,passengers from Y kept barging
into the J cabin to use the washroom and take autographs of a famous Bollywood actress who was
onboard. On arrival quick baggage retrieval.

SIN-DEL Seats 4A/C Business Class. Shocking collapse of product. From the use of old small
equipment probably borrowed from domestic fleet with malfunctioning seats providing poor
recline on a night flight, to lack of catering (went hungry), poor french wine choice, cheap
champagne combined made for the worst Business Class experience The young cabin crew battled
to prepare whatever little food was loaded in a tiny galley, being forced to use the toilet
for keeping black bin bags, which they had to move out when I wanted to use the toilet.
DEL-SIN was not any better, again with use of small aircraft and poor recline. Unless this was
a one off for which they have a good explanation, why would anyone want to fly Jet, with
Singapore Airlines superb new seats and service available for similar fare?

BOM-DEL J class. Quick check in, nice lounge though poor selection of snacks. Old B737-800
excellent legroom, on time departure, business class cabin full. Juices and cold towel served
before take off, menu offered, four choices of main course. Food quality presentation and
quantity poor. Yoghurt not available on board in J - asked attendant to check if they were
carrying it in Y - to my surprise they did, meal almost finished and the crew member came
around with the bread basket, choice of two desserts and tea/coffee later. Jet has gone into a
lot of cost cutting of late - right from the snack selection in the lounges to onboard meals
its all getting too obvious now. The meals in Y on jet are better in every aspect. Jet really
needs to take care of its customers in the front end better.

SFO-BOM-DEL return. Denied upgrade to business initially and took forever to calculate fare
difference. Staff at gate friendly and knowledgeable. Noted down my PNR for calculating fare
difference and paged me only to hand over a free business class upgrade on SFO-BOM leg. Warm
welcome from FAs inside the aircraft. Juice and water offered. Seats in business excellent.
Hot towel service. Announcements prompt although had a thick Indian accent. Champagne served
with beautifully presented snacks and salsa dip. Well served and tasty meal. Not so good
breakfast and no offer of snacks. Bvlgari travel kit a nice touch. PVG-BOM less impressive
although staff friendly. Food was OK but was not in ine with a business class. Crew was
energetic but not very attentive. FAs a little unprofessional (a lot of chit chat and
flirting among them) but nice to passengers. BOM-DEL, ignorant ground staff. Very poor
breakfast. DEL-BOM a little better food. BOM-PVG got exit row window seat with lot of
legroom. Very poor food. Friendly crew. PVG-SFO two meals served were OK although not of an
international standard. Drinks offered only with meals. No bottled water service. Cheap food
presentation. Staff friendly although inexperienced. Took them a lot of time to figure out
how to adjust 2 infants travelling with one lady during take off and landing.

PVG-BOM in C Class. Best business class seat staggered layout. Crew unattentive, no amenity
kit for 8 hr flight (most pax came from SFO), one meal after take off - bad selection, no
breakfast before BOM arrival. AVOD large PTV but slowest reaction time to touch screen or
control command I have experienced. Choices on AVOD up to par, strong Indian selection.
Flight is being discontinued. Domestic India flights with Jet Airways have better staff
attentiveness. Jet Airways internationally has a long way to go, new state of the art
equipment is not everything. BOM-PVG return leg much better service, top class food and again
one of the best business class seats in the skies, wonderful in all positions incl. totally
flat, very private. This time the AVOD reacted very promptly to touch screen commands, more
western movie selections would be appreciated. Pity flight PVG/SFO - BOM is discontinued.
Lounge at BOM quite good these days, check in no problem, unlike the rush during the late
night or early morning flights out of BOM.

BRU-BLR return. The flight was good with excellent IFE. Good food. Only problem was that the
crew seemed tired on both routes. I also felt the crew had a difficult time to manage fully
booked flight and absolutely no co-ordination among crew members was visible. . Jet airways
present themselves as one of the finest Asian airline, but they have a long way to go to
catch up with SQ, CX or MH.

Planes new, lots of film options and crew good as was food. Completely fell down as they
only have one flight to London a day thus when the airport was fog bound (frequent in the UK
winter) the connection from Khatmandu (also Jet Airways) was late - we ended up with 26 hours
in Delhi airport (the next days flight was delayed). Note: Without a visa you cannot leave
the international airport area. At Katmandu they had 'hoped' Nepal airline could take us but
did not proactively approach their passengers or provide incentives to see if they would
'swap' and as it was overbooked there were no available seats. Ground staff did not keep us
up-to-date, they just said 'we will sort you out', or said there was an option and then did
not come back on it. Poor at finding viable alternatives - ones they came up were
unreasonable e.g. flying out to Bangkok or not viable eg. hoping we could go on other flights
which were already over booked. An option to go via Mumbai seemed to disappear without
anyone updating us as to why. Frustratingly the manager took half an hour to meet us at Delhi
thus we missed a possible Indian flight to London and the BA offices closed as we were waiting.

SIN-MAA on a B738. Excellent in-flight service made this an enjoyable flight on Christmas
Day. In-flight entertainment is quite decent on 9W.

Economy MAA to BOM. Excellent service. pleasant crew, clean, neat plane. Fancy dining for the
economy class, with starched napkins, choice of entrees and cold towel.
