	Rating : 3/10 Cabin Flown Economy Value for Money Seat Comfort Staff Service Catering Entertainment Recommended	I had paid for a flight from Mashhad to Shiraz. When I arrived at the airport the flight time had changed from 2pm to 8pm. I asked if I could change my destination to Tehran (so I could fly to Shiraz from there) and they said yes, but insisted I pay the "fine" for changing my flight (a third of the price of the ticket). That's right, they delayed the flight for 6 hours and then I still had to pay a fee to change it. Anyway, the flight left on the time and included a fairly substantial and tasty meal for such a short flight. The in-flight service was totally unremarkable.

AZD-MHD. Aseman is one of the only airlines that provides domestic flights between Yazd and Mashad. Tickets are cheap and service is ok. There was a delay of 1 hr which feels endless waiting at a small domestic airport. Despite the delay the flight was comfortable on a Fokker 100 aircraft. Not much legroom but fine for a flight of about 90 mins. Some snacks were included and that was ok. Friendly staff.

Iran Asseman Airlines is the Easy Jet of Iran. It flies to many destinations domestically and regionally. The flight to Dubai is done with B-727's. The only problem with Iran Asseman is the quality of services provided. They should focus on customer services more and passenger satisfaction.
